Abstract

用于在轧机内加工钢坯的设备和方法
本发明总的涉及生产连续热轧条钢的轧机,特别是涉及能使现有的轧机在轧制较大的钢坯时的成本降低、并且无需对钢坯的再热炉进行重新定位或者进行很大改造的一种改进。
线材生产厂商正面临着这样一种日益增长的需求,即:需要较大且较重的线材卷和/或在线材的整个截面上都具有改善的冶金性能。轧制较长的钢坯能满足第一要求,但是不能满足第二个要求。轧制具有较大横截面积的标准长度的钢坯能同时满足这两个要求。
最终获得的线材卷是比较大和比较重的,并且把较大的钢坯轧制到线材尺寸所需要的较大的压下量会在线材的表面至中心均匀地赋予改善的冶金性能。
在传统的轧制设备中,粗轧工段的入口端靠近钢坯再热炉的出口门。这样就允许在钢坯刚从再热炉送出时就开始进行轧制,从而使热损失最小。然而,如果轧机操作者希望能增大被轧制的钢坯的横截面积,那么在轧制生产线上就不能获得足够的空间来容纳附加的轧机机座,而这种轧机机座是将较大的横截面积轧制成适于在现有轧机的其余部分内进行连续轧制的尺寸所必须的。
通过移动或从根本上改造再热炉,或者重新布置沿轧制生产线的设备,就可以获得更大的空间。然而,这些措施的成本较高,都需要很大的投资并损失生产时间,因而在绝大多数情况下是行不通的。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种设备布局和轧制方法,它能使较大的钢坯通过现有的轧机来轧制,无需移动或从根本上改造钢坯再热炉,并将宝贵的生产时间的损失减至最小。
根据本发明,在钢坯再热炉的远离现有轧机的后侧设置了一第二开口。这个第二开口与靠近现有轧机的前侧上的一第一开口对准。附加的开坯轧机机座安装在再热炉的后侧,在那里通常有足够的空间,或者很方便布置而不会影响现有的设备。再加热后的钢坯是沿轴向从再热炉的第二开口推出,以便在开坯轧机机座内进行轧制。随后,最终获得的具有较小横截面积的已加工钢段由第二和第一开口重新通过再热炉,以便在现有轧机的其余部分内继续进行轧制。
图1是一传统轧机的布置图;
图2是同一轧机的示意图,但是它已经按照本发明重新布置并包含一开坯轧制(breakdown roll)区域在内;
图3和4是沿图2中的线3-3和4-4剖取并放大的剖视图;
图5是沿图4中的线5-5剖取的剖视图。
首先请参见图1,图中示出了一个传统的轧机布置,它包括一钢坯再热炉10,钢坯在入口端10a装入再热炉,并沿箭头12所示的方向通过再热炉。在通过再热炉的传送过程中,各钢坯被加热到一较高的轧制温度,通常是1100℃。随后,一传统设计的推出机构14沿轴向将再热后的钢坯从第一开口16推出到再热炉的第一侧,以便在轧机粗轧工段20中的由标号18表示的轧机机座内进行轧制。粗轧工段能轧制出两条带材,随后它们被分开并在中间工段24a和24b的由标号22表示的单线轧机机座内连续地轧制。精轧发生在精轧工段28a和28b的各模块26内。接着,精轧后的成品在冷却线30a,30b内被进一步地加工,而后再成卷或成束。
可以看出,在再热炉开口16和粗轧工段20的起始处之间只有非常小的空间。因此,如果轧机操作者希望轧机轧制较大的钢坯,那么必须移动或大幅度地改造再热炉10,以便接纳附加的开坯轧制机座。这样做的成本是比较高的。
根据本发明,如图2-5所示,在再热炉10的一个相对的第二侧上设置了一第二开口32。开口16、32是相互对准的,并与轧机粗轧工段20对准。大致由标号34表示的轧辊辊道从再热炉的第二侧延伸,由第二开口32至第一开口16。
一开坯轧机36具有沿再热炉第二侧上的轧制生产线40布置的、由标号38表示的轧机机座。送入和送出的辊道42,44沿着轧制生产线40定位在开坯轧机36的送入和送出侧上。
推出机构14被重新定位在再热炉的第一侧,并且是布置成能将再热后的钢坯从再热炉的第二开口32推出到位于辊道42和34之间的一辊道46上。
从图3清楚可见,辊道34包括多个具有多重凹槽的轧辊48。轧辊48是以悬臂形式安装在由电动机52驱动的轴50上。
辊道42和46是由单槽轧辊54构成,该轧辊是以悬臂形式安装在由电动机58驱动的轴56上。
传送机构60协同工作,将再加热后的钢坯从辊道46传送到辊道42上。传送机构包括从一轴64径向延伸的臂件62。臂件62的外端安装了鞍件66。鞍件66可相对于臂件62转动。鞍件的转动是由传统的链轮/链条组来控制的,它们可在臂件转过360°时维持鞍件竖直向上。因此,在钢坯的传送过程中,如图3所示,鞍件逆时针地转动,将钢坯从辊道46提升并放到辊道42上。
在钢坯到了辊道42上之后,它们沿轴向前进到开坯轧机36,并在那里被粗轧加工成具有较小横截面积的已加工钢段。这些已加工钢段被接纳在送出辊道44上,并从那里由第二传送机构68送到辊道34上。
从图4和图5清楚可见,每个传送机构68均包括横向延伸的安装架70,在其两端具有侧部元件跨装链轮72,74。一链条76绕接在链轮72,74上,并设有一个或多个支架78。安装架70具有可转动地支承在其下端的曲轴82上的下伸腿部80,所述曲轴82跨接在轴台84之间。
安装架70上的一个向下的支承板86受到一辊子88的作用,该辊子安装在从一轴92径向延伸的臂件90的端部上。轴92借助一由直线驱动器96控制的曲柄94带动旋转。
如图5所示,链轮74安装在一个携带有一相邻链轮98的轴上。链轮98通过链条100连接于一链轮102,链轮102安装在轴104上,并由该轴驱动。轴82、92和104是三个控制轴,它们能有选择地转动,从而以可重复的次序与传送机构68协作,从图4中由实线表示的位置,即安装架70水平布置并且支架78停在辊式搬运器44的下方开始动作。随后,直线驱动器带动轴92顺时针地旋转,因而使曲柄94转动臂件90,从而将安装架70枢转地抬升到由虚线表示的倾斜位置上,这样就使一已加工钢段与支架78配合并被抬升到辊道44的上方。
随后,轴104旋转,通过链轮98,102和链条100驱动链轮74,接着,链轮74通过链条76和链轮72驱动支架78向下到达辊道34的轧辊48内的一选定凹槽上方的位置。当把已加工钢段携带至选定的轧辊凹槽时,安装架70移动至水平传送位置。随后,曲轴82和驱动器94开始动作,使得安装架70降低,从而将已加工钢段从支架78传送到辊道34上。接着,电动机52动作,沿轴向推动已加工钢段,使其沿着辊道34由开口32和16重新穿过再热炉10,以便在轧机的其余部分内进行连续地轧制。较佳的是,辊道34部分最好是覆盖有绝热顶106,以便保存热量。借助传送链76和曲轴82的正确动作,可将已加工钢段依次放到辊道48的选定凹槽内,从而可以有选择地将产品送到现有轧机的粗轧工段20的两个轧制生产线中的一个或另一个上。
鉴于以上所述,熟悉本技术领域的人员应该理解,在本发明的情况下,现有的轧机能可靠地适于轧制较大尺寸的钢坯,无需对钢坯再热炉作重新定位或高成本的改装。开坯轧机、相关辊道和传送机构都位于再热炉的后侧,在那里通常可以获得足够的空间,由开坯轧机轧制的已加工钢段能被有效地重新引回并通过再热炉,以便在现有的轧机内进行连续的轧制。
钢坯和已加工钢段的传送可以通过上述的装置或者是熟悉本技术领域的人员众所周知的等价的装置来实现。

Claims (6)

1.一种轧机,包括:
一用于将钢坯再加热至较高轧制温度的再热炉;
位于所述再热炉第一侧的粗轧、中间轧制、精轧轧机机座;
位于所述再热炉第二侧的开坯轧机机座;
用于将再热后的钢坯从所述再热炉内轴向地推出至所述第二侧的装置,以便在所述开坯轧机机座内将所述钢坯轧制成具有较小横截面积的已加工钢段;以及
搬运装置,用于引导所述已加工钢段往回重新通过所述再热炉而进到所述第一侧,以便在所述粗轧、中间轧制、精轧轧机机座内进行连续地轧制。
2.如权利要求1所述的轧机,其特征在于,它还包括:分别位于所述再热炉的第一和第二侧并相互对准的第一和第二开口,所述再热后的钢坯是从所述再热炉的第二开口推出,所述已加工钢段是由所述第二和第一开口而重新通过所述再热炉。
3.如权利要求2所述的轧机,其特征在于,所述第一和第二开口与所述再热炉第二侧上的一输送辊道对准,所述开坯轧机机座沿着平行于所述输送辊道的轧制生产线对准。
4.如权利要求3所述的轧机,其特征在于,所述搬运装置包括用于将所述已加工钢段从所述轧制生产线横向地传送到所述输送辊道上的装置。
5.如权利要求3所述的轧机,其特征在于,所述再加热后的钢坯是从所述再热炉推出到在所述输送辊道和所述轧制生产线之间的一个中间位置上,并且所述轧机还包括用于将所述钢坯从所述中间位置横向传送到所述轧制生产线上的装置。
6.一种在轧机内轧制轧钢坯的方法,包括如下步骤:
在一再热炉内将钢坯加热至一较高的轧制温度,所述再热炉的相对的第一和第二侧上具有第一和第二开口;
将再加热的钢坯沿轴向从所述再热炉的所述第二开口推出;
在位于再热炉第二侧上的开坯轧机机座内将推出的再加热后的钢坯轧制成已加工钢段;以及
引导已加工钢段由所述第一和第二开口重新通过再热炉,以便在位于所述再热炉第一侧上的粗轧、中间轧制和精轧机座内进行连续地轧制。
