技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,更具体地说,涉及一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,该缠绕器易于操作且需要更少的空间,由此减少了真空吸尘器的体积。
背景技术
真空吸尘器装置有广泛的用途并在许多场合中使用。一般说来,用装在真空吸尘器中的电池所提供的直流电流源供电,或者用经由在建筑物、房屋或其它类似结构的墙壁上的插入式交流电源插座供电。因此,通常需采用固定地或可松开地连接到真空吸尘器的电源线,以便把交流电传输给真空吸尘器。
当真空吸尘器不使用时,如果电源线是固定地装在吸尘器上,电源线一般缠绕在吸尘器的某一部分上,或卷绕起来,以防止它被损坏或与真空吸尘器断开。因此,每次使用真空吸尘器装置后,通常必需把与其连在一起的电源线缠绕起来,并在下次使用该装置时解开它。每次使用真空吸尘器时需要人工缠绕和解开电源线,这样给使用该吸尘器造成不便。
授权给Kasper等人的美国专利US5,255,768公开了一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,当吸尘器不用时,能把与吸尘器相连的电源线存放在吸尘器中,而当使用时,能快速且容易地取出。Kasper等人的电线缠绕器包括:一个卷轴,其上缠绕电源线,且该卷轴与驱动电机同轴地装在圆柱形的壳体内;一个与卷轴相连的弹簧,当电源线已至少部分地从卷轴上解开时,该弹簧使卷轴按可实现收回与卷轴相连的电源线的方向转动;和在至少一部分电源线已从卷轴上解开时,用于可松开地把该卷轴保持在所期望的位置上的一个止动装置。
止动装置包括一对Y形框架部件,一对用于在其中心可转动地支承所述Y形部件的枢轴柱,一个可人工按下的接头部件,一个橡胶止动轮,以及用于给该橡胶止动轮施加偏置止动力的螺旋弹簧。
当一部分电源线已从卷轴上卷出时,使用者可通过操作定位销部件把电源线缠绕在上述卷轴上,或者把卷轴可释放地保持在所要求的位置上。
不过,Kasper等人的电线缠绕器只是适合用于卷轴与驱动电机同轴地装在圆柱状壳体内的电线缠绕器,但不适合于商业上广泛使用的罐型(canister-type)真空吸尘器。
在此其间,图5是普通电线缠绕器10的示意剖面图,该缠绕器10通常装在图1所示的罐型真空吸尘器的罐20中。电线缠绕器10具有类似于Kasper等人的吸尘器的电线缠绕器的结构。电线缠绕器10具有装在由罐20限定的卷轴室30内的卷轴32和L型杆12。一个压缩螺旋弹簧18装在L形杆12和卷轴室30的顶板之间,以便给L形状的杆12施加一个顺时针方向的偏置力。L形杆12通过一个置于其上方并与L形杆12一端接触的按钮22围绕铰链枢轴16转动。
摩擦条34装在卷轴室30的后壁上,而止动器轮14装在L形杆12的另一端上。止动器杆12位于摩擦条14和卷轴30的周边之间。如图5所示,摩擦条34有一个竖直表面和一个倾斜表面。同时,扭力弹簧部件(未示出)装在卷轴32中,以便给其施加一个顺时针方向的偏置力。
当使用者把电源线24拉出罐20时,卷轴32逆时针方向旋转,而相应地,止动器轮14顺时针方向旋转,且同时沿着摩擦条倾斜表面向上滚动。因此,电源线24能平稳地拉出。
当使用者压下按钮22时,L形杆12顶着压缩螺旋弹簧18的顺时针方向的偏置力逆时针转动。在这种情况下,止动器轮14沿着摩擦条倾斜表面向上滚动,由此,松开了在止动器轮14和卷轴32的周边之间紧密接触。因此,卷轴32通过在其中的扭转弹簧部件的偏置力顺时针旋转,由此,把电源线24缠绕在其上。
当使用者停止压按钮22时,L形杆12通过压缩螺旋弹簧18的偏置力再次顺时针旋转,由此,止动器轮14再次开始紧密接触卷轴30的周边。然后,停止卷轴30的顺时针转动,而电源线可释放地保持在那个位置上。
不过,通常具有上述结构的电线缠绕器用起来并不方便,这是由于按钮22必须位于罐20的中间,而且由于L形杆12占据了卷轴室30中的相当大的空间,因而造成它在体积上存在缺点。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的上述问题,因此,本发明的一个目的就是提供一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,该缠绕器易于操作且占据更少的空间,由此,减少了真空吸尘器的体积。
为了达到上述目的,根据本发明一个方面,本发明提供了一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,该电线缠绕器包括:
一个借助第一偏置力用于把电源线缠绕在其轴上的卷轴,该卷轴安装在真空吸尘器的罐中所界定的卷轴室内,该卷轴室具有一个装在其顶板内表面上的摩擦条;
一个用于在第一位置与所述摩擦条共同起作用的第一装置,由此防止所述卷轴由于所述第一偏置力旋转;
一个用于引导所述第一装置水平运动的第二装置;
一个用于给所述第一装置施加第二偏置力,把第一装置保持在所述第一位置的第三装置;
一个用于把所述第一装置从所述第一位置分开且同时克服所述第二偏置力的第四装置;
一个用于操纵所述第四装置的按钮,该按钮构成所述罐的上部后端;以及一个用于给所述按钮施加一个向上的第三偏置力的第五装置。
根据另一方面,本发明提供了一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,该电线缠绕器包括:
一个借助第一偏置力,把电源线缠绕在其轴上的卷轴,该卷轴安装在所述真空吸尘器的罐中界定的卷轴室中,该卷轴室具有一个连接在卷轴室顶板内表面上的摩擦条;
一个止动部分,包括一个止动器杆、一个置于摩擦条和卷轴周边之间的止动器轮及一个固定到止动器杆的前端的止动器销,该止动器销穿过止动轮,并可转动地支承该轮,止动器轮在第一位置上同时与摩擦条及卷轴的周边紧密接触,由此,借助第一偏置力防止卷轴转动;
一个位于卷轴室侧壁上部的引导部件,该部件具有一个在该引导部件内确定的水平引导通道,止动器杆在该通道中被水平引导;

一个枢轴接头从按钮上部的前部向下延伸,而一个枢轴销固定到罐上,枢轴销穿过枢轴接头延伸,以便使按钮能围绕枢轴销转动。
偏置装置包括一个安装在枢轴接头后面并在按钮和顶板的外表面之间的压缩螺旋弹簧。
如上所述,在按照本发明的用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器中,一旦使用者压下按钮,致动杆向下移动。然后,致动杆的倾斜表面开始与止动器杆的倾斜表面接触,并沿着止动器杆的倾斜表面滑动。
因此,把止动器杆向左推,并且松开了在止动器轮和卷轴之间的刚性接触。
当使用者停止压下按钮时,按钮通过压缩螺旋弹簧的偏置力上升,因此致动杆上升。这时,止动器杆由止动器扭力弹簧的向右的偏置力向右推。止动器轮也开始在它的右端位置同时与摩擦条及卷轴的外周边接触,由此,防止了卷轴的顺时针旋转。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图详细说明本发明的一个优选实施例。
图1示意性地示出了一个罐型真空吸尘器100。真空吸尘器100包括一个罐110、一个与罐110分开的刷子、一个延伸管道130及一个用于把刷子120连接到罐110上的柔软的软管140。罐110配备有一个本发明的一个实施例的电线缠绕器200。
图2是部分剖视侧视图,详细显示了图1所示的电线缠绕器200。
电线缠绕器200包括一个在真空吸尘器100的罐110中界定的卷轴室230内的卷轴232,一个卷轴扭力弹簧部件(未示出)装在卷轴232中,用于给卷轴232施加一个顺时针方向的偏置力。
按钮222配置在罐110的上表面的后端。按钮222有一个水平延伸的形成罐的上表面的一部分的上面部分222a,以及一个形成罐110的后表面的一部分的弯曲的后部222b。

以下将参照图2和图3说明如上所述结构的电线缠绕器的操作。
开始,如图2所示,在按钮222未被压下的状态,按钮222借助压缩螺旋弹簧218的偏置力保持在它的最高位置,而止动器杆212借助止动器扭力弹簧235的向右的偏置力保持在它的右端位置。这时,止动器轮214同时与摩擦条234和卷轴232的外周边接触,由此,防止了卷轴232的顺时针旋转。
当使用者把电源线224拉出罐110时,卷轴232逆时针旋转,而止动器轮214随之顺时针旋转,同时沿着摩擦条234滚动。因此,使电源线224的抽出变得平稳。
一旦使用者压下按钮222,致动杆226向下运动。然后,致动杆226的倾斜表面226a开始与止动器杆212的倾斜表面212a接触,并沿着止动器杆212的倾斜表面212a滑动,如图3所示。因此,止动器杆212被向左推,而止动器轮214沿着摩擦条234向左滚动。这样,就松开了在止动器轮214和卷轴232之间的刚性接触。
在这种情况下,未示出的卷轴扭力弹簧在卷轴232上施加顺时针方向的偏置力。因此,卷轴232借助该卷轴扭力弹簧的偏置力顺时针旋转,以便把电源线224缠绕在卷轴232上。如果使用者克服卷轴扭力弹簧的偏置力抽出电源线224,卷轴232逆时针旋转,而电源线224被拉出。
当使用者松开压下的按钮222时,按钮222通过压缩螺旋弹簧218的偏置力上升。然后,致动杆226上升。这时,止动器杆212被止动器扭力弹簧235的向右的偏置力向右推。止动器轮214也沿着摩擦条234滚动,以便与摩擦条234及卷轴外周边232在它的右端位置同时接触,如图2所示。由此,防止了卷轴232的顺时针旋转。
在如上所述按照本发明的电线缠绕器中,按钮222配置在真空吸尘器罐110的后端,使得对于使用者更方便。此外,在本发明中,并没采用现有技术中的L形转动杆12,但采用了水平移动的止动器杆212和止动器轮214以止动卷轴232的旋转。这样,包括止动器杆212和止动器轮214而不是L形杆的本发明的止动装置在真空吸尘器的罐110内占据了更少的空间,由此,减少了真空吸尘器罐110的尺寸。
此外,本发明的电线缠绕器只需调整一下止动器杆212的长度即可适用于任何尺寸的真空吸尘器。而且按钮222放置在后端,部分地构成了吸尘器的罐110,由此,对于真空吸尘器的设计来说,增强了令人喜欢的美学效果。

Claims (6)

1、一种用于真空吸尘器的电线缠绕器,该电线缠绕器包括:
一个借助第一偏置力把电源线缠绕在其轴上的卷轴,该卷轴安装在所述真空吸尘器的罐界定的一个卷轴室里,该卷轴室具有一个连接在所述卷轴室顶板内表面上的摩擦条;
一个止动部分,包括一个止动器杆、一个置于所述摩擦条和所述卷轴的周边之间的止动器轮、以及一个固定到所述止动器杆前端的止动器销,该止动器销穿过上述止动器轮并可旋转地支承该止动器轮,所述止动器轮在第一位置同时与上述摩擦条及所述卷轴的周边紧密接触,由此防止上述卷轴由于所述第一偏置力而旋转;
一个置于所述卷轴室的一个侧壁上部的引导部件,该引导部件具有一个在所述引导部件内界定的水平引导通道,所述止动器杆在该引导通道中被水平引导;
