Abstract

Description

在绕轴线旋转的光盘上以光学方式读取或记录信息的装置
本申请是1993年8月11日申请的序号为08/105866的美国专利申请的部分继续,而该申请是1991年2月15日申请的序号为07/657155的美国专利申请即现在的5265079号美国专利的继续。
本发明涉及光盘记录系统,特别是涉及一种在光盘播放装置和记录装置中用于聚焦、跟踪和随机存取的滑座和执行机构。
采用聚焦的激光束同时记录和读出信息在计算机大容量存储器制造业是引人注目的。这种光学数据存储系统能够提供具有很高存储密度的高信息率,并能够对在信息媒体(一般主要为光盘)上存储的数据进行快速随机存取。在这种类型的光盘存储系统中,对数据的读和写操作通常是通过一种可发出两种不同强度的激光的单一激光源来实现的。在两种操作过程中,来自激光源的激光通过一物镜将光束会聚在光盘上的特定聚焦点上。在数据检索过程中,激光被聚焦在记录媒体上并且随数据存储媒体上的信息而变化。之后,这一光束被光盘反射,经过物镜返回到光探测器。这一反射信号传输了记录的信息。因此特别重要的是,当信息写入存储器或由其读出时,物镜要使聚焦光束精确地聚焦在正确轨道的中心,以使信息能够精确地写入和读出。
为了精确读取存储在光盘上的信息,需要能够沿聚焦或Z方向(即垂直于光盘平面)和跟踪或Y方向(即半径方向)移动物镜,沿Z方向移动是为了使激光束聚焦在光盘一精确位置上形成小的光点,以便写入和读取信息,而沿Y方向移动是使光束严格定位在光盘上所期望的信息轨道的中心。通过为了聚焦而沿透镜的光轴方向移动物镜,或者为了跟踪而沿与光轴垂直的方向移动物镜,能够进行聚焦和跟踪校正。
在这些系统中,物镜在聚焦和跟踪方向上的位置通常利用控制系统来调节。执行机构承载物镜并且将来自反馈控制系统的位置校正信号转变为物镜的运动。正象将会理解的,不能将光束聚焦在媒体的足够小的面积上,将会导致存储给定数量的信息要用过大部分的光盘面积,或者在过宽的光盘面积上读取信息。同样,不能精确地控制激光束的跟踪将导致信息存储在错误的位置上,或由错误的位置读取信息。
除了沿Z轴移动以进行聚焦和沿Y轴移动以进行跟踪以外,对于执行机构至少还有四种辅加的运动模式,每一种都会降低读写操作的精度,因而在系统正常操作过程中是不希望出现的。这些不希望的运动模式是围绕X轴(一与Y方向和Z方向两者正交的轴线)旋转,称之为横摇(pitch);围绕Z轴旋转称之为立摇(yaw);围绕Y轴旋转称之为纵摇(roll);和沿X轴的直线运动或切向移动。沿这些方向的运动经常是由电动机构和作用在滑座和/或执行机构上的反作用力引起的。这些模式通常在跟踪或聚焦过程中会产生不希望有的运动,进而影响物镜相对光盘的对准。
因此,本发明的目的就是通过提供一种用于在光信息媒体上用光学方式读取或记录信息的装置来克服现有技术装置的缺点。其中装置各元件的相对位置以及使物镜(利用它由信息媒体读取信息)进行跟踪和聚焦的作用力的幅度和作用点防止了多数谐振、电动机构作用力和反作用力对物镜造成的不利影响。这是很关键的,因为在光记录时,0.02微米的位移才能易于读取数据。
按照本发明,提供了一种用于在围绕一轴线可旋转的光盘上以光学方式读取或记录信息的装置,所述装置包含:一底盘;一滑座,其可沿一与所述旋转轴线正交的路线相对所述底盘运动;一滑座驱动装置,用于沿所述正交路线驱动所述滑座,所述滑座驱动装置的一些部分安装在所述滑座上,且所述滑座以及所述滑座驱动装置的安装部分确定了滑座质心;一物镜,具有一光轴和透镜质心;一物镜夹具,其内安装有所述物镜,所述物镜夹具相对所述滑座是可运动的;以及一聚焦驱动装置,用于驱动所述物镜夹具,使所述物镜沿物镜光轴移动,所述聚焦驱动装置和所述物镜夹具确定精确电动机构的质心,其中所述精确电动机构的质心、所述滑座的质心以及所述透镜的质心基本重合在所述光轴上。

本发明的再一方面是提供一种在光盘上以光学方式读取或记录信息的装置,具有底盘、滑座、滑座驱动装置、物镜、物镜夹具、聚焦驱动装置和精确跟踪驱动装置,其中滑座驱动装置在滑座上施加一对作用力,以沿一径向路线驱动该滑座,并且滑座质心和其中一个力的作用点间的距离在滑座质心和另一滑座驱动力的作用点间的距离的0.2毫米范围之内。
根据本发明的再一个方面,一种用于控制在光学数据存储和读取驱动装置中的透镜位置的组件包括一利用多挠曲件悬挂透镜夹具的滑座。透镜安装在透镜夹具中,使悬挂的透镜夹具的质心落在透镜的光轴上并且还与透镜质心相重合。透镜夹具能够相对滑座以至少一种自由度进行相对运动。接近透镜夹具质心的滑座质心处在距光轴0.1毫米的范围内。作用在透镜夹具上的悬挂力围绕光轴是对称的。一磁式粗略驱动装置沿跟踪方向移动该滑座,并且作用在滑座上的力是平衡的且围绕光轴对称,使得实际上不会发生围绕滑座质心的转矩。作用到滑座上的惯性力与磁驱动装置作用力的反作用力也是平衡的且对于光轴是对称的,围绕滑座的质心实质上不产生转矩。还有用于透镜夹具的精确跟踪和聚焦的驱动装置。这两种驱动装置产生平衡的和围绕光轴对称的力,使得围绕光轴不产生转矩。作用在悬挂的透镜夹具上的惯性力和反作用力也是围绕光轴对称的。因此,物镜沿其光轴移动,在跟踪方向上姿态不会改变,并且可以精确地根据进行读写的存储媒体的表面来控制其聚焦点。
更确切和具体地说,本发明包括一种用于在一围绕轴线可旋转的光盘上以光学方式读取和记录信息的装置,其具有底盘、滑座,该滑座相对于底盘沿着一与光轴正交的路线是可运动的;一用于沿该正交路线驱动滑座的滑座驱动装置,滑座驱动装置的一些部分安装在滑座上,滑座和其上的滑座驱动装置的安装部分确定了滑座的质心;一具有光轴和透镜质心的物镜;一安装有物镜的物镜夹具,该夹具可相对于滑座运动;以及用于驱动夹具以便使物镜沿其光轴运动的聚焦驱动装置,聚焦驱动装置和物镜夹具确定了精确(跟踪)电动机构的质心;其中精确(跟踪)电动机构的质心、滑座的质心和透镜的质心与光轴基本上是重合一致的。
本发明还可以包括:一精确跟踪驱动装置,用于沿该正交路线相对于滑座驱动夹具,和/或多个挠曲件,用于由滑座悬挂物镜夹具,各挠曲件围绕光轴附着到物镜夹具上的各附着点,各附着点配置在由光轴确定的一平面内。
本发明的另一种实施方案包括一用于在围绕一旋转轴线可旋转的光盘上以光学方式读取和记录信息的装置,其具有一底盘、一滑座,该滑座沿一与旋转轴线正交的路线相对底盘是可运动的;一用于沿该正交路线驱动滑座的滑座驱动装置,滑座驱动装置的一些部分安装在滑座上,滑座和其上安装的滑座驱动装置的部分确定了滑座的质心;一具有光轴和透镜质心的物镜;一安装物镜的物镜夹具,夹具相对滑座是可运动的,以便沿光轴运动物镜;多个用于从滑座悬挂物镜夹具的挠曲件,各挠曲件围绕光轴对称地附着到物镜夹具的各附着点上,各附着点配置在由光轴和沿跟踪方向延伸的一轴线确定的平面内;一用于驱动夹具的聚焦驱动装置,使物镜沿其光轴运动,聚焦驱动装置和物镜夹具确定了精确(跟踪)电动机构的质心;以及用于驱动夹具的精确跟踪驱动装置,以便沿正交路线对物镜的相对位置进行调节;其中精确(跟踪)电动机的质心,滑座的质心和透镜的质心基本上与光轴重合一致。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于控制一具有悬挂壳体的透镜的位置的装置;安装在悬挂壳体中的透镜确定了光轴,悬挂壳体的质心基本安装在光轴上,和透镜的质心与悬挂的壳体的质心重合一致;滑座悬挂该悬挂的壳体以便与之至少以一种自由度相对运动,其中滑座的质心接近悬挂壳体的质心处在距光轴0.1毫米的范围内,且滑座相对于由X轴、Y轴和Z轴确定的三个相互正交的基本平面具有初始的姿态,以及作用在悬挂的壳体上的悬挂力围绕光轴是对称的;一第一驱动装置,用于在滑座上产生第一组作用力,该第一组作用力是平衡的且围绕光轴是对称的,用以沿Y轴按照不同的频率加速滑座和其间的悬挂壳体;其中由第一组力围绕滑座的质心产生的转矩被有效地消除了,且该第一组力的反作用力是平衡的并且相对于光轴对称,并且围绕滑座的质心实际上不产生转矩,以及在滑座上的第一驱动装置形成的起始作用力是平衡的和围绕光轴对称,使得在滑座加速过程中该滑座相对于各基准平面维持它的姿态,以及悬挂壳体相对滑座维持其起始位置。
上述装置的一个特定应用包括:第二驱动装置,其用于产生平衡的和围绕光轴对称的第二组力,以便沿Z轴按照不同的频率相对滑座加速悬挂的壳体,使由第二组力围绕悬挂的壳体的质心产生的转矩被有效地消除,以及第二组力的反作用力是平衡的和围绕光轴是对称的,并且围绕悬挂的壳体的质心实际上不产生转矩,同时由第二驱动装置对悬挂的壳体产生的起始作用力是平衡的和围绕光轴是对称的。在本发明的这一特定实施方案中,该装置还可以进一步装有第三驱动装置,用于产生平衡的和围绕光轴对称的第三组作用力,以便沿Y轴按不同的频率相对于滑座加速悬挂的壳体,其中由第三组作用力围绕悬挂的壳体的质心产生的转矩被有效地消除了,以及第三组力的反作用力实际是平衡的和围绕光轴是对称的,使由第三驱动装置对悬挂的壳体形成的惯性作用力是平衡的且围绕光轴是对称的。
上述装置另外可以提供第三驱动装置,用于产生平衡的和围绕光轴对称的第三组作用力,以便沿Y轴按不同的频率相对于滑座加速悬挂的壳体,其中由第三组力围绕悬挂的壳体的质心产生的转矩被有效地消除了,以及第三组力的反作用力得到有效的平衡且围绕光轴对称,使得由第三驱动装置对悬挂的壳体形成的惯性作用力是平衡的并且围绕光轴是对称的。
在本发明的另一实施方案中,上述装置的滑座还可以进一步包括多个挠曲件,它们附着到悬挂的壳体上,用以由滑座悬挂,其中每个挠曲件与安装在Z轴的反向侧的对应的挠曲件相对置并且各挠曲件等间距,其中挠曲件围绕其和由Z轴和Y轴限定的平面的相交点以可枢轴转动的方式产生挠曲。这些挠曲件最好可以在由Z轴和Y轴限定的平面内附着到悬挂的壳体上。

图1示意表示一示范性的光学读/写系统50由信息存储媒体例如光盘54上的一精确位置52读取数据的操作。虽然所示系统50是一个一次写入式或WORM系统,然而本技术领域的熟练人员会理解本发明的滑座和执行机构也能用在磁-光可擦除系统。利用由光源58产生的光束56将信息输送到光盘54并由光盘54读出信息,该光束通过多个元件的综合作用使光束56指向光盘54上所期望的位置52,这些元件包括:立方形分束器60,其根据偏振方式分离光束56;四分之一波长板62,其改变光束56的偏振方式;准直透镜64以及物镜66。
在操作时,通常为极光二极管的光源元件58朝向凸形准直透镜64发射光束56。准直透镜64将这一光源光束变换成平行线性S偏振光束70并且将光束70导向分束器60。这一立方形分束器60通过使两个直角棱镜72和74沿着它们的斜面合并而构成,并且包括在它们的斜面之间采用偏振敏感涂层形成一光束分离界面76。分束器60将不同偏振状态的光束分离和/或复合,该不同偏振状态即为线性S偏振和线性P偏振。结合使用偏振敏感涂层来完成分光操作,该涂层使线性P偏振光束透过而反射线性S偏振光束。出自分束器60的光通过四分之一波长板62,其将线性偏振光束70变成圆形偏振光束78。离开四分之一波长板62的该圆偏振光束78进入执行机构80。
执行机构80包括一平面镜82,其将光束78向上对准物镜正交反射。物镜66将圆偏振光束78会聚成在光盘54表面上的精密聚焦的光点。当照射到光盘54上时,存储在光盘54上的信息改变了圆偏振光束78,并且将其作为载有与光盘54上编码的信息相同的信息的散射圆偏振光束84反射。这一反射的圆偏振光束84重新进入物镜66,在该处光束被准直。光束84再次由平面镜82反射,重新进入四分之一波长板62。离开四分之一波长板62时,圆偏振光束84变换成线性P偏振光束86。由于线性P偏振光束在分束器分离界面处透过分束器60而不被反射,所以这一光束86继续行进到光探测器88,其检测存储在光盘54上的数据。另外,假如落在光探测器88上的光束86散焦或未对准,利用电学方式对非准直或散焦量进行测量,并反馈给伺服系统(未表示),伺服系统适当地重新校准物镜66。
图2表示按照本发明构成的一种电磁式滑座和执行机构组件100。组件100可以结合如图1所述的用于在光盘表面上读写数据的光学模块102一起使用,其中光源58、探测器88、准直透镜64、四分之一波长板62和分束器60都包括在该模块102内。一主轴电动机104位于组件100附近,并使组件100上方的光盘(未表示)围绕轴线A旋转。组件100包括一滑座106以及执行机构116,该滑座106具有分别以可滑动方式安装在第一和第二导轨112和114上的第一和第二轴承表面108和110,执行机构116安装在滑座106上。正如将会理解的,导轨112和114设有一底盘,滑座106沿其运动。由在光学模块102中的光源58发射的光束120经过一圆孔118进入执行机构116,并且由包含在执行机构内部的平面镜反射通过一对光盘表面的光轴限定的物镜(目标透镜)122。如将会理解的,光盘的旋转轴线A平行于物镜122的光轴O。
滑座106和其上装载的执行机构116利用粗略跟踪电动机构在跟踪方向上沿导轨112和114水平移动,以便接近在光盘表面上的各种不同的信息轨道。跟踪电动机构包括两个永久磁铁130和132,每个磁铁分别装到对应的C形外磁极件134、136上。两个内磁极件138和140分别位于外磁极件134和136的端面,使之形成一个围绕永久磁铁130、132的一个矩形套。两个具有相等长度的粗略跟踪线圈142和144分别固定到轴承表面108、110上并以足够的间隙围绕内磁极件138、140,以便当滑座106沿跟踪方向运动时可在磁极件138、140之间移动。在这一实施例中,粗略跟踪线圈142和144仅是可动的粗略跟踪电动机构的一部分。正如在下文将更详细介绍的,执行机构116还能够移动物镜122使其靠近或远离光盘,借此,使发出的光束120聚焦到光盘表面所期望的位置上。
图3是更详细地表示滑座106执行机构116的分解图。滑座106通常包括一矩形底座150,执行机构116安装于其上。底座150具有一基本平的顶表面52,该表面内形成有一通常为矩形的腔体(Chamber)154。第一轴承表面108呈圆柱形,而第二轴承表面110则由两个椭圆形轴承部分160和162构成,它们具有近似相等的长度,在底座150的内侧相交。选择导轨112和114相对光轴的间距,使每个轴承表面108和110受到相同量的预载。进一步设计轴承表面108和110,使得两个表面以基本等量的表面积接触导轨112和114。尽管考虑到磨损,长度上的极小变动可能是需要的,包含有第二轴承表面的轴承部分的长度近似于第一轴承表面长度。两个邻近腔体154端部的竖直壁面156和158由底座150的顶部表面向上延伸。底座150还包括形成在底座150端部位于轴承表面108和110上方的两个平台区164和166。一台肩168将底座150的顶表面与第二平台区166连接。第一U形凹槽170形成在第一平台区164,而第二U形凹槽172形成在第二平台区166和台肩168。
粗略跟踪线圈142和144分别装到两个竖直板174和176上。板174和176分别位于二个形成在底座150的端部的凹槽180和182内。底座150还包括质量平衡板184和质量平衡伸出部190,板184利用螺钉188安装于底座150的底面186上,伸出部190邻近第一粗略跟踪线圈142从底座150向外延伸。一圆形孔192形成在底座150的前侧194,接纳由如图2所示的光学模块102发射的光束120。一具有圆孔198的立座(braket)196位于第二竖直壁158和沿底座150前侧的第一平台区164之间。立座196另外包括容纳光探测器202的凹槽,以使光探测器202位于在立座196和第一平台区164之间。
执行机构116,经常称为“2-D”执行机构,用于进行2种方式的运动,即聚焦和跟踪,该机构安装在底座150上,介于竖直壁156、158与平台区164、166之间。一棱镜(未表示)位于底座150中的腔体154内部,以便偏转由光学模块102发射的光束120,使光束120经过物镜122离开执行机构116。物镜122位于一安装到移动物镜122的聚焦和跟踪电动机构上的物镜卡具210内部,以便使输出的光束120精确地对准和聚焦在光盘表面的期望位置上。物镜122确定一竖直延伸通过透镜中心的光轴O。
在图4可清楚地看到执行机构116的各元件。透镜夹具210通常为矩形并且其上通常有一贯穿的矩形开孔212。透镜夹具210的顶表面214包括一位于在两台肩218、220之间的圆形套(Collar)216。在透镜夹具的底面224有一直径基本等于套环216直径的圆孔222。矩形聚焦线圈230位于透镜夹具210的矩形开孔12。两个椭圆形精确跟踪圈232、234位置在聚焦线圈230的第一端240的两角上,以及两个相同的跟踪线圈236、238位置在聚焦线圈230的第二端的两角上。第一对U形磁极件244环绕聚焦线圈230的第一端240和其上安装的跟踪线圈232、234,而第二对U形磁极件246环绕聚焦线圈230的第二端242和其上安装的跟踪线圈236、238。此外,两个永久磁铁250、252分别位于二对磁极件244、246之间,邻近跟踪线圈232、234和236、230。
两个顶部挠曲臂260、262安装于透镜夹具210的顶面214上,而两个附加的底部挠曲臂264、266安装于透镜夹具210的底面上。每个挠曲臂最好由厚度量级为25微米到75微米的经蚀刻或压制的金属(通常为钢或铜铍合金)薄片构成。为了简要起见,将只介绍挠曲臂260。然而应指出,其余的挠曲臂262、264和266具有相同的结构。挠曲臂260包括附着到第一、第二和第三水平部分272、274和276上的第一竖直部分270。第三水平部分276还附着到一垂直的横臂280上。第一水平部分包括一合肩278,其附着于所对应的在透镜夹具210上的台肩218上。此外,第二顶部挠曲臂262的台肩附着于对应的台肩220上,而底部挠曲臂264和266的台肩附着于透镜夹具210的底面上的类似结构上。
挠曲臂260、262、264和266还附着到一支承元件290上。支承元件290包括一容纳第二对磁极件246的中央凹槽292。突沿294形成于支承元件290的顶面和底面上的凹槽292的每一侧上。挠曲臂260、262的横臂部分280附着在这些突沿294上,而挠曲臂264、266则连接到支承元件290底部上的对应突沿上,以便由支承元件290互相配合悬挂透镜夹具210。支承元件290还包括一用于容纳发光二极管300的孔296。二极管300与在图3中的立座196中的孔198以及位于在立座中的凹槽200内的光探测器202对准,使得当发光二极管300被激发时,通过在立座196中的孔198发出基本准直的光并入射到光探测器202上。根据透镜210相对支承元件290的位置,由二极管300发出的光将落在探测器202的不同部分上。通过分析入射到探测器202上的光量,可以产生位置校正信号,以便确定为了精确聚焦和跟踪光盘表面上的预期的位置所需的位移量。
在所述实施例中,精确跟踪电动机构质量包括透镜夹具210、物镜122、聚焦线圈230和精确跟踪线圈232、234、236和238。滑座质量包括底座150、粗略跟踪线圈142和144、立座196以及光探测器202、支承元件290、竖直板174和176、质量平衡板184和螺钉188、永久磁铁250和252、磁极件244和246以及轴承表面108和110。
参照根据图3和图4所作的上述介绍可以看出,粗略跟踪线圈142、144具有相等的尺寸并且对于物镜的光轴O是对称的。此外,各对跟踪线圈232、234、236和238具有相等的尺寸并且对于透镜122的光轴O是对称的。适当地选择质量平衡板184和质量平衡伸出部190的尺寸,以便对支撑元件290、挠曲件260、262、264和266、轴承表面108和110、立座196和光探测器202的质量进行补偿,使得滑座的质心、精确跟踪和聚焦驱动装置的质心(由磁极件244、246、永久磁铁250、252,聚焦线圈230和跟踪线圈232、234、236、238形成)总体与透镜122的光轴O相交。如由下文将进行的更详细介绍,这些重心与透镜122的光轴O的对准以及作用在滑座106和执行机构116上的电动机构作用力和反作用力的对称性保证了对物镜122的位置产生有害影响的不希望有的运动模式被最大程度地消除。
参阅图5,邻近粗略跟踪线圈142、144的永久磁铁130、132产生磁场B,其磁力线向内朝着粗略跟踪线圈142、144延伸。当需要粗略跟踪运动,以便将物镜122置于在光盘上所选择的轨道下方时,向粗略跟踪线圈142、144施加电流。电流与磁场B相互作用产生沿跟踪方向移动滑座106的作用力。这些力是根据洛伦兹定律F=B×IL产生的,其中F代表作用在聚焦线圈上的力,B表示在两个永久磁铁间的磁场的磁通密度,I代表通过聚焦线圈的电流,以及L代表线圈的长度。例如,当施加到第一粗略跟踪线圈142的电流沿进入附图页面的平面的方向流经位于磁场B内部的线圈部分时,沿箭头320的方向产生力FCoarse1。与之相似,当电流I沿离开图5页面的方向流经位于在磁场B内的第二跟踪线圈144部分时,产生沿箭头322所示方向的力FCoarse2。力FCoarse1和FCoarse2使滑座106水平向左移动。
相反,图6表示,假如在磁场B内部的跟踪线圈142、144部分内的电流I的流动方向被反向,则产生的力FCoarse1和FCoarse2使滑座沿进入图6页面的方向移动(在图5中力向右)。沿跟踪方向的移动量取决于施加到粗略跟踪线圈142、144上的电流的大小。按照这种方式移动滑座106来定位物镜122,使得来自透镜122的激光束120聚焦在光盘表面上所希望的信息轨道上。
当由光学模块102产生控制信号时,根据透镜夹具210和装在其上的物镜122的所需位移方向将指定的电流施加到精确跟踪线圈232、234、236和238或者聚焦线圈230上。这种控制电流量的伺服系统和反馈电路在本技术领域是公知的。这一电流与由永久磁铁250、252产生的磁场的相互作用产生作用力,沿适当跟踪或聚焦方向移动透镜夹具210和安装于其上的物镜122。例如,假如需要沿聚焦方向重新定位,根据一聚焦误差信号,将这一信号传输到一伺服放大器(未表示),产生通过聚焦线圈230的电流。如上所述,根据洛伦兹定律F=B×IL产生作用力。
参阅图7,确定2-D执行机构116的永久磁铁250、252的取向使每个磁铁250、252的南极面向透镜夹具210。采用这一结构产生磁场B其磁力线如图所示源自磁铁250、252并向内朝着透镜夹具210。当将电流I施加到聚焦线圈230并沿所示方向流经位于磁场B内部的线圈230的部分时,在聚焦线圈230的每个部分上产生的向上作用力FFocus传送到各挠曲臂260、262、264、266,使各挠曲臂弯曲从而移动透镜夹具210和相关的物镜122更接近光盘。相反,当电流I沿相反的方向流经如上述所述那些线圈部分时,产生作用在挠曲件上的向下的力,使透镜夹具210和物镜122远离光盘表面。移动量取决于施加到聚焦线圈230上的电流的大小。通过移动物镜122接近或远离光盘表面,聚焦线圈230使来自物镜122的激光束120精确地聚焦在光盘上的预期的信息轨道上。
如图8所示,当固定在聚焦线圈230上的四个精确跟踪线圈232、234、236和238中产生电流时,执行机构116产生动作以便进行精确跟踪。当沿所示方向对跟踪线圈施加电流使其流经位于磁场B内的跟踪线圈的部分时,产生使透镜夹具210向右移动的力FTrack。当力FTrack作用在各跟踪线圈232、234、236、238时,该力通过聚焦线圈230和透镜夹具210传递到挠曲件260、262、264、268,使它们沿相应的方向弯曲,物镜122沿力的方向移动,在图8中向右。当电流沿相反的方向流经跟踪线圈232、234、236、238时,产生的作用力使透镜夹具210向左移动。与施加到粗略跟踪线圈242、244上的电流值比较,施加到精确跟踪线圈232、234、236、238上的电流值较小,并且精确跟踪线圈的尺寸比粗略跟踪线圈要小得多,以便增加谐振频率,因此能提高伺服控制的带宽,可更严格地控制跟踪误差。
图9A-16B是滑座和执行机构组件100的示意图,表示根据本发明实现力的对称和平衡的情况。
图9A是表示粗略跟踪或滑座电动机构对执行机构116在水平面上的作用力的对称性的示意图。当电流施加到如上所述的粗略跟踪线圈142、144上时产生力FCoarse1和FCoarse2,它们分别集中在位置邻近永久磁铁130、132的粗略线圈142、144部分的内部。选择第一粗略线圈142的尺寸使其等于第二粗略线圈144的尺寸,并向每个线圈施加相同的电流,使作用在线圈上的力FCoarse1和FCoarse2相等。此外,粗略线圈142、144位置与物镜122的距离LC1和LC2相等,使围绕物镜122的光轴O形成的转矩相等,滑座立摇被降到最小。在图9B中,表示粗略跟踪电动机构作用力FCoarse1和FCoarse2的中心处在竖直平面内。由于力FCoarse1和FCoarse2沿竖直方向与滑座质心CMC对准(即它们与通过滑座重心CRC的一条与径向和光轴O正交的直线相交),围绕水平轴线的两转矩相等,并且降低了能够引起棱镜偏转光束角度,因而此起跟踪偏偏的滑座横摇被降低。
在图10A和10B中表示了沿水平面和竖直平面的精确跟踪电动机构的作用力。通过使在永久磁铁250、252产生的磁场内的精确跟踪线圈232、234、236、238激励产生的力FTrack1和FTrack2集中在两对精确跟踪线圈232、234和236、238之间并沿跟踪方向水平传递。各线圈的尺寸相等,提供给各线圈的电流值也相等,这样形成的力FTrack1和FTrack2的量值相等。此外,各精确跟踪线圈232、234、236、238距物镜122的光轴O的距离LT相等,因此围绕光轴O产生的转矩相等,使透镜夹具210和其上装载的透镜122围绕竖直轴线的立摇降至最小。如图10B所示,形成的精确跟踪力FTrack作用在精确电动机质量的质心上CMF上,使透镜夹具横摇降到最小。
图11A表示由对滑座106产生作用的精确跟踪电动机构形成的反作用力FReact1和FReact2与在图10A中所示的精确跟踪电动机构作用力FTrack1和FTrack2相反。这些反作用力FReact1和FReact2作用在磁极件244、246上,这些磁极件位于在透镜夹具210的每一侧上的各跟踪线圈232、234、236、238的范围内。如上所述,跟踪作用力FTrack1和FTrack2的量值是相等的。此外,磁极件244、246的尺寸是相等的,使所产生的反作用力FReact1和FReact2相等。由于磁极件244、246位置距透镜122的光轴O的距离LR相等,围绕光轴O的各转矩量值相等,从而降低了围绕竖直轴的旋转,或立摇。图11B表示在竖直平面内形成的反作用力FReact。如图所示,反作用力FReact作用在位于滑座质量质心CMC上方距离LRM处的精确电动机构质量质心CMF处,因此在滑座106上将产生转矩。然而,距离LRM和反作用力FReact1和FReact2是相当小的,这个转矩相对小并不会明显影响滑座的性能。
图12A表示作用在2-D执行机构116上的聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2。聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2集中在跟踪线圈232、234、236、238和磁极件244、246之间的聚焦线圈230上,邻近永久磁铁250、252。聚焦线圈230绕在图4所示的透镜夹具210的开孔212的内部,使通过邻近磁铁的每侧线圈230的电流具有相同的量值,因此在透镜夹具210的各侧产生相等的作用力FFocus1和FFocus2,并作用在于沿竖直方向移动的透镜夹具和其上装载的物镜122。该线圈对称地位于在透镜夹具210的开孔212内,使得所产生的作用力FFocus1和FFocus2的中心与物镜122的光轴O距离同为LF。采用这种结构,围绕透镜122的光轴O产生的转矩相等,从而降低了透镜夹具210的纵摇。此外,如图12B所示,当由滑座的端部看时,聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2(在附图中为FFocus)对滑座质量质心CMC对准,因此降低滑座106的横摇。
图13A表示响应于图12A中表示的聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2在水平面中产生的反作用力FFR1和FFR2。反作用力FFR1和FFR2与聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2量值上相等,方向上相反,并且作用中心邻近精确电动机构永久磁铁250、252、介于在磁极件244、246中间。如上所述,聚焦作用力FFocus1和FFocus2相等,因此,反作用力FFR1和FFR2也相等。此外,反作用力FFR1和FFR2作用在与物镜122的光轴O的等距离LFR处以进一步减少横摇。同时如图13B所示,当由滑座106的端部看时,聚焦作用力FFR1和FFR2(在附图上为FFR)与滑座质量质心CMC对准,因而减少了滑座横摇。
图14表示由透镜夹具210上的挠曲臂260、262、264、266产生的力FFlex1和FFlex2。所示的FFlex1和FFlex2作用在上部挠曲臂260、262上。本技术领域的熟练人员会理解,也会有相同的力作用在下部挠曲臂264、268上。分别作用在上部挠曲臂260、262上的力FFlex1和FFlex2集中在挠曲臂260、262的横臂部分280上,在该处,挠曲臂附着到支承元件290上。如前所述,当这些力FFlex1和FFlex2作用在挠曲臂260、262上时,挠曲臂沿适当的方向弯曲,以实现精确跟踪。为了使挠曲臂260、262维持在它们的弯曲状态,精确电动机构产生反作用力FRA和FRB,它们集中在透镜夹具210两侧的磁极件244、246上。如图所示,挠曲力FFlex1和FFlex2作用在与聚焦透镜122的光轴O距离为LFlex处,同时反作用力FRA和FRB分别作用在与光轴O距离LRA和LRB处。本技术领域的熟练人员会理解,由一对力围绕透镜122的光轴O产生的转矩是不相等的,这是由于(FFlex1+FFlex2)不等于(FRALRA+FRBLRB)。然而,除了在很低的频率下(通常约低于40赫兹)由于这些力从滑座被有效地解耦了,在大多数正常运行的情况下,这些力不会影响执行机构的性能。
如上所述,滑座106包括两个轴承表面108、110,它们以可滑动的方式安装在导轨112、114上,以便使滑座106位于光盘上的各种不同的数据轨道下方。实质上,轴承面108、110作用象“弹簧”,它们将滑座106保持在导轨112、114上方。在图15A-B中表示了轴承“弹簧”的刚性力FBearing1和FBearing2。力FBearing1和FBearing2集中在轴承表面108、110和导轨112、114之间的接触点上,并经导轨的中心向下传递。如上所述,在轴承表面108和导轨112之间的表面接触面积近似等于在轴承表面110和导轨114之间的表面接触面积,因此,这些刚性力FBearing1和FBearing2基本上相等。此外,轴承表面108、110位于距透镜122的光轴O等距离LBearing处,使得由这些力FBearing1和FBearing2围绕光轴产生的转矩相等,使滑座横摇变为最小。参阅图15B,在竖直平面内,净余滑座悬挂力FBearing直接作用在两个轴承之间并且对光轴O对准。
图16A中表示作用在轴承表面108、110和导轨112、114上的摩擦力FFriction1A、FFriction1B和FFriction2。由于第一轴承表面108包含两个部分160、162,因而出现两个摩擦力FFriction1A和FFriction1B,分别对应于每个轴承部分160、162,这两个摩擦力集中在轴承的沿与导轨112的接触表面的中部。第二摩擦力FFriction2作用在第二轴承表面110上并集中在轴承的沿与导轨114的接触表面的中部。由于构成第一轴承表面108的轴承部分160、162的接触面积基本上等于第二轴承表面110的接触面积,以及各轴承表面的预荷载和摩擦系数都相同,因此摩擦力FFriction1A与FFriction1B的和与摩擦力FFriction2相等。轴承表面112、114位于与聚焦透镜122光轴具有相等的距离LF处,并且围绕透镜光轴形成的转矩也相等。在竖直平面内,摩擦力FFriction1A、FFriction1B和FFriction2作用在导轨112、114和轴承表面108和110之间的接触面积内,如图16B所示,经过适当设计它们沿水平方向与滑座质量质心CMC对准,从而减少了能够产生滑座横摇的围绕该质心的转矩。
图17-20表示为了在竖直和水平方向加速,作用在滑座106和2-D执行机构116上的惯性力。图17表示对应组件在竖直方向加速的,作用在精确电动机构和滑座上的惯性力。第一向下的惯性力F1F等于精确电动机的质量乘以加速度,该力作用在电动机质量质心CMF处。第二向下的惯性力FC作用在滑臂质量质心CMC处并等于滑臂质量乘以加速度。图18A和18B还表示出惯性力F1F和F1C沿水平方向与物镜122的光轴O对准。
图19A表示用于分别对滑座和精确电动机构进行水平加速的作用在粗略线圈142、144和精确电动机构磁极件244、246上的惯性力。惯性力F1C1作用在第一粗略线圈142的上部部分的中心,惯性力F1C2作用在第二粗略线圈144的上部部分的中心。如上所述,线圈142、144具有相同的尺寸,使得第一线圈142的质量等于第二线圈144的质量。力F1C1、F1C2的大小等于各自线圈的质量乘以加速度,因此,作用在线圈142、144上的惯性力相等。由于线圈142、144位于与物镜122的光轴O等距离LC处,所以由惯性力F1C1和F1C2围绕透镜光轴产生的转矩相等。同样,由于精确电动机构磁极件244、246尺寸相同以及位于与光轴O等距离LP处,作用在两磁极件上的惯性力F1P1和F1P2相等,围绕物镜122的光轴O形成的转矩也相等。将这种分析同样应用于滑座和执行机构组件的所有其它元件或“附件”上,正如下面更详细解释的,由超过挠曲臂的谐振频率的水平和竖直方向的加速度产生的惯性力是平衡的以及相对光轴O是对称的。作用在组件上的精确电动机构和滑座的净余惯性力F1F和F1C沿着一条通过滑座中心的与光轴O相交的直线产生水平加速作用,如图19B所示。由粗略电动机构产生的净余惯性力F1C等于粗略电动机构的质量乘以加速度,而由精确电动机构产生的惯性力F1F等于精确电动机构的质量乘以加速度。
在高的频率下,即在跟踪方向的加速度超过透镜夹具-挠曲臂谐振频率约40赫兹的条件下,组件100的各元件形成解耦,不影响物镜122的位置。因而,对于超过和低于挠曲臂谐振频率的加速度,各惯性力是不同的。图20A表示在这些高的频率下,用于水平加速度的惯性力。在这些高的频率下,执行机构116从滑座106解耦,使得第一惯性力F11等于精确电动机构的质量乘以加速度,该力作用在精确电动机构的质心CMF,以及第二惯性力等于粗略电动机构的质量乘以加速度,该力集中在滑座质量的质心CMC处。
图20B表示在低于挠曲臂谐振频率的水平加速度下的惯性力。在这些较低的频率下,精确电动机构质量和滑座质量作为一单体运动,即具有一个单一质心CMC′。如上所述,这一单一质心CMC′位于在沿竖直方向在滑座质量的质心CMC上方某一距离X处,这样粗略电动机构用力FCoarse1和FCoarse2和摩擦力FFriction1和FFriction2不再与滑座质量的质心对准,现在移动到CMC′。尽管滑座质心产生这种竖直偏移,但组件100的对称设计能保证滑座质量的质心不会在水平平面内偏移,而且不管质心已从CMC竖直偏移到CMC′,作用在滑座上的力围绕质心和光轴O仍是对称的。
另外,设计的对称性保证了当滑座的各附件或元件在高频下解耦时,不会产生质心CMC的水平偏移。例如,在千赫兹范围的频率下,精确电动机构磁极件244、246和磁铁250、252将解耦。然而由于设计的对称性,质心将不会在水平平面内偏移。由于质心CMC在水平平面内没有偏移,在频率超过使各附件变为“松散”的频率的情况下,聚焦电动机构的反作用力将不会对滑座进行纵摇或横摇。因此,通过沿水平方向将质心与物镜122的光轴对准,透镜位于“风暴眼”中,在该处它的位置受作用在组件100上谐振、电动机作用力和反作用力的影响最小。
图21A-B表示对于在1.9克质量的精确电动机中悬挂的0.24克的物镜,精确跟踪位置与本发明的执行机构116的精确电动机构电流之间Bode转换曲线图。如图21A中所示,该执行机构具有几近理想的dB曲线310,具有近于40dB/十进制的斜率和具有45°相位极限的理想相位移曲线312。图21C-D表示当透镜中心离开水平面或跟踪方向0.15毫米的相同的转换作用。dB和相位移曲线310′和312′分别显示有一种扰动或突变,其产生在大约3.2千赫。将相位极限降低到25°,进一步降低回路阻尼,和增加稳定时间和过冲。依据透镜的位置,透镜位置的水平偏移干扰作用于透镜上的精确跟踪作用力的对称性和平衡,并且导致形成图绕透镜光轴的转矩,从而产生立摇。因而,可以明显看出,组件100中围绕物镜122的光轴O的力的平衡可以明显提高位置跟踪能力。
图22A-C表示作用在组件100上的不对称聚焦作用力产生的影响。图22A表示,当存在1.5微米的轨道横摇而产生横越轨道时的跟踪信号,其中每个正弦波对应在光盘表面上的一条信息轨道。在图22-B中,聚焦作用力与精确电动机构的质心CMF和光轴O对准。顶部轨迹322表示在该阶跃过程中施加到聚焦线圈上的电流,而底部轨迹324表示以聚焦电流0.1安,聚焦加速率0.75米/秒2跟踪一特定轨道时的轨道跟踪误差信号。如其所示,轨道跟踪误差信号实际上维持不受聚焦电流的影响。图22C表示当聚焦作用力与光轴O和质心CMF偏离0.2毫米时,其对电流和图22B所示的轨道跟踪误差信号的影响。对应的各曲线分别与轨迹曲线322′和324′相同。现在明显看出跟踪信号受到聚焦电流的影响。使用相同的聚焦电流和加速度可形成0.022微米的跟踪偏差。通常,在光学驱动方向总的可允许的跟踪偏差范围在0.05微米到0.1微米,通过按照图22B校准各个力,明显地降低了跟踪偏差。
在图23中表示滑座和执行机构的另一实施例,组件400中2-D执行机构的质心和滑座质量的质心重合一致。除了围绕物镜的光轴基本对称以外,电动机构质量质心与滑座质量质心重合一致并对准光轴。第一实施例的滑座和执行机构组件100适合于大多数频率范围。然而,另一实施例组件400可以应用在这样一些场合,其中在低于挠曲臂谐振频率的频率下,希望避免滑座质量的质心的偏移。
组件400包括一滑座406,其具有的第一和第二轴承表面408和410基本上与在组件100的对应表面相同,可以按可滑动方式安装在导轴(未表示)上,还包括有安装在滑座400内部的2-D执行机构416。滑座406包括位于形成在滑座406中的凹槽417和418内部的一对粗略跟踪线圈412和414,它们邻近轴承表面408和410,可沿跟踪方向水平移动滑座406,以便接近在光盘表面上各种不同信息轨道。
执行机构416包括其上装有物镜(目标物镜)422的透镜夹具420。一对形成在滑座406顶表面上的突沿424承接一对顶部挠曲臂426,该对挠曲臂还被附着到形成于透镜夹具420上的一对伸出部428的顶部表面上。利用滑座(未表示)底部的对应的突沿承接一对与顶部挠曲臂426结构相同的底部挠曲臂429,该对挠曲臂附着到透镜夹具420上的伸出部428的底表面上。光束430经过椭圆孔432进入执行机构416,并且经过物镜422沿光轴O′由包含在执行机构416内部的一平面镜(未表示)反射。执行机构416还附着到聚焦和精确跟踪电动机构上,以便运动透镜422,使透出的光束精确地对准和聚焦在光盘表面的理想位置上。聚焦和精确跟踪电动机构包括两个固定在透镜夹具420的两相对端头上的永久磁铁440和442。一椭圆形精确跟踪线圈444固定到每个永久磁铁440和442上,与滑座轴承408和410邻近。聚焦线圈448附着到滑座406的顶部和底部表面上,并由形成在滑座内部的突沿所承接,使得透镜夹具420定位在聚焦线圈448之间。
滑座406和执行机构416的粗略跟踪运动以图6和图7所示组件100相同的方式受到影响。当将电流施加到置于磁场中的粗略跟踪线圈412和414时,产生根据洛仑兹定律的作用力,沿跟踪方向移动滑座406和执行机构416,以便将物镜422定位在光盘上的各种不同的信息轨道的下方。
图24表示执行机构416沿聚焦方向移动透镜夹具420和其上装载的物镜422的操作。当在聚焦线圈448中产生电流时,在每个线圈中产生电磁场450。该电磁场450对于不同的聚焦线圈在方向上是不同的,如图所示。在所示实例中,两个永久磁铁440和442将受到底部聚焦线圈448吸引和顶部聚焦线圈的推斥,因此将物镜夹具420朝底部聚焦线圈448移动并远离顶部聚焦线圈448,使物镜422的位置进一步远离光盘表面,其中移动的幅度取决于产生的电磁场的强度。
以类似的方式,图25表示永久磁铁440和442与精确跟踪线圈444的相互作用。通过对跟踪线圈444激磁可沿跟踪方向水平向右或向左移动物镜420,这依赖于通过线圈的电流的方向。例如,在所示磁场460中,透镜夹具420和物镜422向左运动。按这种方式,精确跟踪线圈444的作用在于使来自物镜422的光束精确地定位在光盘上预期的信息轨道上。
如上所述,这一实施例中的粗略跟踪电动机构以与在组件100中的粗略跟踪电动机相同的方式工作。粗略跟踪线圈412和414尺寸相同并且与物镜422的光轴O′的距离相等。将相等的电流提供到这些线圈上,使作用在滑座406上的力FCoarse1′和FCoarse2′施加在距光轴O′相等的距离LC1′和LC2′处。在竖直平面内,这些力FCoarse1′和FCoarse1′沿径向与电动机构质量和滑座质量的质心CMF′和CMC′对准,因此将滑座和执行机构的横摇降到最小。按照类似的方式,轴承表面408和411位于与光轴O′相等的距离处,使滑座悬挂力围绕光轴O′也是对称的。每个力FBearing1和FBearing2作用在与光轴O′相等的距离FBearing1′处,使得围绕光轴产生的转矩相等,从而进一步降低了执行机构的横摇。设计包含使导轨的二轴承表面面积基本上相等,从而使作用在滑座上的摩擦力基本相等。由于轴承表面408和410与光轴O′等距离,围绕光轴作用的转矩相等,滑座和执行机构的立摇降到最小。组件的进一步设计使摩擦力沿竖直方向与滑座406和执行机构416的质心对准。
各精确跟踪线圈444的尺寸相等,以及施加到各线圈上的电流相等,使作用到执行机构上的精确跟踪作用力相等。此外,各精确跟踪线圈444位于距光轴O′相等的距离LT′处,使围绕这一轴线产生的转矩相等。在竖直平面内,这些力FTrack1′和FTrack2′还与执行机构416和滑座406的重心对准,使执行机构416的横摇降低。由于作用在组件上的精确跟踪力相等,因而响应于跟踪作用力产生的反作用力FReaet1′和FReaet2′也相等。这些反作用力作用在与光轴相等的距离LR′处并沿竖直方向与重心对准,使围绕光轴O′的转矩相等,降低了立摇。
按照相似的方式,各聚焦线圈44B具有基本相等的尺寸,以及施加到其上的电流基本相等,使聚焦线圈448产生相等的力FFocus1′和FFocus2′作用在执行机构上。然而,在这一实施例中,聚焦线圈448位于与电动机构质量和滑座质量的重合重心相等的距离LF′处,使围绕光轴O′的转矩相等。此外,由于聚焦作用力FFocus1′和FFocus2′相等,作用在精确电动机质量上的聚焦反作用力FFR1′和FFR2′相等并作用在与滑座质量和精确电动机构质量的重合重心CMC′和CMF′相等的距离LFR处。因此,由反作用力围绕光轴产生的转矩相等,进一步降低了执行机构的横摇。
作用在执行机构上的挠曲作用力FFlex1′和FFlex2′和响应挠曲力产生的精确电动机构反作用力FRA′、FRB′实际上与图14所示组件100中的力是相等的。由于挠曲作用力和反作用力围绕光轴O′不是对称的,因此由这几对力围绕光轴O′产生的转矩不相等。然而,除了在低的频率下(通常约低于40赫兹),这些力实际上是由滑座解耦的,因而这些转矩在大多数工作条件下不影响执行机构性能。
因此,作用在组件400上的电动机构作用力和反作用力围绕光轴O′是对称的,并且沿竖直方向与精确电动机构质量和滑座质量的重心CMF′和CMC′是对准的。由于精确电动机构质量和滑动质量的重心重合,执行机构或组件的任何附件的解耦作用将不会使质心偏移,以及对于所有水平和竖直方向的加速,作用于组件上的力和转矩将维持平衡。
下面转到图26,其表示了本发明的另一实施例。执行机构1-100的构成方式总体上与第一实施例相似。组件中驱动机构内部,如先确定的,精确电动机构质量的重心C处在驱动机构内部,并且确定了具有相互正交的X、Y和Z轴的坐标系统的原点。物镜1-122具有的光轴与Z轴在同一直线上。物镜1-122安装在执行机构1-100内部的套环1-124内,使透镜的重心以及由透镜1-122和套环1-124两者形成的单体的重心与精确电动机构质量的重心C重合一致。在这一实施例中,滑座质量的质心落在物镜1-122的光轴上,还与精确电动机构质量的重心C重合。
与第一实施例一样,物镜1-122位于透镜夹具1-210内部,如图27所示。透镜夹具1-210设有对称的台肩1-213、1-215,由其分别延伸一对对称的上臂1-217、1-219,以及一对对称的下臂1-221配置在透镜夹具1-210的两对侧上。在两下臂中,图27中仅表示了一个下臂1-221,可以理解第二下臂1-221位于透镜夹具1-210的相反的一侧上。挠曲件1-260、1-262分别安装于上壁1-217、1-219的端部,用于在执行机构内悬挂透镜夹具1-210,如在第一实施例中已完整说明的一样。挠曲件也以类似方式安装于下臂上,与挠曲件1-260、1-1262采用相同的方式,不过为了阐明,仅需讨论上部挠曲件。
根据本发明的一个方面,上臂1-217、1-219和下臂朝着XZ平面延伸,在臂的端部的铰接点1-263处,围绕处在XZ平面的竖直轴线上形成单个的铰接作用。在铰接点1-263形成铰接作用使得当物镜1-122沿跟踪方向移动时将围绕Z轴的转矩降到最小,对执行机构不存在围绕Z轴的立摇。对于挠曲件可以这样构成,使它们不是精确地固定到XZ平面,只要在XZ平面产生铰接作用即可。
挠曲件1-261、1-262和下部挠曲件可以是如在Schell等人的5313332号美国专利中介绍的,该专利结合本文可供参考。
执行机构1-100安装在一底座150上(图3),其操作采用与第一实施例的执行机构相同的方式。
重复对这一实施例中的惯性力的分析,将会看到,当滑座沿X轴方向受到水平加速时,滑座质量和精确电动机构质量作为一个具有与原点C严格重合的单一质心的单体运动。实际上,当组件的各元件解耦时,水平加速可以在低于挠曲件的谐振频率的低的频率下或者在高于该谐振频率的频率下都会发生。因此,滑座质量的质心和精确电动机构质量的质心彼此之间不会发生偏离,以及由于如上面讨论的挠曲件的配置,在粗略或精确跟踪的过程中,精确电动机构不会有围绕Z轴立摇的趋势。
如在第一实施例中一样,为了适应所希望的应用,执行机构1-100可以设有精确跟踪驱动装置和精确跟踪驱动装置。执行机构1-100特别适应于可以容许物镜1-122有相对大的工作距离的场合。
虽然参照某些优选实施例已经详细地对本发明做了介绍,应当理解,本发明并不限于这些具体的实施例。相反,根据对实施本发明的最好方式的公开,对于本技术领域的熟练人员在不脱离本发明的构思和保护范围的情况下可对目前的发明进行很多改进和变化,因而本发明的保护范围是由如下权利要求而不是由上述介绍限定的。在权利要求的等效含意和范围内的各种替换、改进、变化都被认为在其保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于在围绕一轴线可旋转的光盘上以光学方式读取或记录信息的装置,所述装置包含:
一底盘;
一滑座,其可沿一与所述旋转轴线正交的路线相对所述底盘运动;
一滑座驱动装置,用于沿所述正交路线驱动所述滑座,所述滑座驱动装置的一些部分安装在所述滑座上,且所述滑座以及所述滑座驱动装置的安装部分确定了滑座质心;
一物镜,具有一光轴和透镜质心;
一物镜夹具,其内安装有所述物镜,所述物镜夹具相对所述滑座是可运动的;以及
一聚焦驱动装置,用于驱动所述物镜夹具,使所述物镜沿物镜光轴移动,所述聚焦驱动装置和所述物镜夹具确定精确电动机构的质心,其中所述精确电动机构的质心、所述滑座的质心以及所述透镜的质心重合在所述光轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
多个挠曲件,用于从所述滑座悬挂所述物镜夹具,所述挠曲件对称地附着到所述物镜夹具的各附着点上,这些附着点围绕光轴布置在由所述光轴和沿跟踪方向延伸的轴线限定的平面内;以及
一精确跟踪驱动装置,用于驱动所述物镜夹具,以便对所述物镜沿着所述正交路线的相对位置进行调节。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述精确跟踪驱动装置使得所述物镜沿着所述正交路线相对于所述滑座移动。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括支撑元件,用于从所述滑座悬挂所述物镜夹具。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述支撑元件围绕着所述光轴附接到所述物镜夹具上。
