Description

本发明涉及设有发酵和贮藏室的冰箱及其控制方法,特别是关于在冷冻室和冷藏室之间设发酵和贮藏室,并可对各室的温度分别独立进行控制的具有发酵和冷藏室的冰箱。
已有的情况是在冰箱中只设有冷冻室和冷藏室而未另外设置腌物发酵室。因此,冰箱是和能使腌物发酵并加以贮藏的腌物冷库不相同的。
并且,在上述腌物冷库的情况下,由于平时要和一般冰箱一样使冷库内保持低温,使其具有贮藏功能,而在这种使用的过程中,当使腌物发酵的情况下,又必须使冷库内升温到发酵温度,因此,为了使较高的发酵温度不致损伤食品,就必须将库内已贮藏的其他食品全部清除出库,再保存在一般冰箱中,非常不方便。
另外,在对腌物发酵时,必须使库内温度高于常温,而一般冰箱并不具有使箱内温度上升而进行发酵的功能,因此,家庭内就必须购买两台冰箱,于是,就存在购买费用多,所需放置场地大等缺点。
已有技术的有代表性的实例已由日本特许公开56-168069所公开。
该发明是一种由下述部分构成的冰箱:带有第一冷却器的冷冻室,带有第二冷却器的冷藏室,带有第三冷却器的可转换为冷冻或冷藏室功能的辅助室等,设置有对所述第二冷却器的制冷剂供给进行控制的第一通路切换装置,以及对所述第三冷却器的制冷剂供给进行控制的第二通路切换装置,藉助于该第一和第二通路切换装置,对通路进行切换控制,再根据对各个箱内温度的控制,通过上述通路切换可选择不同的制冷剂供给状态,即向第一及第二冷却器供给的状态,向第一及第三冷却器供给的状态及只向第一冷却器供给的状态。
上述发明中设有冷冻室、冷藏室、辅助室,且对各室的温度独立进行控制,但只是所述辅助室转换为冷冻室或冷藏室,而并不是具有发酵的功能,所以并不能解决前面所述的问题。
本发明是解决前面所提问题的方案。
本发明的目的在于提供一种冰箱,它能使腌物发酵并予以贮藏,另外设有发酵及贮藏室。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种冰箱及其控制方法,该冰箱在其发酵和贮藏室内装设有加热装置,可使发酵和贮藏室温度上升到发酵温度。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种冰箱及其控制方法,这种冰箱中在发酵和贮藏室与蒸发器之间设有流入通道和返回通道以及开关这些通道的风门等,当发酵功能完成之后,使冷气向发酵和贮藏室循环,从而贮藏发酵物。
具有上述目的的本发明的装置,是由下述部件构成的;与冷冻室和冷藏室独立分开设置的发酵和贮藏室:设置在上述发酵和贮藏室内的加热组件,该组件由加热器和送风机以及周围的通道组成;将空气自蒸发器向前述发酵和贮藏室供给的流入通道,以及用以开关该通道的风门,从前述发酵和贮藏室将室内空气向蒸发器循环的返回通道,以及用以开关该通道的风门。
如上述构成的本发明装置的控制方法由下述步骤组成:检测冷冻室的温度、并使之保持在冷冻标准温度;在对上述冷冻室的温度进行控制之后,在执行发酵功能时,将发酵和贮藏室的温度保持在发酵温度,如果发酵时间已过,可自动转换为贮藏功能;当对上述冷冻室的温度进行控制之后,在执行贮藏功能时,将发酵和贮藏室的温度保持于贮藏温度;在对上述发酵和贮藏室的温度进行控制之后,将冷藏室的温度保持于冷藏标准温度等控制步骤。
下面,将参照附图对本发明作如下详细说明。

本发明冰箱,上部设有冷冻室1,中部设有发酵和贮藏室3,下部有冷藏室4。
在冷冻室1和发酵与贮藏室3之间,设置有冷却室2。
冷冻室1由箱顶6、后板10,后壁7以及底板9构成。后板10位于与前述后壁7的上角相距一定距离之处,并延伸至底板9,由于后板10与后壁7相隔一定距离,于是在其间就形成了冷气流动通道,底板9之上放置待冷冻或已冷冻的食品。在与底板9前缘离开一定距离的地方,开有与冷却室2相通的孔。
因而,冷冻室1的空气就可通过开在底板9上的孔而流入冷却室2,该流入的空气通过蒸发器EVA被冷却之后,因送风机FAN1的作用而通过前述后板10和后壁7之间形成的通道,从而返回到冷冻室1。
冷却室2位于冷冻室1和发酵及贮藏室3之间的水平隔板之间。在前述冷冻室1的底板9之下,设置有蒸发器EVA。在发酵和贮藏室3的上板12与冷却室2底板11之间,开有两个孔,这两个孔分别成为返回通道P1和P2的两个出口。
于是,发酵和贮藏室3的空气和冷藏室4的空气,就经由前述通道P1和P2,通过前述开孔而返回冷却室2。
发酵和贮藏室3,以冷却室2和发酵及贮藏室3之间的分隔隔板作为上板12,并设有距冰箱后壁7一定距离的后板13。
发酵和贮藏室3与冷藏室4之间的隔板,形成发酵和贮藏室3的底14。因此,发酵和贮藏室是由上板12、后板13、底14以及图中未示出的一对侧壁构成的,侧壁上有铰链联接的门,用该门可从前面打开和关闭。
发酵和贮藏室3的门顶附近设置有加热组合装置5,该组合装置5由送风机FAN2和加热器HT以及其周围的通道组成。
该通道如图所示,其下方有一开孔,后面还有另一开孔。在送风机FAN2的的作用下,通过下方的孔流入发酵和贮藏室3的空气,随着与加热器HT接触而被加热,然后从后面的孔排出。
在后板13上,开有上下两个孔,这些孔由风门DAMP1和DAMP2来开关。在风门DAMP1和DAMP2上设置有开关检测装置和开关驱动装置,在冰箱控制部的作用下进行检测和开关控制。
在上述两孔中,下方的孔与流入通道P3相通,该通道P3形成于冰箱后壁7和发酵及贮藏室3的后板13之间,从而,蒸发器EVA内被冷却的冷气即通过该下方的孔流入发酵和贮藏室3。上方的孔则与冷却室2相通而通过返回通道P1
发酵和贮藏室3内的空气通过上述孔而返回冷却室2。另外,在后板13的下部设置有温度传感器TS2,该传感器TS2感知发酵和贮藏室3的温度,并把信号送至冰箱控制部。冷藏室4由上板14、后壁7、底8、两侧壁和门构成。底部铰链联接的门可对冷藏室4予以开关。
前述发酵和贮藏室3与冷藏室4之间的隔板形成了冷藏室上板14。在上板14靠近门的地方开有通孔,该孔与前述隔板上形成的返回通道P2相通。
在冷藏室4后壁7下方与冰箱外壳后壁之间,设置有压缩机COMP,在该压缩机COMP上方的一定位置处,冷藏室4后壁和冰箱相连。在后壁上开有孔,该孔位于从上壁向下一定距离处,与通道P3相通。
风门DAMP3可对前述孔进行开关,它受风门驱动装置和冰箱控制部的控制。冷藏室4的底与冰箱的底8相一致,在距离压缩机COMP后方一定距离处是后壁7。在后壁7的一定位置处设置有温度传感器TS3,该传感器TS3感知冷藏室的温度,并将信号送至冰箱控制部。
这里,图1所示的冰箱是本发明冰箱的一个实施例,本发明并不受上面所述结构的限制,也可以改变上述各部分的结构。
图2所示的内容为本发明的冰箱的控制部,它由下述部件组成:如图所示那样根据内部程序驱动冰箱的全部操作进行控制的微机21;
微机外部电路22,它由供给操作电源的稳压回路、将微机21回复到初始状态的复位电路、向微机21输入时钟脉冲信号的振荡回路等部分构成;
输入部23,它由发酵/贮藏选择键、温度选择键等各种操作命令键构成,向微机21输入操作命令;
基准电压设定部24,它向微机21供给经模数转换的基准电压;
温度检测部25,它分别检测冷冻室、腌物发酵和贮藏室,冷藏室各室的温度,并向微机21输入信号;
风门状态监测部26,它通过与风门连动的风门开关的状态来监测风门是否可以开关,并向微机21输入信号;
负载控制部27,根据微机21的控制,对压缩机风机马达、风门、加热器等分别进行驱动;
显示部28,根据微机21的控制,显示各种操作状态。
本发明的装置即由上面所述的装置进行控制。
第3图是表示前述构成的本发明装置的控制方法的流程图。
上述微机21根据冷冻室1所设温度传感器TS1测出的冷冻室1的温度,来驱动压缩机COMP和送风机FAN1
首先,温度传感器TS1感应出冷冻室1的温度,再将此温度值与冷冻温度上限值,即冷冻温度Rf+容许误差GaP相比较(程序步骤101),如果所测出的温度高,则开动压缩机COMP和送风机Fan1(步骤102)。
此时,在冷却室内经过冷却的空气,被送风机FAN1送过流入通道P4而进入冷冻室1。
在上述步骤101中,所得的比较结果不大的情况下,则判断冷冻室1的温度是否小于冷冻温度下限值,即冷冻温度Rf-容许误差GaP(程序步骤103)。在不小的情况下,就立即进入发酵和贮藏室3的温度控制阶段;在小的情况下,则开动压缩机COMP和送风机FAN1,再进入发酵和贮藏室3的温度控制阶段。
然后,如下面所述那样进行发酵和贮藏室3的温度控制。
微机21对键输入部23的输入键是否是发酵功能键进行判断(程序步骤105),如果不是发酵功能键,则开启发酵和贮藏室3的流出和流入风门DAMP1和DAMP2,将发酵和贮藏室3的空气通过返回通道P1送回冷却室2(程序步骤113)。蒸发器EVA作用下的冷却空气在送风机FAN1的吹送下流过流入通道P3,再被引导通过发酵和贮藏室3后板13上的通孔而流入发酵和贮藏室3。
随之,对温度检测部25的温度传感器TS2所检出的发酵和贮藏室3的温度是否大于贮藏室上限值,即贮藏温度Rkr+容许误差GaP,进行判断(程序步骤114),在比较大的情况下,就开启流出和流入风门DAMP1和DAMP2,使空气通过冷却室而循环,从而进入冷藏室4的温度控制步骤115。
在前面所述的过程中,当发酵和贮藏室3的温度比贮藏室3上限值,即贮藏温度Rkr+容许误差GaP小的时候,就关闭发酵和冷藏室3的流入风门DAMP2,挡住冷气的流入,进而进入下面的冷藏室4温度控制步骤(步骤117)。
在前面所述的过程中,当选择了发酵功能的情况下,则信号送至负载控制部27的风门驱动部,关闭发酵和贮藏室3的流出和流入风门DAMP1和DAMP2,从而使冷气不能流入(程序步骤106)。
下面,温度检测部25的温度传感器TS2测出贮藏室3的温度,比较此温度是否大于发酵温度上限值,即发酵温度Rkf+容许误差GaP(程序步骤107)。在前述步骤中,若比较结果是不大,则判断发酵和贮藏室3的温度是否小于发酵温度下限值,即发酵温度Rkf-容许误差GaP(程序步骤109)。在前述步骤107中,如果比较结果是大,则关闭加热器HT和送风机FAN2,然后进入判断发酵时间是否结束的步骤(程序111)。
在前述109步骤中,当比较结果小时,则开动加热器HT和送风机FAN2(步骤110)。发酵和贮藏室3的空气流入加热通道组件5下方的孔,与加热器HT相接触而被加热,已被加热的空气流经加热通道组件5后方的孔而自发酵和贮藏3排出。经过前述的温度控制之后,判断发酵时间是否结束(程序步骤111)。当发酵时间结束时,即将发酵和贮藏室3转换为贮藏功能(步骤112)。此时,若发酵和贮藏室的温度高于贮藏温度,即开启流出和流入风门DAMP1和DAMP2,使冷气循环,若发酵和贮藏室3的温度比贮藏室低,则关闭流出和流入风门DAMP1和DAMP2,以挡住冷气的流入。
在程序步骤118中,通过温度检测部25的温度传感器TS3测出冷藏室4的温度,并判断所测温度是否大于冷藏温度上限值,即冷藏温度Rr+容许误差GaP(程序步骤118)。
当比较结果大时,则开启冷藏室4的流入风门DAMP3,使冷气通过流入通道P3而进入冷藏室4(程序步骤119),接续下去则返回到主程序。
前述流入空气从冷藏室吸取了热量之后,通过上板14上的孔沿着返回通道P2流回冷却室2,在蒸发器EVA处被冷却之后,由于送风机FAN1而导入流入通道P3和P4。由流入通道P3导入的空气通过后壁上的通孔再次进入冷藏室4。
在前述118步骤中,当冷藏室4的温度不大于冷藏温度上限值,即冷藏温度Rr+容许误差GaP时,则判断冷藏室4的温度是否小于冷藏室温度的下限值,即冷藏温度Rr-容许误差GaP(程序步骤120),如果不小于,则立即返回主程序,如果小于,则关闭冷藏室4的风门DAMP3,以挡住冷气的流入(程序步骤121),接续下去即返回主程序。
如前所述,本发明的冰箱另外设有发酵和贮藏室,能够完成发酵功能,因此,就不必为了发酵食物而另外购买发酵专用冰箱,从而节省了费用,这是本发明冰箱的优点。

Claims (3)

1、一种设有冷藏室和冷冻室的冰箱,其特征在于还设置有在上述冷藏室和冷冻室之外的发酵和贮藏室;
使冷气流入上述发酵和贮藏室的流入装置;
使上述发酵和贮藏室的空气向蒸发器排出的排出装置;
设置在上述发酵和贮藏室内,加热其内部空气的加热装置;
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有发酵和贮藏室的冰箱,其特征在于:
执行发酵功能时,使上述流入装置和流出装置停止工作,并使上述加热装置进行工作,使上述发酵和贮藏室的温度维持于发酵温度;
执行贮藏功能时,使上述加热装置停止工作,使上述流入装置和流出装置进行工作,将上述发酵和贮藏室的温度维持于贮藏温度。
3、对设有冷冻室、冷藏室以及发酵和贮藏室的冰箱进行控制的方法,其特征在于有下述步骤构成:
测出上述冷冻室的温度并将其维持于冷冻标准温度;
对上述冷冻室的温度进行控制之后,当执行发酵功能时,将发酵和贮藏室的温度维持于发酵温度;如发酵时间已过,则自动转换为贮藏功能;
对上述冷冻室的温度进行控制之后,当执行贮藏功能时,将发酵和贮藏室的温度维持于贮藏温度;
对上述发酵和贮藏室的温度进行控制之后,将冷藏室的温度维持于冷藏标准温度。
