Abstract
把退弹器安装在手枪握把空腔内且容易拆卸,其中,一种销轴装置包括有可嵌在握把腔壁上的孔内的受压弹簧的销柱。孔与手枪的外边相通,因而可把销柱推进腔里而使退弹器和销轴装置掉出来。退弹器还可以把击锤销卡在其适当的位置上。
Description
本发明涉及一种自动手枪,更具体而言本发明涉及一种手枪退壳器可绕销轴转动的自动手枪。
对比文献US 4627184公开了一种半自动手枪,该手枪包括枪管、枪栓、枪栓挡块、可旋转的退壳器、子弹壳出口、握把、扳机、弹匣、弹匣闩。撞针可在枪栓内往复运动,当枪栓往复运动时迫使撞针朝向子弹,并能由一弹簧迫使其离开子弹。由退壳器作用将子弹壳从子弹壳弹出口弹出。由于手枪握把由塑料模制而成,其不具有两分开的握把。因此该手枪中的退壳器不能很容易地从手枪握把中拆除。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种手枪,该手枪具有塑料握把、带有子弹配合部分的退壳器和击锤销,所述塑料握把具有两个间隔的、且在其间形成握把腔的左、右握把壁,所述握把壁上开有同轴的销通道;所述自动手枪还包括一用于可拆卸地将退壳器安装在所述握把腔内、位于所述同轴销通道内的枢轴销装置,所述枢轴销装置包括:有两个端部的主体部分;从所述主体的两个端部凸出进入所述同轴的孔内的销凸出部分;在所述主体内迫使所述销凸出部分进入所述孔内的弹簧装置。
根据本发明的自动手枪,还具有一个击锤销,所述退壳器装置包括一击锤销配合臂,该击锤销配合臂与所述击锤销配合以阻止其横向移动。
根据本发明的自动手枪,在射击期间,退壳器退出子弹壳,而要拆卸时,用一合适的工具伸入所述握把壁上的销孔,迫使枢轴销凸出部分进入握把腔,从而很容易地拆除退壳器和枢轴销装置。

图1和图5中,手枪10包括一模制塑料握把11,该塑料握把包括左握把侧壁11a,右握把侧壁11b和在两侧壁之间的握把腔12。所述握把腔12包括子弹匣槽部分12a和相邻的后腔室部分12b。握把在各侧壁11a,11b的外面有水平沟槽13a,13b,13c和一连续的握持壁板。手枪10包括枪栓14,扳机护环15,扳机16和击锤17。图中还示出了子弹匣18,以及一横向圆柱形通道19,所述通道包括两个同轴的间隔开的通道部分19a,19b,每一通道部分19a,19b都与握把11的外部以及握把腔12相通。在所述通道19a的上方是在一横向孔22中的枢轴销21。所述销21有头部21a。

参见图5,枢轴销装置28包括圆柱体28a,安装在圆柱体28a内的套筒部分28b,28c,可在圆柱体28内往复移动的凸出柱塞28d,28e和向外挤压凸出柱塞部分28d和28e的弹簧28s。由凸出柱塞部分28d,28e以及套筒部分28b,28c上的台阶面(未示出)限制柱塞部分28d,28e的向外运动。所述枢轴销装置安装在有腔壁30a,30b的握把腔内。
拆卸手枪10时,先将子弹匣18拆除,将一工具从手枪外部插入通道19a或19b推动并压低柱塞部分28d或28e,直至它通过壁30a或30b允许退壳器23和枢轴销装置28一起从手枪10脱离。
最后从图1和图6中可以看出,击锤销头21a配合在手枪右侧壁11b的外侧的凹槽36内,凹槽36的形状与销头21的形状相同,这有助于防止销21的横向移动。
Claims (2)
1.一种自动手枪,该手枪包括塑料握把、带有子弹配合部分的退壳器和击锤,所述塑料握把具有两个间隔的、且在其间形成握把腔的左、右握把壁,其特征在于:所述握把壁上开有同轴的销通道;所述自动手枪还包括一用于可拆卸地将退壳器安装在所述握把腔内、位于所述同轴通道孔内的枢轴销装置,所述枢轴销装置包括:
a)有两个端部的主体部分;
b)从所述主体的两个端部凸出进入所述同轴的销通道孔内的销凸出部分;
c)在所述主体内迫使所述销凸出部分进入所述销通道孔内的弹簧装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动手枪,其特征在于还具有一个击锤销,所述退壳器装置包括一击锤销配合臂,该击锤销臂与所述击锤销配合以阻止其横向移动。
