Abstract

题为“静态跳闸断路器的数字I2T拾波、时域和定时控制电路”的美国专利4,589,1052公开了一种采用数字电子跳闸机构的固态电路断续器。这种电子跳闸机构在电路断续器中用以影响一系列编程参数使其及时中断受保护的电路。从题为“断路器和保护继电装置”的美国专利4,672,501中可以看到这种电子跳闸机构使使用者可以相互配合来选择和查阅跳闸参数。
题为“显示器和小键盘可拆卸的电路断路器”的美国专利4,870,531介绍了一种装有小键盘和能显示所存储的断路器设定值的显示器的电子电路断续器。小键盘和显示器借助于插入式接插件与电路断续器的电子跳闸机构可拆卸地连接。
这类小键盘和显示装置使所有可选用的电路断续器具备显示功能，但只显示电子跳闸机构借助于跳闸机构处理器内的软件配置的那些参数。然而，采用这种小键盘和显示装置时，所存储的跳闸机构设定值是容易被窜改的，因为操作小键盘的按钮都暴露在外，任何未经授权的人都可以使用这些按钮。
为维持配电系统协调工作的局面，最好能防止未经授权的人士使用跳闸机构的设定值。本发明的目的是防止未经授权的人窜改跳闸机构设定值，而经授权的操作人员仍然可以使用这些设定值。
本发明涉及一种装置有数字小键盘和显示装置的可拆卸电子跳闸机构接口的断路器。该数字小键盘和显示装置使用户可以显示所选取的跳闸机构参数并输入跳闸机构的初始设定值。跳闸机构的设定值以后就借助于一个开有一些孔口、通过这些孔口可使用小键盘上所选取的键钮的透明防护罩加以保护，使未经授权的人不能拨弄设定值。为窜改跳闸机构设定值而要使用“输入”键钮时需要破除封条和金属丝才能将透明的保护罩卸不来。
图1是本发明装有小键盘和显示器、显示器上装有窗口保护罩的断路器跳闸机构的平面俯视图。
图2是图1小键盘的放大俯视图，示出了小键盘的一些操作按钮。
图3是图2的小键盘沿3-3平面截取的放大侧面剖视图。
图1示出了带有小键盘显示器及铭牌7的断路器。该断路器有一个象上述美国专利4,870,531所述的那种电子跳闸机构。为防止小键盘被窜改，设置了透明防护罩1和封条及金属丝2，与安装螺钉配合使用，限制使用小键盘的人只能使用功能按钮4。“输入”按钮6在防护罩1就位的情况下不能使用，因为“输入”键钮正上方的防护罩上设有可通过到该键钮的通孔。防护罩上的通孔5使我们可以使用功能按钮4。
从图2可以看到，小键盘上的各键钮4可通过各孔5(如图1中所示)借助于相应的按钮8使用。这种有限制的使用方式提高了断路器小键盘抗窜改的能力，使用者可以使用小键盘的用户接口键钮但不能使用小键盘的“输入”键钮。
如上述美国专利4,870,531中所述的那样，往通孔5插入笔头之类的东西就可以使用按钮4和“输入”按钮6，从而使未经授权的人也可以使用小键盘。现在参看图3，从图3可以最清楚地理解本发明受保护的小键盘是如何工作的。这里，为了触及跳闸机构小键盘11上相应的键钮6，必须按压按钮8。小键盘透明的防护罩1装在边缘9顶上，防止人家使用跳闸机构10和小键盘显示器11。如图1中所示，小键盘的“输入”按钮4由于没有按钮8因而不能加以使用。按钮8是用夹具12固定到防护罩1上就位而且仅供操作功能按钮4用的。

Claims (4)

1.电子电路断路器的一种可拆卸的小键盘和显示装置，包括：
一个小键盘盒，里面装有多个功能键钮和一个“输入”键钮；
一个显示器，配置在所述小键盘盒中，与电子跳闸的机构电连接；
其特征在于还包括：
一个小键盘防护罩，具有对应于各功能键钮的第一孔；
多个按钮，伸入所述第一孔中与所述各功能键钮接触；以及
对应于所述“输入”键钮的第二孔，所述第二孔有一个阻挡装置防止使用所述“输入”键钮。
2.如权利要求1所述的小键盘和显示装置，其特征在于，所述防护罩用安装螺灯和密封金属丝固定到相应的跳闸机构上。
3.如权利要求1所述的小盘和显示装置，其特征在于，所述按钮用夹持件夹持在所述防护罩上。
4.如权利要求1所述的小键盘和显示装置，其特征在于，除非安装螺钉和密封金属丝拆除，否则所述防护罩防止使用所述“输入”键钮。
