Abstract
本发明涉及到一种改进型软管夹持器,它包括一配备有夹紧装置的外部环形夹紧带条以及一沿夹紧带条内表面延伸的弹性带条。弹性带条上设置有两个围绕该带条延伸的轴向间隔且朝内的边缘凸圈。在上述凸圈的中间,弹性带条上形成有向外的凸脊,该凸脊贴合于夹紧带条的内表面。用多个开口将凸脊分成多个桥形物,这些桥形物在弹性带条周围与前述凸圈彼此相接合。桥形物被设置成能使凸圈沿径向方向和轴向方向移动。
Description
本发明涉及到一种改进型软管夹持器。
从瑞典专利说明书第8307152-2号中已知有上述类型的软管夹持器。这种软管夹持器的目的一方面是补偿由软管夹持器包封的软管材料在该软管夹持器夹紧在前述软管周围时所出现的变形,另一方面是补偿因材料老化而引起的软管材料的弹性退化。但是,实际测试表明,在和橡胶材料一道使用时,先有技术的软管夹持器不能发挥出预定的功能,这是因为,所说的弹性带条因结构上的原因而无法令人满意地使该弹性带条的凸圈沿径向和轴向方向作任何显著的运动,所以,无法进行完全的补偿。
本发明的目的在于克服已知软管夹持器的缺点,并提供一种软管夹,其能对软管夹绕其紧固的软管材料弹性的减少给予充分的补偿。
本发明提供了一种夹持器,包括:一基本上为刚性的弯成环形的夹紧带条,该夹紧带条的端部在一重叠位置处贯穿一夹紧装置,从而使上述软管夹持器夹紧在诸如由弹性材料构成的软管之类的物体周围;以及,一弹性带条,该带条位于上述夹紧带条的内部,所述弹性带条上形成有两个围绕该带条延伸的轴向间隔且朝内的边缘凸圈以及位于这两个凸圈中间的向外突出的凸脊,该凸脊贴合于前述夹紧带条内表面,本发明的特征在于,在弹性带条的凸脊内设有多个开口,这些开口将凸脊分成多个桥形物,这些桥形物在弹性带条的圆周周围与所说的边缘凸圈相接合,前述桥形物被设置成能使所说的凸圈具有一定的径向及轴向可动性。这就能消除先有技术中软管夹持器的上述缺陷。
以下参照附图详细地说明本发明,在附图中:
图1是本发明的软管夹持器在夹紧带条与弹性带条相分开情况下的透视图;
图2至图6是贯穿上述软管夹持器的剖面图以及贯穿前述软管夹持器所包封的导管和软管一部分的纵剖图。
本发明的软管夹持器包括:一外部非弹性的夹紧带条1,它弯成环形;以及,一内部弹性带条2,该带条用于嵌在夹紧带条1内。在附图中,所示的软管夹持器配备有一通常的夹紧装置,此装置包括一含有螺杆4的螺杆罩以及夹紧带条1的螺纹部分5,该部分以与螺杆4作螺纹接合的方式穿过螺杆罩3。夹紧带条1可借助螺杆4夹紧在弹性带条2的周围。
弹性带条2最好通过端部的重叠而弯成一圆环。弹性带条2设置成与夹紧带条1的内表相接触并且配备有两个轴向间隔的边缘凸圈6,这两个凸圈径向朝内并沿弹性带条2的边缘延伸。弹性带条2在边缘凸圈6的中间处形成了一个径向向外突出的凸脊7,它贴合于夹紧带条1的内表面。
依照本发明,弹性带条2的凸脊7被分成桥形物9,多个开口8将这些桥形物分隔开。所说的桥形物9在弹性带条2的周围将位于该弹性带条2一边处的边缘凸圈6与位于该弹性带条相反边处的凸圈6连接起来。
在图2至图6中,所示的软管夹持器安装在软管10的周围,而软管10则贴在导管11的端部周围。上述附图说明了不同的状态。图2说明了贴在软管10周围但未夹紧的软管夹持器。长度a说明了这种状态。
图3说明了处于这样位置处的软管夹持器,即:在该位置处,上述软管夹持器夹紧在软管10的周围。夹紧带条1将弹性带条2略微向下压进有弹性的软管材料内,从而使软管10密封住导管11。这种状态由距离b1所示,距离b1要比图2中a所表示的距离短。同时,距离b2表示夹紧带条1因其施加给凸脊7的压力而使得边缘凸圈6沿轴向方向微作分开的距离。由于提供有桥形物9和中间开口8,所以,上述弹性运动是可能的。
假设已过了相当长的时间,老化会使所述材料的弹性略有下降。在这种情况下,弹性带条2会补偿弹性的下降,并且,边缘凸圈6会进一步向下进入软管材料。附图中距离c说明了这种状态。由于弹性带条2能径向弯曲,所以可以获得这种补偿效果。此外,边缘凸圈6还可以彼此移动得更加靠近。
在图5和图6中,以完整剖面图的方式显示了软管10和导管11的一部分,以便说明夹持软管在正常操作状态下的功能。假定诸如热水之类的受热介质周期性地流经导管11。图5显示了被所述介质加热之前的导管11。在这种状态下,导管11具有等于d的内径。导管11受热之后会略微膨胀,在这种情况下,其内径为f,见图6。
假设刚性的夹紧带条1在同时未受到热介质的显著影响,因而没有膨胀。在这种情况下,软管夹持器的弹性带条2会通过将凸脊7的弯曲程度从图5所示的尺寸e减少至图6所示的尺寸g而补偿导管11的膨胀。
当导管11冷却时,由于该导管会略有收缩,所以,弹性带条2会通过再度增加凸脊7的弯曲程度而随动于所述导管的收缩运动。
依照本发明,为软管夹持器设置一弹性带条是最佳的,这是因为,可以在相对较长的时间内以能最终可靠地密封住软管10的方式自动地事后调整软管夹持器的定位位置。此外,不再需要在以后拧紧螺杆4。
本发明并不局限于上述且在附图中予以说明了的实施例,而是可在后附权利要求范围内以多种方式加以改进。很明显,除图1所示的夹紧装置以外,弹性带条2可与其它类型的软管夹持器一道使用。
Claims (1)
1.一种改进型软管夹持器,这种夹持器包括:一基本上为刚性的弯成环形的夹紧带条(1),该夹紧带条的端部在一重叠位置处贯穿一夹紧装置(3,4),从而使上述软管夹持器夹紧在诸如由弹性材料构成的软管(10)之类的物体周围;以及,一弹性带条(2),该带条位于上述夹紧带条(1)的内部,所述弹性带条上形成有两个围绕该弹性带条延伸的轴向间隔且朝内的边缘凸圈(6),以及位于这两个凸圈中间的向外突出的凸脊(7),该凸脊(7)贴合于前述夹紧带条(1)的内表面,上述软管夹持器的特征在于:在弹性带条的凸脊内设置有多个开口(8),这些开口将凸脊(7)分成多个桥形物(9),这些桥形物在弹性带条的周围与所说的边缘凸圈(6)相接合,前述桥形物被设置成能使所说的凸圈具有一定的径向及轴向可动性。
