根据一个示意性实施方案,蒸发窗口110可以在盖件108中形成。蒸发窗口110是允许蒸汽流出并且禁止液体流出的盖件108的任何部分。在一个实施方案中,形成盖件108的材料允许蒸汽透过,但是可以将材料或涂层施加到盖件108或邻近其定位,例如面向患者侧,以禁止至少在某些位置处蒸汽通过盖件透过。例如,可以将粘合剂定位在盖件108的边缘以使盖件108与伤口或组织部位102周围的组织配对,并且在蒸发窗口110的所希望的位置处被省略。液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜112可以是与盖件108相同的材料,但是没有禁止蒸汽传播的粘合剂或其他物质。

根据一个示意性实施方案,用于处理患者104身上组织部位102的方法包括紧邻组织部位102而放置一个伤口界面构件118,例如泡沫构件106。盖件108的第一部分124可以可释放地固定到正在处理的组织部位102的患者皮肤130的外侧。盖件108用于在组织部位102上形成密封空间114。来自组织部位102的液体通过泡沫构件106的亲水性性质并且通过来自泡沫构件106内的预充液体的蒸发的减压的产生而被吸入泡沫构件106。随着预充液体蒸发,可以在密封空间114中产生减压。在一个示意性实施方案中,预充液体或体液的蒸发产生了减压,使得没有使用减压的外部源并且而足够用于疗法的减压仍被施加到密封空间114。来自组织部位102的蒸发的液体、或蒸汽,或者蒸发的预充液体,通过液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜112退出密封空间114。
由于来自组织部位102的液体的蒸发,敷件100随着时间的推移能够接收并且处理多于敷件100一次能够保留的液体。例如,在一个示意性实施方案中,敷件100容纳30cc的液体,即:敷件100用30cc液体变得完全饱和,但是随着蒸发,随着时间的推移,可以接收40cc的液体。在本例中,敷件100处理了饱和容积测量的容积的百分之133。在其他实施方案中,敷件100可以处理基于饱和容量的容量的110%、120%、130%、140%、150%、160%、或更多。
主要参见图2,展示了用于处理组织部位102的敷件100的一个示意性实施方案。图2的敷件100与图1的敷件100相同,具有两个主要的修改。第一,已经将吸收层132布置在盖件108的第二面向患者侧122与泡沫构件106的第一侧107之间。吸收层132可以是用于接收并且存储液体的材料的任何层,例如离子型,它是基于交联丙烯酸的、甲基丙酸烯的、以及使磺化的丙烯酸的聚合物。吸收层132也可以是非离子型,它是基于水溶性聚合物,例如藻酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、或其他吸收性材料。吸收层132接受并且保留来自组织部位102的流体,并且增强敷件100的容量。也可以增加其他层,包括芯吸层(未显示)。如果增加了芯吸层,则它吸引液体并且把它们保留在一个希望的位置。例如,芯吸层可以吸引液体并且保留这些液体紧贴液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜。
第二个主要差别是可去除的释放衬垫134的,或活化层的内含物。可去除的释放衬垫134提供了一个蒸汽的屏障,否则蒸汽会通过液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜流出。可去除的释放衬垫134允许预充液在使用之前在泡沫构件106中,并且仍未蒸发,直至将可去除的释放衬垫134移走。
主要参见图3,展示了用于处理组织部位(例如图1和2中的组织部位102)的敷件100的一个示意性实施方案。除了两个主要差别外,图3的敷件100与图1的敷件100是类似的。第一,包括单向阀门136。单向阀门136延伸通过盖件108并且进入密封空间114。单向阀门136还延伸通过液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜112。当将盖件108压向组织部位102(图1)时,密封空间114中的空气通过单向阀门136疏散,如箭头138提示。来自密封空间114内的空气或其他气体的去除帮助在密封空间114中发展减压。这些气体通过单向阀门136的疏散或来自密封空间的液体的蒸发和流出在密封空间114中产生了减压。因此,减压处理可以在组织部位发生而不需要一个单独的减压源。
在图3的实施方案中,盖件108包括多个孔140或蒸发窗口开口,该蒸发窗口开口包括蒸发窗口110。孔140由液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜112覆盖以形成蒸发窗口110。相对于第二差别,图3的实施方案还包括吸收层132。
现在主要参见图4,展示了用于处理组织部位(例如图1和2中的组织部位102)的敷件100的一个示意性实施方案。图4的敷件100与图1中的敷件100类似,但是包括单向阀门136并且还包括压力调节阀门142。像在图3中一样,单向阀门136延伸通过盖件108并且进入密封空间114,并且压力调节阀门142也延伸通过盖件108并且进入密封空间114。
当在密封空间114内达到最大减压值时,压力调节阀门142允许周围压力或周围空气进入密封空间114。周围空气的引入降低了减压并且保持减压在最大值以下。压力调节阀门142可以采取多种形式,但是被显示为具有一个球144,该球带有偏置构件146,该偏置构件使球144紧贴孔148偏置。当从密封空间114传送到室150的减压足够高以引起球144从孔148上离座时,空气被引入到室150并且将空气传送到密封空间114中。通过这个动作,密封空间114内的压力可以调节到最大减压值以下。

可以将预充液体布置在泡沫构件206内。为了防止预充液体在敷件200被部署到组织部位之前的提前蒸发,可以将可去除的释放衬垫234可释放地附接到第二泡沫254上的盖件208的第一侧220上。可去除的释放衬垫234可以与泡沫构件206同样大小或比该泡沫构件更大。在部署到患者身上时,将可去除的释放衬垫234去除。类似于图4的敷件100,敷件200可以包括单向阀门236和压力调节阀门242。
仍参见图5,在根据一个示意性实施方案的操作中,将泡沫构件206紧邻要处理的组织部位(例如图1的组织部位102)而放置。如果还没有完成,将盖件208放置在泡沫构件206上,并且附接装置256用于将盖件208固定到患者皮肤上。可以将可去除的释放衬垫234去除。敷件200可以通过向组织部位按下敷件200而物理地准备,以引起至少第二泡沫254部分地塌陷,迫使空气通过单向阀门236,从而将初始的减压放置到密封空间214内。密封空间214内的减压进一步被增强,随着来自组织部位的液体或预充液通过盖件208的第二部分226蒸发并且流出。

盖件508的至少一部分是由液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的材料形成的,该材料能够防止液体通过该材料流入或流出并且仍是可操作的,以允许蒸汽(例如水蒸气)流出或透过该材料。盖件508的液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的材料方面的非限制性示意性实例包括高湿蒸汽透射率(MVTR)膜或从亲水聚合物形成的其他结构。盖件508具有一个第一侧509和一个第二面向组织侧511。
将减压界面576布置在盖件的第一侧509上,并且延伸通过一个孔,以提供与密封空间514流体连通。减压界面576流体连接到减压源549上,以提供减压至密封空间514。减压源549可以是用于供给减压的任何装置,例如一个真空泵、壁式吸引器、微型泵、或其他来源。虽然施加于组织部位的减压的量和性质将典型地根据应用而变化,但是该减压典型地将在-5mm Hg(-667Pa)与-500mm Hg(-66.7kPa)之间,并且更典型地在-75mm Hg(-9.9kPa)与-300mm Hg(-39.9kPa)之间。

吸收层532可以包括用于从伤口界面构件518芯吸流体并且储存液体的一个或多个层。因此,在一个实施方案中,吸收层532包括包膜574包围的吸收性材料572。包膜574可以部分地亦或完全地包围吸收性材料572。包膜574可以由多孔的非纺织材料形成。在一个实施方案中,包膜574是聚酯材料。包膜574允许减压通过吸收层532传递和液体的传递。
吸收性材料572可以包括多个层(未明确示出)。例如,吸收性材料572可以包括由超吸收性纤维制成的第一层、紧邻第一层布置以转移流体的第二层,以及紧邻第二层布置的第三歧管装置层。结合这些纤维的物理或化学变化(a physical or chemical change to the fibers),第一层的超吸收性纤维可以保留或结合液体。在一个非限制性实例中,超吸收性纤维可以包括来自United Kingdom(英国),Grimsby(格里姆斯比),Technical Absorbents,Ltd公司的超吸收性纤维(SAF)材料。第一层可以是纤维材料的薄片或垫,其中这些纤维从组织部位502吸收液体。第二层可以由液体不渗透的材料形成,但是可以包含允许施加减压的多个孔。当减压施加到第一层时,第二层帮助控制减压的模式。减压通过第三歧管装置层被分配至第二层。第二层可以由对液体和气体基本上不渗透的材料制成,并且该材料转移减压穿过在第二层上的边缘或其他位置处形成的孔。可替代地或此外,制成第二层的材料可以具有与透气性一致的预设的湿蒸气转移比率。参见美国公开号No.2009/0240185,出于所有的目的将其通过引用结合在此。在一个实施方案中,吸收性材料572可以是Libeltex品牌材料的层状结构内的BASF Luquafleece。

将强迫空气的装置560紧邻孔584放置并且流体连接至多孔歧管装置层580,用于从强迫空气的装置560接收空气或递送空气至该强迫空气的装置。强迫空气的装置560可以是移动空气跨越多孔歧管装置层580的任何装置,该多孔歧管装置层反过来从盖件508的液体不渗透的蒸汽可渗透的部分芯吸湿气。该强迫的空气可以是中断的或连续的。强迫空气的装置560可以是风扇、静电装置、或压电泵562。在一个实施方案中,强迫空气的装置560是DC(直流电)轴向的紧凑风扇(DC axial compactfan)。
强迫空气的装置560可以是黏附地连接到布单582上。多孔歧管装置层580帮助提供带有多个空洞的空间,这些空洞可以从盖件508上的强迫空气的装置560传送空气,以促进蒸发空气流。箭头592可以是蒸发空气流的一个路径。在本实施方案中,将来自大气的空气吸引至多孔歧管装置层580的这些侧面中,在边缘面向大气打开或通过顶部部分上的多个孔(见图10)。空气然后通过强迫空气的装置560流过多孔歧管装置层580返回到大气中。尽管没有在图9中显示,但是布单582可以包括一个或多个孔,当强迫空气的装置560操作时,这些孔允许来自大气的空气通过这些孔吸入多孔歧管装置层580。强迫空气的装置可以任选地操作以从这些边缘吸引空气或向这些边缘推动空气。
现在主要参见图9和10,更详细地讨论强迫空气的装置560。强迫空气的装置560连接到控制单元588上。强迫空气的装置560与控制单元588物理地分离但是电连接。在一个实施方案中,强迫空气的装置560是控制单元588的物理上整合的部分。控制单元588包括电池590,用于为强迫空气的装置560提供电力。一个或多个湿气传感器586紧邻敷件500而定位以监测敷件500处的湿气水平。一个或多个湿气传感器586可以放置与多孔歧管装置层580连通或与强迫空气的装置560连通。一个或多个湿气传感器586传送信号至控制单元588,指示敷件500处的湿气水平。
基于传送到控制单元588的在敷件500处的湿气的水平,控制单元588可以打开亦或关闭强迫空气的装置560。例如,如果该传感器确定湿度高,则可以启动强迫空气的装置560。类似的,如果该传感器确定湿度在阈值水平以下,则可以关闭强迫空气的装置560。如在图9中所显示,指明空气流动的箭头592包括来自强迫空气的装置560的排气594。将排气594排放到大气中。图10进一步展示了在布单582中形成的多个孔596。来自大气的空气可以通过这些多个孔596被吸进多孔歧管装置层580,如箭头598所指示。强迫空气的装置560可以被操作以推动空气通过多孔歧管装置层580并且排出孔596或外围的开口。
控制单元588可以控制强迫空气的装置560。如前面所注释的,湿气传感器586可以用于确定湿气何时存在于多孔歧管装置层580,并且启动强迫空气的装置560。当湿气传感器586在强迫空气的装置560处使用时,在湿气传感器586在进行湿气采样之前,控制单元588周期性地启动强迫空气的装置560。湿气传感器586的采样也可以是涉及减压源549的启动周期或周期性的周期的一部分。

Claims (23)

1.一种用于处理患者身上的组织部位的敷件,该敷件包括:
一个伤口界面构件,该伤口界面构件紧邻该组织部位而放置;
一个布单,其具有在第一部分上的粘合剂涂层,并且具有无粘合剂的第二部分,所述第二部分包括形成蒸发窗口的一个液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜;
其中该布单是可操作的,以在该组织部位上形成一个密封空间;并且
其中该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜允许在该密封空间中已经蒸发的液体流出该密封空间;
其中该敷件没有与减压的一个外部源流体连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括一个压力调节阀门,该压力调节阀门连接到该布单上,用于允许周围空气进入该密封空间,以防止该密封空间中的压力超出一个最大值。
3.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括一个吸收层,该吸收层用于接收并且存储来自该组织部位的多种液体,该吸收层布置在该伤口界面构件与该布单之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括一个可去除的释放层,该可去除的释放层可释放地至少附接在该蒸发窗口上,其中该可去除的释放层包括一个流体屏障。
5.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括一个存储预充液的容器。
6.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括在该伤口界面构件中的一种预充液。
7.如权利要求3所述的敷件,进一步包括在该吸收层中的一种预充液。
8.如权利要求1所述的敷件,其中该伤口界面构件包括一个泡沫构件。
9.如权利要求8所述的敷件,其中该泡沫构件包括:
一个第一泡沫,该第一泡沫具有一个第一硬度并且带有一个孔;
一个第二泡沫,该第二泡沫具有一个第二硬度并且布置在该第一泡沫的孔内;并且
其中该第一硬度比该第二硬度更硬。
10.如权利要求1所述的敷件,其中该伤口界面构件包括一个泡沫构件并且进一步包括一个布置在该泡沫构件周围的偏置构件。
11.如权利要求10所述的敷件,其中该偏置构件包括在该泡沫构件周围的多个波纹管。
12.如权利要求1所述的敷件,还包括一个单向阀门,该单向阀门连接到该布单上,在该布单向该组织部位移动时,该单向阀门允许该密封空间中的流体流出。
13.如权利要求1所述的敷件,进一步包括一个强迫空气的装置,该强迫空气的装置与该布单相关联,该强迫空气的装置强迫空气平行于该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜。
14.如权利要求13所述的敷件,其中该强迫空气的装置包括一个压电泵并且进一步包括柔性挡板,该柔性挡板被适配为引导空气平行于该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜进入该压电泵或从该压电泵出去。
15.如权利要求1所述的敷件,其中所述布单是第一布单,以及所述敷件进一步包括:
一个歧管装置层,该歧管装置层紧邻该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜的一个第一侧布置;
一个第二布单,该第二布单覆盖该歧管装置层,其中该第二布单具有一个孔;以及
一个强迫空气的装置,该强迫空气的装置与在该第二布单中的孔流体连通以将空气移动进入该歧管装置层。
16.一种制造用于处理一个组织部位的敷件的方法,该方法包括:
提供一个伤口界面构件,该伤口界面构件紧邻该组织部位放置;
提供一个布单,其具有至少第一部分和第二部分,该第一部分具有粘合剂涂层;
通过使该布单的第二部分无粘合剂将一个液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜与该第二部分相关联,以形成一个蒸发窗口;并且
其中该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜是可操作的,以允许多种蒸发的液体透过该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜,并且其中该敷件没有与减压的一个外部源流体连通。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其中该伤口界面构件包括一个泡沫构件。
18.如权利要求16或权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括在该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜上施加一个可去除的释放衬垫的步骤。
19.如权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包括将一种预充液引入一个泡沫构件。
20.如权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包括将一个具有一种预充液的容器布置在该布单的一个面向患者侧上。
21.如权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包括将一个压力调节阀门连接到该布单上。
22.如权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包括将一个单向阀门连接到该布单上。
23.如权利要求16所述的方法,其中该布单包括第一布单,并且该方法进一步包括:
将一个歧管装置层紧邻该液体不渗透、蒸汽可渗透的膜的一个第一侧布置;
用一个第二布单覆盖该歧管装置层,其中该第二布单具有一个孔;并且
用一个强迫空气的装置强迫空气进入该歧管装置层。
