Abstract

Description

本发明涉及的是一种多层塑料薄膜,以制成用粘接盖封住的容器。
本发明还涉及实施由这种薄膜制成的容器,例如食用容器,这种容器在开口的上面用一个粘接盖封住。例如这些容器是篮或罐,其内有销售的食品,如甜食。
这些容器以通常的方式由多层塑料薄膜加热成形,这种薄膜往往是用胶粘剂粘接的多层不同的材料,如聚苯乙烯、乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)和聚乙烯。
实际上,这些盖的形状呈如由铝薄膜或聚酯薄膜构成的多层薄膜状,其上有给顾客的文字说明,在与容器接触前,该薄膜上再复盖最后一层聚乙烯。
正是由这最后一层聚乙烯确保将盖粘接在的粘接道上,该粘接道在容器开口表面的周围。
在人们分析如何打开这样的带盖容器时,就意识到在许多情况下都是难以进行的。
事实上,盖的下层及容器的上层都是聚乙烯的,并且相互粘接。为了打开容器,应使这两个粘接层之间的粘合断开。
在某些情况下,这种粘接很难破坏,并且人们施加到盖上的力常常会导致使盖撕裂,因此就要求抓住盖的小块表面。
在另一些情况下,当人们去掉盖上面的一层或多层薄膜时,最后一层聚乙烯仍然粘接在容器上。
这种带盖容器的问题尚未得到适当、可靠的解决。这就是为什么本发明打算提出一种新的能使盖子粘接的解决方案的原因。这种盖子是密封的,并可充分抗各种应力,在容器商品化过程中该粘接会经受到这些应力,同时可以很容易地去掉盖子而不会将其撕坏。
本发明的目的在于一种构成容器的多层塑料薄膜,该容器由一个粘接的盖封住,盖本身是由多层薄膜组成的,该多层薄膜的下层粘接到所述薄膜的上层,其特征在于所述的上层是一复合层,该复合层是由粘度显著不同的两种产品混杂的混合物组成,在该层中间为粘性最大的产品,在该层表面上为流动性最大的产品,所述流动性最大的产品可粘接到盖的下层,以使在去掉盖时,薄膜的上复合层因失去粘合而在其深度方向上撕断。
根据本发明另外的特征:
-复合层是由聚烯烃与聚苯乙烯组成,
-当盖的下层是聚乙烯时,复合层含有比聚苯乙烯流动性大的聚乙烯。
本发明的目的还在于用一种薄膜制成的塑料容器,其特征在于该薄膜的上复合层由两种产品混杂的混合物组成,其流动性最大的产品与盖的下层是相容的,以保证盖的粘接。
根据本发明另外的特征:
-复合层是由具有不同粘度系数的聚烯烃与聚苯乙烯的混合物组成。
-混合物包含聚烯烃和聚苯乙烯或苯乙烯共聚物,每种的比例为10-90%。
其他的特征由后面描述的内容并参照附图体现出来,根据附图 可以看到:

回到图1,我们可以看到用1表示的构成容器的多层薄膜和用2表示的构成盖的多层薄膜。薄膜1从下到上组成如下:聚苯乙烯层3、胶粘层4、乙基乙烯基醇层5、胶粘层6、复合层7、该复合层例如可以由聚烯烃,如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等与聚苯乙烯或苯乙烯共聚物的混合物组成。
盖由聚乙烯层8、胶粘层9和聚酯层或铝层10组成,聚乙烯层8粘接到层7上,以保证容器封住。
复合层7是本发明的特征,事实上,构成复合层的两种产品,例如聚乙烯与聚苯乙烯,是不相容的,粘度也不一样。因此,它们没有构成均质层。
当挤压时,两种产品多少有点分散,流动性最大的产品浓度在其层的上部有增加的趋势,直至在该表面出现几乎连续的表膜,该表膜保证了与盖下层的粘接性。
由此得出,鉴于大多数聚乙烯处在层7的表面,复合层7对盖的聚乙烯层8的粘接很好。
由图2可以看到,当容器打开时,弯折的两层7与8之间没有粘接。相反地,这种用来保证容器密封性的粘接是而且应该是很牢固的。
由于层7混杂导致粘合不足,由去粘合的作用造成了在复合层7厚度方向上的断裂。
因此,本发明利用这种粘合作用不足,当人们提取粘接在容器上的盖时,其粘接本身没有受到破坏,而使一部分上层脱开。
如果盖是聚酯、聚二氯乙烯、聚乙烯或聚酰胺、聚乙烯重叠层的复合型,则将选择一种篮,该篮有一点粘合的那一层具有由聚乙烯生成的膜,因此这一层是与盖相容的。
为此,人们可以利用由TDO340型平均密度的聚乙烯和5340型高冲击聚苯乙烯生成的层。
这些产品在剪应力梯度为100s-1和温度为200℃下的粘度(pa.s),聚乙烯是364.1,聚苯乙烯是672.4,在剪应力梯度为1000s-1和温度为200℃时的粘度,聚乙烯是114.5,聚苯乙烯是137.7,这就造成在表面有一层聚乙烯膜。
反之,如果盖是由漆复盖的铝薄膜组成,为了能粘住,就需要在聚乙烯上有一层聚苯乙烯膜。为了制成粘合不多的层,在使用4520或4810型较大流动性的聚苯乙烯或聚苯乙烯共聚物以及较大粘度的聚烯烃时,就要颠倒其粘度状况。
用本发明制作的带盖容器,在商品化所必须的全部操作中仍能完全封住,同时也很容易打开,因为当人们对盖施加一个拉力时,其容器上层因去粘合作用被撕裂,一部分仍与盖相连,另一部分则与容器相连。
根据本发明,复合层包含聚烯烃,如聚丙烯中有聚乙烯,其比例是10-90%,以及聚苯乙烯或苯乙烯的共聚物,其比例为90-10%。
在改变其比例时,则可改变盖的粘接性和撕裂性。
在提高最大流动性产品的比例时,可以同时改善该层的粘接性和粘合作用,由此也就更难去掉盖子。
在提高最大粘度产品的比例时,其层的粘接性与粘合作用显著降低,这就更容易去掉盖子。

Claims (6)

1、有盖可密封容器用的多层塑料薄膜,该薄膜是多层的并且具有密封下层的上层,其特征在于,所说薄膜上层是复合层,其中包括具有不同粘度的两种材料的多相混合物,流动性最大的材料在被密封到盖下层的表面上形成准连续膜,从而在用盖密封后,所说复合上层在去掉盖子时在其厚度方向上失去粘合作用而撕裂。
2、根据权利要求1所述薄膜,其特征在于包括聚烯烃下层,而薄膜的复合上层又包括聚烯烃和聚苯乙烯的混合物,聚烯烃流动性大于聚苯乙烯。
3、用根据权利要求1所述薄膜制成的塑料容器,其特征在于复合上层包括不同粘度的聚烯烃和聚苯乙烯或苯乙烯共聚物的混合物,粘度更大的材料分布在所说上层的中部,而粘度更小的材料分布所说上层的表面上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于聚烯烃为聚乙烯。
5、根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于所说混合物含有一种比例范围为约90%至约10%的材料和另一种比例范围为约90%至10%的材料。
6、根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于所说混合物含有一种比例范围为约10至90%的材料和另一种比例范围为约90%至10%的材料。
