Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种容器、特别是饮料罐的盖子,该盖子包括大体平坦的盖子表面和设置在盖子表面上的至少一个倒出口,该倒出口可借助于至少一个闭合元件以不漏气体和/或不漏流体的方式闭合,该闭合元件可经由致动元件从闭合位置运动到打开位置,并且设置具有至少一个压力平衡开口的至少一个压力平衡装置,该压力平衡装置与致动元件协作,设置至少一个闭合元件以在致动元件定位在闭合位置时使压力平衡开口闭合,所述至少一个压力平衡开口可在致动元件从闭合位置运动到打开位置时露出。
容器、特别是饮料罐大多填充有碳酸饮料,其中饮料罐内的压力可达6巴。当借助于例如拉片来打开这种加压容器时,在罐内将有突然的压降,而流体经常溅到罐外。由于沾污的可能性,这种突然的压力平衡是不期望的,因此开发了理应防止这种情况发生的装置。
美国专利第5,370,262A号描述了一种用于饮料罐的盖子,其中具有气孔的辅助盖设置在开口盖上方,当通过将开口盖按压到罐内来打开饮料罐时,该辅助盖防止罐的内含物藉由辅助盖溅出。为了放空饮料罐,随后必须去除辅助盖。
减少饮料罐突然通气的另一种可能是逐渐露出罐的开口。在WO2007/128810A1中描述了这种具有相关联的封盖的过程。在此情况下,在打开罐的过程中通过凸轮轮廓逐步降低基板,以露出罐的开口。
此外,EP 1708930B1描述了一种用于食品容器的转动闭合件,该转动闭合件包括实现为压力平衡开口的压力平衡装置,在打开罐时露出该压力平衡开口。
EP 1796974B1公开了一种用于上述类型的饮料罐的闭合设备,其中设置有致动元件,该致动元件包括固定元件和滑动元件以露出饮用口并再次密封该饮用口。此设备的缺点是它复杂的构造和在第一次打开后、尤其是经过一段较长的时间之后实际上不足的密封性。
现有技术中所述的解决方案仅提供对罐的内容物向外溅散方面的受限保护或者极为复杂并因此以非常昂贵的方式来设置。
因此,本发明的目的在于消除现有技术的上述缺点,并提供在打开容器时能够可靠通气的、用于容器的盖子。
根据本发明,此目的通过上述类型的盖子以如下方式来实现:至少一个闭合元件设置为由挠性材料制成的管元件并连接到至少一个压力平衡开口,当至少一个致动元件处于闭合位置时,管元件借助于可逆的横截面收缩以不漏气体和/或不漏流体的方式闭合。在此情况下,管元件的纵向轴线可垂直于盖子表面平面或基本上平行于该平面延伸。饮料罐连同它们的闭合装置必须抵抗罐内部的高压。由此,在充填和闭合饮料罐之后的后续巴斯德杀菌过程中产生6巴及以上的压力,特别是必须通过压力平衡装置来抵抗这些压力。在50℃及以上的热环境下(例如,在暴露于阳光的车辆内)储存饮料罐时出现类似的情况。
在根据本发明的盖子内,特别较佳地规定管元件在致动元件运动到闭合位置时折起,由此便于闭合装置的闭合和打开。管元件的弯曲对压力平衡开口施加高闭合压力,该开口抵抗特别是短暂地或永久地发生的饮料罐的内部高压。同时,闭合装置的总高度仍非常小,这是因为根据本发明的闭合装置的各元件的尺寸保持得非常小。特别是,闭合装置不突出超过饮料罐的卷边,这在饮料工业中出于生产技术的原因是极其不期望的。
特别较佳地规定管元件可经由与致动元件协作的操作元件来密封。所述操作元件通常是使用者用于打开和再次密封尤其是饮料罐的致动元件与在闭合位置以不漏气体和不漏流体的方式密封倒出口的闭合元件之间的连接构件。在这种情况下较佳地规定操作元件以直接或间接地作用于管元件的方式来形成。
在本发明的特别较佳的实施例中,操作元件包括在致动元件的闭合位置密封管元件的至少一个偏转元件。特别是由至少略有弹性的材料制成的偏转元件以弹性或刚性方式作用于管元件并通过横截面收缩直至使管元件折起来密封管元件。
当致动元件和操作元件一体设置并较佳地由塑料制成时,获得闭合装置的特别简单的构造。
作为对此的替代方式,操作元件与致动元件可拆开地连接,这大幅简化闭合装置的安装。
当至少一个致动元件以大体直线和平行的方式相对于盖移位时,获得特别是用于饮料罐的、具有较小总高度并特别易于打开的可再密封的闭合装置。作为对此的替代方式,至少一个致动元件可相对于盖子表面扭转。
为了使倒出口闭合而设置闭合元件,该闭合元件能以特别较佳的方式相对于盖子大体垂直地枢转。在此情况下,压力平衡开口特别设置在致动元件中,压力平衡开口较佳地具有与闭合元件的周向密封件结合的密封件。为了在闭合元件的闭合位置防止流体和/或气体、特别是碳酸的任何泄漏而设置闭合元件的周向密封件。
当压力平衡开口的密封件与闭合元件的周向密封件、特别是借助于合适的两部件注模方法一体设置时能简化闭合元件的生产。
根据本发明的盖子特别适合于倒出口可再密封的容器。
下面将参照附图中所示的非限制性实施例来更详细地说明本发明,在附图中:

图1至1g示出了本发明的第一实施例。如例如在饮料罐内所设置的那样,设有具有盖子表面101和卷边102的盖子100,该盖子100具有可通过设置在盖子表面101下方的闭合元件120密封和露出的倒出口103。当与闭合元件120连接的致动元件110处于如图1a至图1e中所示的闭合位置时,闭合元件120以不漏气体和不漏流体的方式密封倒出口103。
闭合元件120包括用于与致动元件110协作的操作元件111的接纳部121,操作元件111在该接纳部中可沿上升斜坡122运动。
管元件124设置在接纳部121内,该管元件124与闭合元件120内的压力平衡开口123相连接。当致动元件110处于闭合位置(图1a、图1e)时,由挠性材料制成的管元件124通过设置在操作元件111上的偏转元件112如此折起(图1b、图1e),即管元件124的横截面变化并由此中断压力平衡开口123与容器的周围环境的连接(图1e)。这种单次或甚至是多次的折叠造成压力平衡开口123的不漏气体和不漏流体的密封。
在此实施例中,管元件124设置在闭合元件120的上升斜坡122上,通过使致动元件110沿图1e中箭头所示方向运动,折起的管元件124首先由操作元件111的偏转元件112来释放,因而管元件124将由于其弹性特性而上升,压力平衡开口123由此释放(图1f),但却不打开倒出口103。这样,加压饮料罐相对于周围的环境进行压力平衡,而罐的内含物并不溅出,这是因为致动元件110在必要时又起到防溅的作用。
仅在致动元件110作进一步运动时,倒出口103将通过闭合元件120的枢转而最终释放(图1g),由于在此之前进行的用于使饮用口露出的压力平衡而需要比在容器仍处于加压下时小的力。
图2至5示出了本发明的第二变型。图2示出了致动元件110的较佳实施例,该致动元件设置成两部分滑动件,倒出口103和压力平衡开口123在此图中被密封。
为了打开饮料罐,必须抬升或枢转固定元件110a(图3和4),以随后通过使滑动元件110c移位以及由此使操作元件111移位来使罐通气并同时或在另一步骤中露出倒出口103(图5和图6)。
压力平衡开口123设置在闭合元件120内,该压力平衡开口123包括弹性密封件130,该弹性密封件密封压力平衡开口并与由弹性材料制成的闭合元件120的周向密封件131成一体。当致动元件110处于闭合位置(图2)时,也由弹性材料制成的管元件124通过操作元件111的偏转元件112密封。在此情况下可例如规定偏转元件112经由诸如位于闭合元件120表面上的凸起部之类的引导元件来压抵管元件124。管元件124被压缩或折起,由此产生压力平衡开口的不漏气体和不漏流体的闭合。
在打开容器的闭合装置时,操作元件111以如下方式移位,即偏转元件112远离管元件124运动,因而偏转元件由于其弹性特性再次扩张或升起,因而压力平衡开口123将与周围环境接触,并且可发生压力平衡。
在本发明特别较佳的实施例中,饮料罐的通气在致动元件110移位之前就已发生,因而闭合元件120在通气过程中仍留于闭合位置。固定元件110a的销110b在致动元件110的闭合位置闭锁到与压力平衡开口123直接相邻的闭合元件120的接纳部125内,因此偏转元件112略微弯曲并压抵管元件124,并且该管元件随后以上述方式被密封、特别是折起(未示出)。
当固定元件110a按照图3中的箭头而抬高时,销110b被拉出接纳部125且偏转元件112被释放。
图3a以俯视图示出根据本发明的闭合装置,在附图中出于改善该构造清晰度的原因而省去对盖子表面101和致动元件110的说明。此图示出固定元件110a已被抬高的状态,因而具有特定弹性的偏转元件112以直线方式向上对准并且压力平衡开口123再次被释放。
图4和5示出倒出口103如何由于致动元件110的滑动元件110c的移位而释放,同时闭合元件120枢转到罐的内部,由此允许容器放空。
图6示出类似于图3a的本发明的第三变型,操作元件111具有两个偏转元件112、112’,这些偏转元件在致动元件110的闭合位置对管元件124起作用。在这个方面,两个偏转元件112、112’通过使固定元件110a的两个销110c闭锁到接纳部125、125’内来抵靠管元件124运动,由此管元件124的横截面收缩并且由此密封压力平衡开口123。

Claims (11)
1.一种容器、特别是饮料罐的盖子(100),所述盖子包括大致平坦的盖子表面(101)和设置在所述盖子表面(101)上的至少一个倒出口(103),所述倒出口经由至少一个闭合元件(120)以不漏气体和/或不漏流体的方式闭合,所述闭合元件(120)经由致动元件(110)能从闭合位置运动到打开位置,并且设置具有至少一个压力平衡开口(123)的至少一个压力平衡装置,所述压力平衡装置与所述致动元件(110)协作,设置有至少一个闭合元件以在所述致动元件(110)定位在所述闭合位置时使所述压力平衡开口(123)闭合,所述至少一个压力平衡开口(123)能在所述致动元件(110)从所述闭合位置运动到所述打开位置时露出,其特征在于,所述至少一个闭合元件构造成由挠性材料制成的管元件(124),所述管元件与所述至少一个压力平衡开口(123)连接,当所述至少一个致动元件(110)处于闭合位置时,所述管元件(124)借助于可逆的横截面收缩以不漏气体和/或不漏流体的方式闭合。
