Abstract
本发明申请涉及颗粒状无定形硅石作为用于鞋子和/或靴子的鞋垫中的吸收剂(5)的用途。它另外涉及含有吸收剂的鞋垫,该吸收剂包含颗粒状无定形硅石。
Description
本发明涉及具有改进的吸汗性(Schweiβaufnahme)的吸汗鞋垫(schweiβaufnahmend Schuheinlegesohlen)。具体涉及颗粒状无定形硅石作为用于在鞋垫中吸汗的吸收剂的用途。
已知的是人通过脚排出了大约100 l汗/年,即大约137ml/天/脚。考虑到人在工作日或者甚至休闲时,例如当滑雪时,连续穿着同样的鞋子至多10小时,因此在这个时间内大约60ml/脚的汗释放到鞋子上。但是,对人来说,持续的脚部潮湿感觉不仅仅是不舒服的。鞋子中潮湿和温暖的环境还会另外地促进细菌生长,和令人不愉快的气味的散发。
因此在过去不乏寻求治疗上述的所谓“汗脚”问题的途径的努力。几乎全部的解决方案都是利用鞋垫,鞋垫的目的是优选吸收和存储所吸收的排汗。为此目的,经常使用多层体系,在这种情况中,与脚接触的上层目的是确保将汗传输到鞋底(Sohl)内部,中间层目的是存储汗,与鞋底(Schuhsohle)接触的下层应当保持所吸收的汗。为了能够处理所排出的大量的排汗,用于鞋垫中间层的材料通常是根据它能吸收和存储含水液体的能力来选择的。但是,作为廉价的吸收剂,活性炭仅仅具有相对低的存储能力。相反,所谓的“超吸收”聚合物具有相对高的存储能力,其能够吸收和存储几倍于它们自身重量或者体积的液体。在DE 69108004T2中例如使用了超吸收盐作为优选的吸收剂,用于鞋垫中层空腔中,其是一种允许湿气从一个空腔转移到另一个空腔中的隔膜。但是,缺点是聚合物颗粒的显著溶胀,这同样会导致通过所谓的“凝胶阻隔”而阻止了进一步的液体吸收。
DE 3516653A1描述了一种鞋子,在其中形成界定该鞋子内部空间的鞋模优选装备有分子筛。虽然分子筛在吸收湿气时不倾向于溶胀,但是非常均匀的孔和通道结构使得一旦液体被吸收之后,分子筛仅仅在苛刻的条件下才会重新释放液体。
现有技术的鞋垫因此具有这样的缺点,即,它们仅仅具有不足够的吸汗能力,或者倾向于在直接的吸汗部位发生明显的溶胀。但是,时至今日,它们无一能确保能够将汗从直接的吸收部位传导开,并且均匀分布到鞋垫的表面上。此外,现有技术的鞋垫具有这样的缺点,即,在试图再生所述鞋垫来进一步使用时,所吸收的汗仅仅重新不足地解吸,即,始终需要长的干燥时间和/或高的干燥温度。
所以本发明的一个目标提供一种鞋垫,其具有足够的吸汗能力,但是没有因为吸汗导致的溶胀,此外还保证了所吸收的汗能够有效的分布到整个鞋子鞋垫体积中,并且仅仅在再生过程中能够有效地重新释放到环境中。
现在已经令人惊讶地发现包含颗粒状无定形硅石(amorphe
Kieselsäure)的鞋垫符合上述要求。
本发明因此提供颗粒状无定形硅石作为用于鞋子和/或靴子的鞋垫中的吸收剂的用途。
本发明上下文中的“颗粒状”或者“颗粒”表示一种三维体,具有规定的外形,其根据颗粒的尺寸可以依靠显微镜方法(光学显微镜,电子显微镜等等)来检测。本发明的颗粒可以是多孔的,即,具有孔和/或内部空腔。
在本发明上下文中,可以使用全部的市售颗粒状无定形硅石。该无定形硅石优选是完全无定形的。但是,在本发明上下文中,它还可以具有较小的结晶成分,该结晶成分例如最多40%,最多35%,最多30%,最多25%,最多20%,最多15%,最多10%或者最多5%。该结晶成分是依靠X射线衍射,通过已知的方式来测量的。合适的无定形硅石是例如沉淀硅石和热解硅石。根据本发明,优选给出的是来自Evonik Degussa
GmbH的市售硅石,其可以在例如商标名Sipernat 2200,Sipernat 22或者Sipernat 50下获得。
已经发现有利的是本发明所用的硅石的比表面积(N2)根据ISO 5794-1附录D是5-500m²/g。更优选地,该硅石比表面积是50-500m²,甚至更优选150-500m²,特别优选是185-475m²/g。
另外发现有利的是本发明所用的硅石的DBP吸收(根据DIN 53601)是至少180g/100g。该硅石的DBP吸收优选是180-600/100g,更优选200-600/100g,甚至更优选200-500/100g和特别优选250-400/100g。
特别合适的是硅石是这样的硅石,它的DBP吸收(根据DIN 53601)与根据ISO 787/11的夯实密度的乘积是至少30000g/100g×g/l,优选至少40000g/100g×g/l,更优选至少50000g/100g×g/l和非常特别优选至少65000g/100g×g/l。
另外还发现有利的是该硅石的中值粒度 (mittler
Partikelgröβe)d50是5μm-500μm,优选20μm-450μm,更优选30-400μm,和非常特别优选45-350μm。当颗粒过小时,会形成不期望的灰尘。过大的颗粒进而会具有这样的缺点,即,它们经常是机械不稳定的,并且具有过深的孔,因此吸收和解吸速率会变得过低或者一部分吸收的汗不再能解吸。
本发明另外提供一种含有吸收剂的鞋垫,该吸收剂包含根据本发明使用的颗粒状硅石。
本发明的鞋垫可以包含抗菌活性成分。在本发明中,抗菌活性成分被理解为表示化学化合物或者天然产品,其能够防止微生物例如细菌,酵母或者霉菌的生长。所用的抗菌活性成分可以是已知的防腐剂,例如有机酸(山梨酸,丙酸,乙酸,乳酸,柠檬酸,苹果酸,苯甲酸)及其盐,PHB酯及其盐,亚硫酸钠和相应的盐,尼生素,游霉素,甲酸,六亚甲基四胺,四硼酸钠,溶菌酶,醇,卤素有机化合物,对羟基苯甲酸酯(甲基-,乙基-,丙基-,丁基-,异丁基-,丙基对羟基苯甲酸酯),异噻唑酮类(苯并异噻唑酮,甲基异噻唑酮,辛基异噻唑酮),酚,水杨酸盐,腈,香料,芳香剂,和其他具有抗菌效果的植物或者合成活性成分。
本发明的鞋垫可以包含香料(Duftstoff),芳香剂(Aromastoffe)或者气味剂(Geruchsstoff),其在下面统一称作香料。这样的物质是公知和市售可得的。作为此处使用的,它们包含天然的(即,这样的物质,其是通过例如从植物例如花,香草,叶子,根,树皮,木头,花蕾等中提取的,或者是由动物产品获得的),人造的(即,不同的天然油或者油成分的混合物)和合成的(即,合成生产的)芳香物质或者这些物质的混合物。这样的材料经常与另外的化合物例如固定剂,填充剂,稳定剂和溶剂一起使用。在本发明的上下文中,这些助剂或者添加剂是通过术语“香料”的含义涵盖。

已经发现有利的是抗菌活性成分和/或香料的份额是0.01-10重量%,基于全部颗粒的总重量。理想的份额取决于抗菌活性成分和香料以及硅石的化学性质和理化性能,并且可以通过简单的系列试验来确定各种材料组合。较高的硅石载量会导致这样的作用,即,排汗不再能够充分地被吸入到孔中。抗菌活性成分和/或香料基于全部颗粒总重量的份额更优选是0.01-5重量%,甚至更优选0.05-3重量%和特别优选0.5-3重量%。
还发现有利的是至少一部分的本发明的硅石是作为抗菌活性成分和/或香料的载体而存在的。作为抗菌活性成分和/或香料的载体而存在的硅石颗粒的份额优选是5-40重量%,基于全部颗粒的总重量,更优选是5-30重量%,非常特别优选是5-20重量%。
本发明的鞋垫另外可以包含颗粒状超吸收聚合物。在本发明上下文中,超吸收聚合物(SAP)被理解为表示这样的聚合物,其能够吸收几倍于它们自身重量的(至多1000倍)的液体(通常是水或者水溶液)。该产物是作为白色的粗颗粒状粉末使用的,粒度为100-1000μm(=0.1–1.0mm)。
合适的超吸收聚合物特别是(共)聚合的亲水单体的聚合物,一种或多种亲水单体在合适的接枝基底上(接枝共)聚合物,该基底是例如交联的纤维素或者淀粉醚,交联的羧甲基纤维素,部分交联的聚环氧烷,或者在含水液体中可溶胀的天然产物例如瓜尔胶衍生物,藻酸盐和角叉菜胶。优选给出的是这样的聚合物,其是通过带有酸基团的单乙烯属不饱和单体或者其衍生物,特别是盐、酯或者酸酐的交联聚合或者共聚而获得的。这样的带有酸基团的单体是例如单乙烯属不饱和C3-C25–羧酸,或者其盐或者酸酐。优选使用的单体是丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸,乙烯基磺酸,丙烯酰胺丙烷磺酸,或者这些酸的混合物。特别优选给出的是丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸。为了优化性能,可以使用另外的单乙烯属不饱和化合物,该化合物不带有酸基团,但是可以与带有酸基团的单体聚合。它们包括例如单乙烯属不饱和羧酸的酰胺和腈。
所用的交联剂可以是这样的化合物,其具有至少两个乙烯属不饱和双键。这种类型的化合物的例子是N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯和聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
合适的超吸收聚合物描述在例如下面的参考文献中:F. L. Buchholz,A. T. Graham(编辑),Modern Superabsorbent

另外,该超吸收聚合物可以与下面的共聚物一起使用:C2-C8-烯烃或者苯乙烯与酸酐的共聚物,目的是提高气味结合性能。
已经发现有利的是超吸收聚合物颗粒的中值粒度d50为5μm-300μm,优选20μm-150μm,更优选50-150μm和非常特别优选50-100μm的范围。
全部颗粒的份额优选是至少20体积%,基于本发明鞋垫的总体积,更优选至少30体积%和非常特别优选至少35体积%。
在一种优选的实施方案中,本发明的鞋垫包含至少两层,在其中,一层是水-和水蒸气-能够透过的,另一层是水-和水蒸气-不能透过的,该水-和水蒸气-不能透过的层在它的朝着水-和水蒸气-能够透过的层的一面上含有凹陷,两个层是以这样的方式彼此固定结合的,即,使得水-和水蒸气-能够透过的层覆盖着水-和水蒸气-不能透过的层的朝向前者一侧上的凹陷,该水蒸气-不能透过的层的凹陷是通过该层内的开放通道彼此相连的,和该水-和水蒸气-不能透过的层的凹陷包含本发明所用的颗粒状无定形硅石。这种实施方案是有利的,因为该鞋底结构理想地促进了吸收剂中的排汗的传输和排汗与环境的交换(吸收和释放)。

测试方法
DBP
值的测量:
DBP吸收(DBP值),其是多孔材料吸收率的度量,是根据标准DIN 53601,如下来测量的:将12.5g粉末状或者粒状的材料(含湿量0-10%,视需要,该含湿量通过在105℃的干燥箱中进行干燥来调整)引入到Brabender“E”吸收仪的捏合机室中(制品号279061)(没有阻尼扭矩传感器的输出滤波器)。在颗粒的情况中,使用3.15-1mm的筛分粒度级(Siebfraktion)(来自Retsch的不锈钢筛)(用塑料刮板轻柔的将所述颗粒压过孔宽度为3.15mm的筛子)。在持续混合下(捏合机叶片的圆周速度125 转每分),在25℃,将DBP依靠“Brabender T90/50的Dosimat”以4ml/min的速度逐滴加入到所述混合物中。该混合仅仅需要低的力,并且是用数字显示器监控的。在测量趋于结束时,混合物变成糊状,这是依靠所需力的急剧升高来显示的。当显示器显示600的数字时(扭矩0.6 Nm),切断捏合机和DBP计量加入二者的电接触。将用于DBP供料的同步电机连接到数字计数器上,这样能够读出DBP的消耗(单位ml)。DBP吸收是以无小数位的[g/100g]为单位来报告的,并且使用下式来计算:

含湿量或者干燥损失的测量
材料的含湿量或者干燥损失(TV)是基于ISO 787-2,在105℃干燥2小时后测量的。该干燥损失主要由水份组成。
程序
将精确到0.1mg的10g粉末状的、球状的或者颗粒材料(起始重量E)称量到带有磨口塞的干燥的称量瓶中(直径8cm,高3cm)。在打开盖子情况下,将样品在105±2℃的干燥箱中干燥2h。随后,封闭该称量瓶,并且在硅胶作为干燥剂的干燥箱中冷却到25℃。为了测量最终的重量A,将该称量瓶在精确到0.1mg的精密天平上称量。含湿量(TV)如下来确定(单位%):
TV = (1–A/E)×100
这里A = 最终重量(g),E = 起始重量(g)。
中值粒度
d50
硅石的中值粒度d50是按照激光衍射原理,在激光衍射仪(来自Horiba,LA-920)上测量的。为了测量粉末的粒度,如下制备了具有大约1重量%重量比例的SiO2的分散体:将所述粉末搅拌到水中。在分散后,立即用激光衍射仪(Horiba LA-920)测量分散体部分样品的粒度分布。为了测量,应当选择1.09的相对折射率。全部的测量是在25℃进行的。粒度分布和相关参数例如中值粒度d50是通过仪器自动计算的,并且以图形来表示。应当注意操作手册中的说明。
夯实密度

夯实密度或者堆积密度(Schüttdichte)是根据ISO 787-11来测量的。

测试系列
为了进行测试,使用了欧洲鞋码46(长度大约30cm)的鞋底,其包含水-和水蒸气-不能透过的PVC层(层2),即,不包含水-和水蒸气-能够透过的层(层1)。进行了两个系列的测试,一个使用硅石 No.4(实施例1)作为吸收剂,另一个使用比例为95:5重量%的硅石No.4和硅石No.5(实施例2)。为了对比,基于DE 3516653A1,一个鞋垫填充有分子筛(实施例3;非本发明)。它是来自Merck KGaA的分子筛,孔径为0.5nm,中值粒度大约2mm(硅酸铝钠(Natrium-Aluminium-
Silicat),目录号195705)。所述吸收剂一直是以相同的量(15g)引入到PVC层凹陷中的。为了模拟人的排汗,制备了氯化钠溶液,其由99重量%的水和1重量%的氯化钠(NaCl)组成。在每种情况中将60ml的这个溶液加入到吸收剂中。在测试中,该溶液是以恒定的速率(0.2ml/min)加入到吸收剂的。将该溶液逐滴加入到一个点,具体来说加入到脚趾区域,并且测量随时间流逝的铺展。另外目视评价经装料的鞋底。这包括了对具体的吸收剂吸收溶液的好坏程度进行分等级。该等级分为1到6个符号刻度,符号1表示完全吸收,符号6表示没有任何吸收。表3汇总了结果。

:铺展动力学和目视评价
在使用分子筛(实施例3)和无定形颗粒状硅石(实施例1和2)时,铺展速度起初是堪相比较的。但是,在使用无定形颗粒状硅石的情况下,液体几乎完全被吸收剂吸收,而与此相反,在使用分子筛时,所述液体绝大部分是在颗粒间作为“自由”液体而存在的。这个发现清楚地表明,在无定形颗粒状硅石的情况中,吸收能力(通过孔体积测量)和实际的吸收速率(通过润湿性和孔尺寸来测量)明显优于分子筛。
另外,还检查了以上述方式装料的鞋底能否在一夜内再生或者干燥。为此目的,将鞋底放入温度为50℃的干燥箱中过夜(这大致对应于在散热器上进行干燥的条件),并且测量重量减少。
在装有分子筛的鞋底(实施例3)的情况中,无论溶液是否以“自由”形式存在,在12h后仍然观察到17重量%的明显的残留含水量。该残留含水量是重量分析来确定的。
装有无定形颗粒状硅石作为吸收剂的鞋底(实施例1和2)在同样的条件下(T=50℃)早在5小时后就完全干燥。
该结果证实了在使用无定形颗粒状硅石作为吸收剂用于卫生鞋垫的情况中,在吸汗(汗吸收,在排汗不对称分布的情况中的再分布性)和干燥(再生性)二者中的优势。
Claims (15)
1.颗粒状无定形硅石作为用于鞋子和/或靴子的鞋垫中的吸收剂的用途。
2.根据权利要求1的用途,特征在于该颗粒状无定形硅石的比表面积根据ISO 5794-1附录D为5-500m2/g。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项的用途,特征在于该颗粒状无定形硅石的DBP吸收根据DIN 53601为至少180g/100g。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的用途,特征在于该颗粒状无定形硅石的中值粒度(d50)是5-500μm。

8.根据权利要求6和7中任一项的鞋垫,特征在于该抗菌活性成分和/或该香料的份额是0.01-10重量%,基于全部颗粒的总重量。
9.根据权利要求7和8中任一项的鞋垫,特征在于至少一部分的该颗粒状无定形硅石是作为抗菌活性成分和/或香料的载体而存在的。
10.根据权利要求9的鞋垫,特征在于作为抗菌活性成分和/或香料的载体而存在的硅石颗粒的份额是5-40重量%,基于全部颗粒的总重量。
11.根据权利要求6-10中任一项的鞋垫,特征在于该吸收剂另外包含颗粒状超吸收聚合物。
12.根据权利要求11的鞋垫,特征在于该颗粒状超吸收聚合物的中值粒度(d50)是5-300μm。
13.根据权利要求6-12中任一项的鞋垫,特征在于全部颗粒的份额是至少20体积%,基于该鞋垫的总体积。
14.根据权利要求6-13中任一项的鞋垫,特征在于该鞋垫包含至少两个层(1)和(2),其中层(1)是水-和水蒸气-能够透过的,且层(2)是水-和水蒸气-不能透过的,层(2)在表面(3)上含有凹陷,层(1)和(2)是以这样的方式彼此固定结合的:使层(1)的表面(4)覆盖着层(2)的表面(3)上的凹陷,层(2)的表面(3)上的凹陷是通过层(2)中的开放通道来彼此相连的,并且层(2)的表面(3)上的凹陷包含根据权利要求1-5中任一项的颗粒状无定形硅石。
15.根据权利要求6-14中至少一项的鞋垫用于运动、工作或者军用的鞋子或者靴子中的用途。
