Te Lageer bridge 26 comprises vertically-oriented, be fixedly connected to the first speaker element 20 in the proximal of the first speaker element 20 distally pivot 34.Pivot 34 and Te Lageer bridge 26 can the proximal of general tangential the first speaker element 20 in circle. The maintenance bolt of trough of belt or pin 36 are inserted through the opening that limited by pivot 34 to be hingedly connected on Te Lageer bridge 26 by the first speaker element 20.Like this, the first speaker element 20 can rotate around the vertical axis of pivot 34, thus the first speaker element 20 can towards or rotate away from hearer's ear 12.Pivot 34 such as can be made up of metal or plastics. In one embodiment, the back, periphery 42 of the first speaker element 20 and pivot 34 can be made up of the single piece of injection plastic. The height of Te Lageer bridge 26 can be less than the diameter of the first speaker element 20.Such as, the height of Te Lageer bridge 26 can be similar to the half of the diameter of the first speaker element 20.Alternatively, the half of the diameter of the first speaker element 120 can be greater than see Figure 10-11, Te Lageer bridge 126, but be less than the diameter of the first speaker element 120.In such execution mode, columniform knurled knob 148 can be greater than aforesaid knob 48, thus hearer can have larger surface area for contacting and rotating knob 148 to regulate hanger bar 124.
Fig. 5-7 represents the different aspect according to the Te Lageer bridge 26 of different execution mode.Fig. 5 is the cross-sectional view of Te Lageer bridge 26, and pivot 34 and pin 36 are shown. In figs. 6 and 7, Te Lageer bridge 26 is removed thus can sees other components in Te Lageer bridge 26.As shown in these figures, plastic friction O shape ring 38 can be arranged between the head 40 of pin 36 and the top of pivot 34.This O shape ring 38 can be stationed in the inside of Te Lageer bridge 26, thus usually can't see it.The object of O shape ring 38 is to provide friction between pivot 34 and pin 36, thus the first speaker element 20 is able to be resisted relative to the rotation of Te Lageer bridge 26 and can keeps the relative position between the first speaker element 20 and Te Lageer bridge 26.Te Lageer bridge 26 on pivot 34 and below there is upper and lower flange 42,44 respectively.Pin 36 is inserted through upper flange 42, pivot 34 and lower flange 44, thus pivot 34 is hingedly connected to Te Lageer bridge 26.
As illustrated in figs. 5-7, pin 36 can comprise lower groove, and speaker wire 46 can deliver to Te Lageer bridge 26 and the first and second speaker elements 20,22 by this lower groove.
As shown in figs. 1-7, Te Lageer bridge 26 also can comprise columniform knurled knob 48, and it is oriented in the proximal end of Te Lageer bridge 26 vertically. This knurled knob 48 can limit vertical opening wherein, has screw thread in the inside of knurled knob 48 round opening. The lower end of first 30 of hanger bar 24 can have corresponding screw thread, as shown in Figure 5, and the screw-threaded engagement of this screw thread and knurled knob 48.Rotate knurled knob 48 around its vertical axis, thus cause the horizontal part 32 of hanger bar 24 to regulate vertically relative to Te Lageer bridge 26 (and then speaker element 20,22).Also be, by rotating knurled knob 48, user can regulate the distance H shown in Fig. 2, its control loudspeaker element 20,22 and/or Te Lageer bridge 26 to the relative position of second 32 (namely hanger bar 24 is shelved on the part on hearer's ear) of hanger bar 24, thus are that user optimizes or improves the installation of earphone 10.In at least one execution mode, the screw thread of hanger bar 24 and knurled knob 48 can be relatively trickle, thinks the adjustment that user provides meticulous.Alternatively, at least one execution mode, the screw thread of hanger bar 24 and knurled knob 48 can be relatively coarse, thinks the adjustment that user provides coarse.Knurled knob 48 such as can be made up of plastics or metal.
And at least one execution mode, knob 48 can rotate to the point of screw thread from knurled knob 48 releasing engagement of hanger bar 24 relative to hanger bar 24.Alternatively, at least one execution mode, hanger bar 24 can rotate relative to knob 48, thus makes the screw thread of hanger bar 24 remove engagement from knob 48.In such execution mode, there is first 30 of different size and/or another hanger bar (not shown) of second 32 then can be inserted in Te Lageer bridge 26 at knob 48 place.Correspondingly, the hanger bar of different size can be provided to adapt to the various people of the ear with different size.
According to different execution modes, as shown in Figure 5, the screw thread of the bottom of first of hanger bar 24 also can be passed in the opening in tensioning release member 50, and this tensioning release member 50 is in the bottom of the contiguous Te Lageer bridge 26 of Te Lageer bridge 26 nearside.Speaker wire 46 can upwards be threaded through tensioning release member, by Te Lageer bridge 26, and arrives speaker element 20,22 by the groove in pin 36, as shown in Figure 5.This tensioning release member 50 such as can be made of plastics.
In various embodiments, see Fig. 1-4, hanger bar 24 can be operably connected on speaker element 20,22 by Te Lageer bridge 26.Correspondingly, when on the ear 12 that earphone 10 is correctly positioned at hearer, Te Lageer bridge 26 usually will the tragus of ear 12 of contiguous hearer, as shown in Figure 1.Te Lageer bridge 26 can have substantially rectangular shape, as shown in Figure 1-2, makes pivot 34 at its distal end portion, and makes knurled knob 48 in its proximal end.Te Lageer bridge 26 can be made up of plastics or any other suitable material.
And, see Fig. 1 and 14, when on the ear 12 that earphone 10,110 is correctly positioned at hearer, as mentioned above, hanger bar 24,124 be built into be shelved on hearer's ear 12 upper outer curvature on and after the top 13 of the auricle of hearer's ear 12.According to different execution mode, hanger bar 24,124 can be shaped and be sized to and hanger bar 24,124 is built into cause the first speaker element 20,120 and/or second speaker element 22,122 applying power (F in, as shown in figure 14) on hearer's ear.
Referring now to Fig. 1-4,10-11 and 14, in different embodiments, the shape of hanger bar can be as described below. When earphone 10,110 to be suitably arranged on hearer's ear and/or time, first 30 of hanger bar 24,124,130 can relative to the second speaker element 22,122 and/or hearer roughly vertical.Second 32,132 can similarly relative to the second speaker element 22,122 and/or hearer approximate horizontal. When being extended from first 30,130 for second 32,132, second 32,132 also can be tilted downwards, backward towards the second speaker element 22,122 or bend. And when being extended from first 30,130 for second 32,132, second 32,132 also can level inwardly, towards the second speaker element 22,122 to be tilted or bending.Alternatively, as illustrated best in fig. 11, second 132 can be connected to first 130 by the pars intermedia 131 of hanger bar 124.When pars intermedia 131 is excessive in when leading to approximate horizontal second 132 from roughly vertical first 130, pars intermedia 131 can tilt towards the second speaker element 122 or bend.In other words, pars intermedia 131 is biased from second 132 for making first 130, thus makes the main longitudinal axis of the main longitudinal axis of first 130 not with second 132 crossing.
Concentrate on now on Figure 14, show top view, describe to act on power that is on earphone 110 and that applied by earphone 110 when earphone is worn on hearer's ear 12.In such execution mode, under helping without the need to gravity, hanger bar 124 and the second speaker element 122 can mutually to regulating (as discussed above) each other, thus make hanger bar 124 cause the second speaker element 122 to apply force to and/or (F on the ear chamber external ear 15 and/or duct 16 of hearer's ear 12 in).In other words, hanger bar 124 sizing and be configured to the effect making hanger bar 124 play lever, and be roughly pushed around fulcrum 18 (being limited by the contact point between second 132 of hanger bar 124 and the top 13 of the auricle of hearer's ear 12) by listener head 17, apply power F to cause the second speaker element 122 into and/or going up at least partially at hearer's ear 12.
Mathematically, towards and/or on ear chamber external ear 15 and/or duct 16 apply power (F in) can determine as follows. At equilibrium and around fulcrum 18, be applied to the moment (F on second 132 of hanger bar 124 by listener head 17 hd h) equal by hanger bar 124 first the 130 moment (F born ed e).Correspondingly, dynamic balance equation draws as follows:
E h·D h=F e·D e
Solve the power (F be applied on first 130 e), draw:
F e = F H · D h D e
Set this power F eequal the power (F be applied to by the first speaker element 120 on ear c), draw:
F h · D h = F c · ( D e - D l cos ( θ ) )
Separate F cobtain:
F c = F h · D h D e - D l cos ( θ )
Solution is applied to the power (F in ear chamber external ear 15 and/or duct 16 by the second speaker element 122 in), obtain:
F in=F c·cos(β)
Substitution obtains equation, and this equation is applied to the power (F in duct for the second speaker element 122 in), it comprises following variable: be applied to the power (F earphone 110 from head h), the distance (D that user limits h, D eand D l), and the angle (α and θ) that user builds. This equation is as follows:
Correspondingly, the power (F on hearer's ear is applied to by the second speaker element 122 in) can be each hearer specialization, thus the people with different size ear bears the power of suitable size to be held in place suitably by speaker element 120,122, and has nothing to do with gravity and/or any power of being caused by gravity.
In various earphone, in ear, speaker element can sizing make this element be held in place by being slidably matched to the wall formation of duct with being configured to.But in various embodiments, the second speaker element 122 can be sized to and make speaker element 122 be greater than duct 16.In such execution mode, the second speaker element 122 can be resisted and be inserted in duct, thus may be urged out from duct and/or ear chamber external ear by the inwall of hearer's ear. Therefore, earphone 110 provides more important towards the ability of the power of the suitable size of hearer's ear, keeps suitable position to make the first and/or second speaker element 120,122 relative to the ear chamber inner ear of hearer and/or duct.
