Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于注射设备的按钮连接,尤其是一种按钮相对于与之连接的驱动元件转动的连接。
背景技术
EP1.003.581公开了一种注射设备,根据其附图15-16,其中通过将计量筒(scale drum)旋出螺纹连接的壳体来设定剂量。在注射所设定的剂量时,使用者推动按钮,驱动计量筒和套管一起转动退回到壳体中。在与按钮连接的套管的转动过程中,按钮与套管相对转动。在这些相对转动的部件之间产生的摩擦使得使用者必须用力,以便推回套管和计量筒从而注射所设定的剂量。
WO2005/018721公开了一种注射设备,其中按钮形成有包围套筒元件上的杆部的孔。按钮与杆部焊接在一起,由此按钮与套筒元件在轴向上和旋转上彼此固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于注射设备的剂量按钮连接,以减小使用者注射剂量所用的力。
当使用者按压注射按钮时,所用的力使得驱动部件向前运动,但是,由于按钮和驱动部件相对转动,在这些转动部件之间产生摩擦力。因此,使用者不得不施加足够大的力以克服上述摩擦力。因而,一种减小使用者进行注射所需要施加的力的方法是减小摩擦力。通过在上述两个部件之间设置枢轴轴承,可以减小两个部件之间相互作用的表面区域,产生摩擦力的半径可以被控制在最小。
为了保证按钮和驱动部件之间的配合并且同时将施加在按钮外周的力传到驱动部件,在按钮和突出部分之间设置至少一个径向轴承。
优选的,一个径向轴承设置在上部区域,一个设置在下部区域,两者都具有尽可能最小的摩擦半径。这样,施加在按钮外周区域并且导致按钮在驱动部件的突出部分上倾斜的力被合适地传递。
如果使用者施加的力偏离按钮的中心轴线,即,施加在按钮的外周区域,那么按钮将发生倾斜,并且在径向轴承处会产生反作用扭矩。为了减小这对力,在这种载荷情况下,该对力位于从径向轴承的表面到系统的中心轴线的距离处,该距离必须尽可能的小,而且在轴承之间的距离则尽可能的大,其中该距离等于突出部分的半径。但是,为了不使得突出部分太窄小和易断,优选的是平衡各轴承的半径,由此,上部轴承具有最小的直径,位于柱状突出部分根部的下部轴承的直径则足够大,以抵抗施加在按钮上的偏心力产生的弯曲力。
为了以一种不可逆的方式组装按钮,以使得其不易被拆开,优选通过增加轨道而将按钮固定在预想的位置,在制造注射设备时,设置在较硬部件上的凸缘被压入轨道中。可以通过选择软质的材料和/或在中空段设置竖直缝隙的方式保证上述组装扣接所必需的按钮的柔性。
而且,按钮和驱动部件突出部分所采用的材料可以是具有低内摩擦的材料,或者是经过表面处理以降低内摩擦的材料。
该连接中采用的按钮具有中心孔,中心孔专用于接合设置在驱动部件上的突出部分。孔底部优选形成有枢轴。该枢轴支撑在突出部分的表面上,由此形成枢轴轴承。
定义
“注射笔”通常是一种长椭圆形或细长形状的注射装置,与写字用的笔相似。尽管这样的笔通常具有管形截面,但这类笔也可以具有其他形状的截面,例如三角形,矩形或正方形或这些几何形状的任意变形。

这里使用的术语“上部”和“下部”,“右”和“左”,“水平”和“竖直”,“顺时针”和“逆时针”或者类似的表示相对关系的表述方式,只是指附图而并不是表示使用时的真实情况。附图为示意性的,因此不同结构的构造和它们的相对尺寸只是用来说明本发明的目的。
在这样的背景下,可以方便的定义术语“远端”,在附图中代表注射设备承载有注射针头的一端,而术语“近端”代表远离注射针头的相对端。
附图1公开了按钮10和驱动部件20之间的连接。
当使用者想要注射事先选出的剂量时,使用者推动按钮10,在注射设备中沿轴向向前移动驱动部件20。在该驱动部件20向前的移动中,驱动部件通常还发生转动,因为驱动部件和剂量刻度筒接合,该剂量刻度筒与壳体螺纹连接。这样的注射设备在EP1.003.581有详细的描述。驱动部件20的组合式轴向运动和转动将所设定的剂量从注射设备中送出。
当使用者的手指按压在按钮10的按压表面11上时,按钮10由于使用者手指和按钮10之间的摩擦力而无法转动,然而,驱动部件20由于其接合而被迫转动,因此,在按钮10和驱动部件20之间产生了相对转动。
按钮10可以采用比制造驱动部件20的材料更软的合适聚合物材料制成,其近端包括在注射剂量时使用者手指接触的按压表面11,以及相对设置的圆柱孔12,圆柱孔12具有圆形截面。孔12的最近部分13具有比孔12的其他部分14更小的直径。在孔12的远端,设置径向延伸的轨道15。
按压表面11可以设置触觉切口16,以向视力受损的使用者提供注射设备内容的信息,孔12的最近端底面17设置凸起指针以形成枢轴18。
驱动部件20设置有突出部分21,其具有圆形的截面和顶面22。该突出部分21在其近端具有顶部23,顶部23与突出部分21的其他部分26相比,具有缩小的直径。而且,突出部分21在其远端设置径向延伸凸缘24。在凸缘24周围的区域,突出部分21设置有直径稍微凸起的带25。
当按钮10安装在驱动部件20的突出部分21上时,其简单地卡合,使得延伸凸缘24进入轨道15。由此形成的连接几乎无法被拆开,因为按钮10的聚合物材料比形成突出部分21的材料软。在该位置,形成在孔12的最近端底面17的枢轴18支撑在突出部分21的顶面22上,由此形成枢轴轴承22,18。而且,按钮10在顶部23被突出部分21径向支撑,形成径向顶部轴承23,13。突出部分21上的带25支撑在孔12的其余部分14的区域上,由此形成径向底部轴承14,25。
在附图2中,显示了按钮10的连接与其中当使用者在按钮10的外周区域施加注射力时产生的各种力。
当使用者在按钮10的外周区域施加注射力A时,在枢轴点22,18处将产生竖直的反作用力B,同时,在上部径向轴承13,23处将产生径向力C。因为上部径向轴承13,23位于具有较小直径的顶部23上,所以产生的扭矩相对较小。而且,在下部径向轴承14,25处将产生径向力D,但是,由于上部径向轴承13,23与下部径向轴承14,25之间的距离,在下部径向轴承14,25处产生的力较小。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于注射设备的按钮连接,包括:
可安装在驱动部件(20)上的按钮(10),驱动部件能相对于按钮转动,按钮(10)还包括具有底面(17)的孔(12),孔(12)包围驱动部件(20)上的突出部分(21),突出部分(21)具有顶面(22),其中,在所述底面(17)和所述顶面(22)之间形成枢轴轴承(18,22)。
2.如权利要求1所述的按钮连接,其中,在按钮(10)和驱动部件(20)之间设置有至少一个径向轴承(13,23;14,25)。
3.如权利要求2所述的按钮连接,其中,在突出部分(21)的顶部(23)设置有上部径向轴承(13,23),在突出部分(21)的底部设置有下部径向轴承(14,25)。
4.如权利要求3所述的按钮连接,其中,容纳有上部径向轴承(13,23)的突出部分(21)的顶部(23)的直径小于突出部分(21)的其他部分(26)的直径。
5.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的按钮连接,其中,按钮(10)由比制造驱动部件(20)的材料更软的聚合物材料制成。
6.如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的按钮连接,其中,突出部分(21)具有与按钮(10)中设置的轨道(15)相配合的延伸凸缘(24)。
7.如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的按钮连接,其中,按钮(10)和突出部分(21)具有较低的内摩擦率。
