Abstract

本发明公开了一种儿童汽车座椅，安装于汽车固有座椅上，所述汽车固有座椅具有一座部及一背靠部，该儿童汽车座椅包括一座椅本体、一背靠及一支撑件，座椅本体放置在所述汽车固有座椅的座部上供儿童乘坐，所述座椅本体具有朝儿童前面座向的一前端及与所述前端相反的一后端，所述背靠连接在所述座椅本体的后端并朝上延伸供儿童背部倚靠，所述支撑件是可转动地枢接在所述座椅本体，在一收合状态时，所述支撑件收容在所述座椅本体的底部，而在一使用状态时，所述支撑件突出于所述座椅本体的后端外，使所述支撑件接触所述汽车固有座椅的座部与背靠部，而与所述背靠形成稳定支撑。

儿童汽车座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童汽车座椅，特别是涉及一种可以稳固固定在汽车固有座椅上的儿童汽车座椅。
背景技术
儿童汽车座椅一般可置放在汽车后座的固有座椅上供儿童乘坐，以使儿童维持固定位置，提高车辆行驶中儿童的安全性。
儿童汽车座椅一般都包括一座椅本体，座椅本体后端则设计有供儿童背部倚靠的一背靠，通常背靠如果要相对于座椅本体改变角度，一般会设计有相当复杂的调整装置，用以配合不同的汽车固有座椅的背靠部的倾斜角度，以期与汽车固有座椅的背靠部紧密接触而达到较好的定位效果，或是提供儿童乘坐时一个较为舒适的乘坐姿势。但是具有这样复杂的背靠角度调整装置会使得儿童汽车椅的成本提高，也会使组装上较为繁杂，操作上也较不便，而且较为复杂的机构须由多个组件才可以发挥效果，若有部分组件出现问题，较不易察觉或检视机构是否出现问题，容易潜藏危机。而本发明则提出另一种简单且低成本的调整装置，同时达成稳定的支撑特性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在提供一种具有背靠调整功能的儿童汽车座椅。
本发明儿童汽车座椅，安装于汽车固有座椅上，所述汽车固有座椅具有一座部及一背靠部，该儿童汽车座椅包括一座椅本体、一背靠及一支撑件。
座椅本体放置在所述汽车固有座椅的座部上供儿童乘坐，所述座椅本体具有与所述背靠连接的一后端及与前述后端处于座椅本体相反位置的一前端，所述背靠连接在所述座椅本体的后端并朝上延伸供儿童乘坐时以背部倚靠，所述支撑件是可转动地枢接在所述座椅本体，在一收合状态时，所述支撑件收容在所述座椅本体的底部，而在一使用状态时，所述支撑件突出于所述座椅本体的后端外，使所述支撑件接触所述汽车固有座椅的座部与背靠部，而与所述背靠形成稳定支撑。
较佳地，所述支撑件为弯折成特定形状的一管状杆件。
较佳地，所述座椅本体的底面朝上凹设有一容置槽，所述容置槽供所述支撑件在收合状态时容纳。
本发明的有益效果在于：借由所述支撑件，在调整儿童汽车座椅背靠的角度时，仅需使所述支撑件与背靠共同接触汽车固有座椅，形成多点接触而达到稳定支撑的作用，而所述支撑件不使用时则可轻易收容于座椅本体的底部。
本发明的另一优点在于，可提供儿童汽车座椅背靠倾斜角度调整的功能，提供儿童乘坐儿童汽车座椅时，可以在不同的背靠倾斜角度下，都具有足够的支撑力。
本发明的再一优点在于，提供一个儿童汽车座椅操作简单且具有足够安全性的背靠倾斜调整机构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明，为了方便说明，以下实施例中所提到的方向用语，例如：上、下、左、右、前或后等，是以汽车儿童座椅一般习惯使用状态的方向作为参考。参阅图1与图2，本发明儿童汽车座椅3的较佳实施例，安装于汽车固有座椅6上，所述汽车固有座椅6具有一座部61及一背靠部62，儿童座椅包括一头靠1、一背靠2、一座椅本体3、及分别位在座椅本体3两侧的二安全带导向装置4。头靠1、背靠2是分别供儿童的头部与背部倚靠，座椅本体3则接触汽车固有座椅6的座部61上，汽车原有的安全带(图未示)则从安全带导向装置4的凹穴41穿过，用以将儿童汽车座椅固定在汽车固有座椅6上。
所述座椅本体3具有一前端31及与所述前端31相反的一后端32，所述前端31是位于与儿童前面座向相同方向的座椅本体一部分，所述背靠2连接在所述座椅本体3的后端32并朝上延伸，背靠2上方则连接所述头靠1。
所述支撑件5，本实施例是弯折成特定形状的管状杆件，所述支撑件5具有与所述座椅本体3枢接的一第一端部51及远离所述第一端部51的一第二端部52，在一收合状态时，所述支撑件5的第二端部52可收容在所述座椅本体3的底部，而所述座椅本体3可配合所述支撑件5的形状而形成一容置槽31，使得支撑件5在收合状态时，座椅本体3的底部仍具有一平整面。所述支撑件5在一使用状态时，是以第一端部51为轴心转动至水平状态，使所述第二端部52突出于所述座椅本体3的后端32外，第二端部52因此可接触所述汽车固有座椅6的座部61或背靠部62，而与所述头靠1共同接触汽车固有座椅6并形成背靠2的稳定支撑。
此外再参考图3及图4，当所述支撑件5在收合状态，座椅本体3在所述容置槽31边缘形成有一微凸部32，如图3，微凸部32是在接近第二端部52的位置，或是在接近第一端部51的位置，所述微凸部32可与所述支撑件5构成干涉作用，在不施加外力的情况下可以保持所述支撑件5位于所述容置槽31内，可以避免使用者抬起儿童汽车座椅时所述支撑件5自容置槽31内脱离。
借由上述可转动收合的支撑件5的设计，可以免除复杂的背靠角度调整机构的设计，仅需将所述支撑件5位于使用状态，即可使儿童汽车座椅与汽车固有座椅6形成多点接触而达到背靠2的稳定支撑的作用，而所述支撑件5在不使用时则可轻易收容于座椅本体3的底部。

Claims (7)

1.一种儿童汽车座椅，可安装于一汽车固有座椅上，所述汽车固有座椅具有一座部及一背靠部，其特征在于，该儿童汽车座椅包括：
一座椅本体，可放置在所述汽车固有座椅的座部上，所述座椅本体具有一前端及与所述前端相反的一后端；
一背靠，连接在所述座椅本体的后端；以及
一支撑件，连接于所述座椅本体，其中，所述支撑件在一收合状态时，可收容在所述座椅本体，而在一使用状态时，所述支撑件突出于所述座椅本体的后端外，接触所述汽车固有座椅。
2.如权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述支撑件为弯折的一管状杆件。
3.如权利要求2所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述座椅本体具有一可与所述汽车固有座椅接触的底面，所述底面凹设有一容置槽，所述容置槽供所述支撑件在收合状态时容纳。
4.如权利要求3所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述座椅本体在所述容置槽边缘形成有一微凸部，所述微凸部可与所述支撑件构成干涉以保持所述支撑件位于所述容置槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述背靠上端连接有一头靠而供儿童的头部倚靠。
6.如权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述支撑件可转动地枢接在所述座椅本体。
7.如权利要求6所述的儿童汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述支撑件可转动地枢接在所述座椅本体的后端。
