Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及一种用于车辆的地毯及其制造方法。
背景技术
作为本领域公知的技术,用于车辆的吸音材料安装在将发动机室和乘客车厢彼此隔开的缓冲板(dash panel)上以吸收发动机室产生的声音,和/或安装在地板上以吸收从外界通过地板传播的声音。
吸音材料通常由PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)制成,从而具有良好的吸音性能和隔热性能。作为安装在地板上的吸音材料,主要使用PET毡制品(felt)。
对于附图1,在使用了普通的吸音材料的车辆地毯10中,吸音材料13被置于车辆地板11和地毯材料12之间。座位轨道槽14被限定在吸音材料13中,座位轨道20安装于座位轨道槽14中。
用于车辆的地毯中并由PET制成的普通吸音材料具有低硬度值,因此当受到压力时其体积显著减小。特别是,由于吸音材料的使用导致了座位轨道槽的两侧强度的降低,如果对座位轨道槽两侧的地毯施加压力,该地毯会显著地下沉。
在本发明的这个背景技术部分中揭露的信息只是为了增加对本发明背景技术的理解,而不应作为对这些信息形成所属领域技术人员已知的现有技术的一种认可或任何形式的暗示。
发明内容
因此,本发明是在考虑了发生在现有技术中的上述问题所作出的,并且本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆的地毯,其强度通过使用从吸音材料所限定的槽上移出(remove)的吸音材料块而得到加强,并同时提供其制造方法。
为了达到上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提供一种通过将具有槽的吸音材料和地毯材料相互模制在一起来制造用于车辆的地毯的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将吸音材料形成主吸音材料和吸音材料块;从形成的吸音材料的槽处修剪出吸音材料块;将吸音材料块和主吸音材料放入模具并将它们与地毯材料整体模制。
根据本发明的另一方面,在整体模制步骤中,吸音材料块被置于槽的周围并且与地毯材料模制成整体。
根据本发明的另一方面,在形成的步骤中,吸音材料块被压缩使其体积缩小一半。
为了达到上述目的,根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种附着在地板上表面上的用于车辆的地毯,其包括附着在地板上表面上并具有主吸音材料和吸音材料块的吸音材料,主吸音材料中限定有槽,吸音材料块附着在该主吸音材料上;和附着在该吸音材料上表面上的地毯材料,其中吸音材料块位于该槽的周围并增强地毯的强度。
根据本发明的另一方面,吸音材料通过包含以下步骤的方法制成:形成包括主吸音材料和吸音材料块的吸音材料;从形成的吸音材料的槽处修剪出吸音材料块;将吸音材料块和主吸音材料放入模具中,并与地毯材料整体模制。

具体实施方式

参考图2和3,根据本发明实施例的用于车辆的地毯包括具有吸音材料块120并附着在车辆的地板400的上表面的吸音材料100,和附着在吸音材料100的上表面上的地毯材料200。
根据本实施例的吸音材料100的功能是减少通过车辆的地板400传播的噪音和震动,并且由PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)毡制品制成。吸音材料100中限定有槽111,吸音材料块120在槽111中被压缩以便用来增强地毯的强度。
在本实施例中,槽111指代(但并不限于)其中安装有座位轨道300的座位轨道槽。
吸音材料100由其中限定有槽111的主吸音材料110和以压缩状态与主吸音材料110连接并定位在槽111中的吸音材料块120组成。
吸音材料块120从吸音材料100上修剪而从槽111处移出,并附着于主吸音材料110上。吸音材料块120优选被压缩,使其体积缩减一半。
当吸音材料块120被压缩时,由于实际上它的体积缩减为一半并且重量不变,吸音材料块120的密度增加了。结果,被压缩的吸音材料块120所附着的主吸音材料110的强度被加强了。
因此,在本发明中,因为从吸音材料100上修剪下来的吸音材料块120用于增强主吸音材料110的强度,地毯的强度可以得到加强,并且制造成本可被降低。
如上所述组成的吸音材料100可通过如下所描述的制造车辆用地毯的方法而制成。
参考图4,在根据本发明的制造用于车辆的地毯的方法中,形成了包括有主吸音材料110和被压缩的吸音材料块120的吸音材料100。然后,在被压缩的吸音材料块120被从限定于吸音材料100中的槽111处修剪下来之后,主吸音材料110和被压缩的吸音材料块120与地毯材料200被整体模制在一起,从而完成了用于车辆的地毯的制作。
具体地说,由PET毡制品制成并且包含主吸音材料110和吸音材料块120的吸音材料100是用模具制成的。此时,吸音材料块120需要经过压缩过程。优选地,吸音材料块120被压缩,使得压缩后的吸音材料块120的体积减小为压缩前的吸音材料块120的体积的一半。
接下来,为了限定槽111,压缩后的吸音材料块120是从吸音材料100的对应于槽111的部分上修剪下来的。
其后,包括有经压缩并修剪的吸音材料块120和主吸音材料110的吸音材料100被放入模具,并且与地毯材料200整体模制在一起。此时,由于经压缩并修剪的吸音材料块120被置于主吸音材料110的边缘附近,被主吸音材料110限定出的槽111附近的地毯强度可以得到加强。
从上面的描述显然可以得知,本发明提供的优点在于:由于从吸音材料所限定的槽处移出的吸音材料块被用来加强地毯的强度,地毯的耐用性增加,并且制造成本降低了。
尽管本发明的优选实施例已经作为示例描述过了,但在不脱离所附权利要求所公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,本领域技术人员可以进行各种修改、增加和置换。
Claims (3)
1.一种通过将具有槽的吸音材料与地毯材料相互模制在一起来制造用于车辆的地毯的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
形成包括有主吸音材料和吸音材料块的吸音材料;
从形成的吸音材料上的槽处修剪出吸音材料块;和
将吸音材料块和主吸音材料放入模具并与地毯材料整体模制,其中
在整体模制步骤中,吸音材料块置于槽的周围并且与地毯材料整体模制;
在形成吸音材料的步骤中,吸音材料块被压缩至体积减少为一半。
2.一种附着于地板上表面上的用于车辆的地毯,包括:
吸音材料,附着于地板上表面上,并具有其中限定有槽的主吸音材料和附着于主吸音材料上的吸音材料块,且吸音材料块被压缩至体积减少为一半;和
地毯材料,附着于吸音材料的上表面上,
其中吸音材料块模制于该槽的周围并增强地毯的强度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的附着于地板上表面上的用于车辆的地毯,其中所述吸音材料是通过权利要求1所述的方法制成的。
