Abstract

技术领域
本发明总的涉及外科器械。本发明特别涉及与外科器械的使用相关的输送并应用电能，以便促进被切割和缝合的组织的闭合和愈合。
背景技术
可用于同时在组织中形成切口并将缝合线应用到该切口的相对侧的传统外科缝合器在本领域是已知的。这种装置通常包括一对协作的钳口构件，当用于内窥镜或者腹腔镜应用时，这对钳口构件能够穿过插管通道。其中一个钳口构件一般具有钉仓，该钉仓具有至少两排横向间隔开的钉。另一个钳口构件形成有砧座，该砧座具有与钉仓中的成排钉相应地对准的钉形成槽。此外，在外科缝合器中包括刀或者其它切割边缘，其被设计为在缝合手术期间切割组织。

一般而言，与闭合组织切口有关的各种类型的能量的应用可促进愈合，减小感染的可能性和/或促进切口的正确密封。例如，如果有电能的烧灼作用的辅助，许多外科缝合器可获得与改善的愈合、增加的抗感染和改善的组织切口密封有关的更好的外科结果。但是，许多传统的外科缝合器的结构和采用它们所进行的医疗手术没能充分地平衡(leverage)将电能用于切割/缝合的组织上的有益效果。
考虑到前述问题，需要改进的电外科器械和电能输送系统，其能更有效和更高效地促进在涉及外科缝合器的手术期间形成的组织切口的闭合、治疗和愈合。
发明内容
在本发明的各种实施方式中，提供了一种电能输送系统，其被构造成与包括可拆卸地连接的一次性切割/缝合单元的外科切割/缝合器械一起使用。该能量输送系统可包括电源；和定位在所述一次性的切割/缝合单元的砧座组件或者钉仓组件的至少一个上的至少一个电极。当一次性的切割/缝合单元与外科器械可拆卸地连接时，组件电极可构造为能够接收来自电源的电能。在一些实施方式中，电源可包括用于向组件电极提供电流的射频电源。

具体实施方式

总体参考与本发明的各种实施方式相关的附图，可提供包括电能输送系统的外科切割/缝合器械10。该器械10可包括与执行部分22连接的手柄部分20。执行部分22包括轴24，轴24从手柄部分20向远侧延伸并可拆卸地与一次性的切割/缝合单元26连接。一次性的切割/缝合单元26可包括一个定位在远侧的砧座组件28，该砧座组件28可枢转地连接在所述一次性单元26中，用于相对于钉仓组件30进行打开/闭合运动。可以看出，在医生使用外科器械10的过程(例如在医疗手术)中，砧座组件28和钉仓组件30之间的间距可构造为促进组织的有效夹钳、缝合和切割。

1.一种电能输送系统，其构造为与包括可拆卸地连接的一次性的切割/缝合单元的外科切割/缝合器械一起使用，该能量输送系统包括：
电源；以及
定位在一次性的切割/缝合单元的砧座组件或者钉仓组件的至少一个上的至少一个电极，当所述一次性的切割/缝合单元与外科器械可拆卸地连接时，组件电极可构造为能够接收来自电源的电能。
2.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，其中，所述电源包括射频电源。
3.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，还包括在该一次性的切割/缝合单元上设置有一组电触点，从而当所述一次性单元可拆卸地与所述外科器械的轴连接时与定位在该外科器械的轴上的一组电触点形成电路。
4.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，其中，所述组件电极包括通常定位成靠近在砧座组件中形成的多个钉容纳凹部的砧座组件电极。
5.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，其中，所述组件电极包括定位在容纳于钉仓组件中的钉仓上的钉仓组件电极。
6.如权利要求5所述的能量输送系统，还包括通常定位成靠近在钉仓中形成的多个钉孔的钉仓组件电极。
7.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，还包括可操作地与电源相连的触发器，所述触发器被构造成允许手动开启电源。
8.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，还包括电源，其被构造成与外科器械的击发相关地自动致动并产生电能。
9.如权利要求1所述的能量输送系统，其中，砧座组件或者钉仓组件的其中一个的至少一部分是电接地的。
