Abstract

本发明通常涉及一种具有防滑及保持形状的鞋底的鞋，特别是拖鞋。
室内拖鞋通常被设计为具有最大的舒适性且通常由软的缓冲材料构成。拖鞋的上部通常由织物衬垫海绵制成，拖鞋的下部通常具有海绵插入件。海绵能够提供理想的舒适性。
许多室内拖鞋的鞋底通常完全由织物材料构成。虽然能够基本满足要求，但是由于具有全织物鞋底的拖鞋会迅速丧失其形状，因此有损于其外观。有时，应在拖鞋的上部和下部之间插入一鞋底夹层板。但是，鞋底夹层板是一种附加元件且使拖鞋的舒适性较低。
其它的室内拖鞋具有由橡胶或塑料制成的鞋底。虽然能够大体满足要求，但是与全织物式鞋底相比，具有全橡胶/塑料鞋底的拖鞋在行走时会发出较大的噪音，并且防滑性较差。
因此，本发明的一个主要目的在于提供一种用于鞋子，特别是拖鞋的鞋底，即使在长时间使用后其也能保持形状，在使用中“无噪音”，具有增强的防滑性能且无需使用鞋底夹层板。
为了在后文中能更清楚地了解上述目的和其它目的，简单地说，本发明的一个特点在于：鞋子具有一个上部，一固定至所述上部的下部；及一固定至所述下部的鞋底，鞋底具有一由织物材料构成的外层及一由保持形状材料构成的支承层，所述外层和支承层例如通过现场模制而彼此整体相连。根据这一发明，外侧织物层能够确保增强的防滑性及使用时噪音更小，因此，具有形状保持性能且被模制而成的支承层能够提供增强的形状保持性能。
在所附权利要求中对被认为是本发明特征的新的特点进行了特别限定。但是，从下面对结合附图的特定实施例的描述中将会最清楚地理解本发明的结构，使用方法，以及其它的目的和优点。
图1为本发明中一种具有鞋底的拖鞋的缩小比例的透视图；
图2为沿图1中线2-2所示的放大剖面图；
图3为从下方所示的图1中拖鞋的透视图；
图4，5和6为本发明其它实施例的分解剖面图。
图1中参考标号10通常表示一种鞋，特别是一种拖鞋，其具有一上部12，一固定在上部12的下部14，及一固定在下部的鞋底16。
从图2中可最清楚地看到，下部12包括一在鞋内部的软性缓冲材料，如织物衬垫海绵18，其用于弹性接触穿着者的脚，还包括一被缝制在织物衬垫海绵18的外包层，如长毛绒织物20。由于能够将多种其它材料用于制作所述上部，因此，海绵18和长毛绒织物仅是示范性材料。
再如图2所示，下部14包括一在鞋内部用于接触穿着者脚的底层材料22，及一在鞋外部的裙部材料24。底层和裙部材料一般可采用织物，最好可由与长毛绒织物20相同的材料制成。裙部材料的上侧部分28被缝制在所述上部的下部，且还沿周边接缝26被缝制在底层材料22的相对侧。裙部材料的下侧部分30被缝制在鞋底16，从而在鞋底16和底层材料22之间形成内室32。将一个或多个海绵插入件34，36插入室32内以便为穿着者的脚提供缓冲。另外，由于可利用多种其它材料来制作所述下部，因此，所披露的用于所述下部的材料的选择仅是说明性的。
根据本发明，鞋底16包括一外层38及一支承层40，所述外层由一种较薄的软性薄织物材料，如针织或机织布构成，所述支承层由一种形状保持材料，如橡胶或塑料构成。织物层38和支承层40例如通过在一公用模具中被现场模制而被整体连接在一起。
如可在图3所示的鞋下侧看到的在花纹状装饰42和斜棱44所说明的那样，支承层最好具有一凸起和/或凹入的花纹图形。织物层38几乎与所述图形完全一致，实际上就采用其形状。当然，本发明也可采用其它的花纹形状。
在织物层38上也可设计图形标记。所述图形标记是以已知方式，例如通过丝网印制或印刷被施用的。实际上，可采用任意标记。
在其余的附图中描述了其它的鞋子结构。图4说明了一整体连接至支承层140上的外织物层138。一包括软性织物的上部112通过所示粘结剂或通过缝合被固定至支承层140上。一底层材料122覆盖在一海绵插入件134上且再利用粘结剂或缝合被固定在上部112。
图5说明了一整体连接至支承层240上的外织物层238。一包括软性织物的上部212既不是通过图2所示的另一织物，也不是通过图4所示的粘结剂被固定至支承层240上的，而是被插入模制支承层240和织物层238的同一模具中。上部212被注模入支承层240内。一底层材料222覆盖在一海绵插入件234上且再利用粘结剂或缝合被固定在支承层240。
图6说明了一整体连接至支承层340上的外织物层338。一包括软性织物的上部312通过缝合线339被固定在支承层340和织物层338的组合体上。一底层材料322覆盖在一海绵插入件334上且被插入一支承层340的凹穴内且利用粘结剂或缝合被固定在其中。
其它变形也是可行的。但是，在所有情况下，外织物层应整体连接至支承层上。
应理解，上述每一个元件，或两个或多个一起也适用于与以上所描述形式不同的其它形式的结构中。
虽然本发明已被描述说明为一种具有防滑性能和保持形状性能的织物鞋底的鞋，但由于在不以任意方式脱离本发明思想的情况下，可作出多种改进和结构变形，因此，本发明不应局限于所示的详图中。
无需另作研究，上文已充分披露了本发明的要点，以致其他人利用现有知识在不省略那些从现有技术观点上看、清楚构成本发明一般性或特殊状况的实质性特征的特点的情况下，能够容易地对其进行修改以用于不同的申请中，这些改进应包含在以下权利要求的等同方案的含义和范围内。
在所附权利要求中限定为新的且希望由Letters专利保护的内容。

Claims (12)

1.一种鞋子，包括：
a)一个鞋底，所述鞋底具有由保持形状的、可模制的材料制成的内支承部分和由不同于形状保持材料的织物材料制成的外织物部分，所述外织物部分在其形状和位置上由内支承部分的形状保持材料来维持和保持，所述内支承部分现场与外织物部分一起在一个公用模具中被模制并整体嵌入所述外织物部分中，所述内支承部分具有一个没有被外织物部分覆盖的区域；
b)一个上部，所述上部连接在鞋底上并且连接在所述内支承部分与外织物部分不接触的区域上。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述上部利用粘合剂连接在所述鞋底上。
3.如权利要求2所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述上部具有至少部分重叠在鞋底上的下部分，其中，所述粘合剂位于所述上部的下部分和所述鞋底的内支承部分之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述上部利用缝制连接在鞋底上。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，一个缓冲元件重叠并连接在所述鞋底上。
6.如权利要求5所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述鞋底具有凸起壁，其围了一个内室，其中缓冲元件容纳在所述内室中。
7.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，还包括一个连接在所述上部和所述鞋底之间的下裙部。
8.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述上部由缓冲材料构成。
9.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述内支承部分具有一花纹图形，其带有凸起和凹入的花纹区域，所述外织物部分几乎与所述花纹图形完全一致且采用其形状。
10.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述外织物部分是柔性、软的薄片，其与内支承部分直接接触。
11.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述内支承部分是塑料或橡胶材料。
12.如权利要求1所述的鞋子，其特征在于，所述外织物部分是针织或机织材料。
