Abstract

Intravenous cardiac leads (10) having at least one electrode (12) intended to be implanted within the coronary artery, are disclosed.
Also disclosed are structures and techniques for advancing such leads through the atrium (3), and coronary sinus (4) into the coronary veins overlying the left ventricle.
