Oops! These themes are only available in iGoogle's new look

I click on a new theme to change from Winter Village, but it won't stay. As soon as I leave the home page & go back the picture is back to Winter Village. Why doesn't it stay on the one I choose?

Google is making a BIG mistake taking away Igoogle. I have tried to find the good in the decision to do away with it but do not like the alternative. They have not shown me anything that impresses me about Chrome. I hate it and am so sad about losing Igoogle, and the Themes are so much fun - that is, when they work right.

something needs to be done! it cuts of the top and the bottom part. This is the last winter we get to use iGoogle, and they won't even let is enjoy it.

I agree with everyone...the themes have all of a sudden become so small that all you can see if the TOP of it...none of the beauty of it and the reason we choose Themes over the Classic look!!! Please tell us how to fix it. Thanks! :-)

hey Google--I happen to like this theme, but it's too small! How do I make it bigger so that it takes up a little more room at the top of the page? Also: PLEASE REMOVE THE PAIN IN THE A$$ WARNING ON MY GMAIL PAGE THAT SAYS I'M USING AN OUT OF DATE BROWSER (I'M NOT: I HAVE I.E.8 FOR XP, SO I DON'T NEED--OR WANT-CHROME).

I'm stuck in winter wonderland too! Would someone please tell us how to get out? As others have said, you can change theme, but once you leave google and come back there is the snow again. It's no bueno!

when you change to the theme you want then you click the X at top left of theme and BINGO it stays

Same problem as you all seem to be having. I am stuck. I have changed the theme, it shows the new theme but if I reload iGoogle or close the browser, Winter Village is right back on my homepage. Either bad developers or bad Google. Please fix this!

I really want a change now. I manage to change it and after closing Google and going back in it reverts to the Winter Scene again! I've always managed to change themes easily in the past. Looking at past comments, this has been a problem for some time. Google, are you going to tell us what to do about it, please????

I figured it out go to home then click edit tab and a little at the bottom it will say change theme or theme click that and than you can look for a new theme.
