Love it, but for some reason isn't working right now. The words vary, some are easy and some are more challenging! It's just like when you played hangman as a kid....no hints or clues....that's the point to figure out the word!
I used Hangman for a long time until a few weeks ago (back during the summer(?)) when it quit working. I then deleted it after a few weeks of it just sitting there, not working. I can got to TheFreeDictionary site and play it, but when I add it to my home page it won't work. Any idea why?
All you do is start with vowels... Every word has a vowel in it, starting with E is usually good, then go to S,T,R,L,N, and so forth, use letters that you know are very common. Other than that, its a guessing game. For, Jane Reynolds

load it onto your google homepage. click the word HANGMAN. this gets you to the 'free dictionary home page. scroll down on the free dictionary homepage til you find the hangman gameboard. start guessing letters by inserting them into the little box....

I see someone asked this question already, but I don't see an answer. It has the same word (Garbage bin) and I have solved the puzzle but a new word doesn't come up?
Great for English, not so good when playing in other languages that have accents, like French, as it considers the accuented letters as separate letters which is stupid and renders the game almost unplayable

I think its sorta bad. I personally don't like it at all. One reason it doesn't give you any clues or hints so it's hard to figure out the word.
