Adam, did you sell your fish?...mine have been gone a few days now, when I re-ordered it, it belongs to another comp... they have adds and it won't accept custom changes...this sucks.
I still haven't had any issues with it. I must say though, I learned that if you pitch the food against the side of the window while he's running the wheel he gets distracted. I love making the food bounce around it's a great effect. :D

Just 'right click" on the little Square in the upper Right hand corner of your Hampster's box,(Above BowMan,& next to the upsidedown triangle),and it will Maximize your Hamster so you can 'edit settings",and pick different colors, such as fur,eye's, etc. Make sure when your done, you click on the SAVE button so it transfer's your requests! Its also a good idea, to write down on paper, your settings for each color,.. Just in case your Hammie,turns up 'MISSING",(like so many of ours do), and you need to get him back! Good luck!
Yes, I myself give this gadget 5 stars too. I am confused however as to why the last two commenters do not mention their pets not loading. Is this only a problem for some of us and not others?

Awww, this is so cute! My only suggestions are that you should be able to pet the hamster or pick it up, and maybe make the screen a bit bigger. ^-^

How do you know what the codes are for different colours??
