The gadget itself works fine, but the words used are very uninspired. Seems every other day the word is a word that is the same in english. For instance, today is l'Australia, english translation: Australia. It does this often. Very, very uninspired and pretty pointless.

The sound ( voice recording ) stopped working. Sound is ok on all other uses. What happened??

This gadget doesn't update for me. It leaves the same word/phrase for multiple days. When I come to this page, I can see there is a new word for the day, but the old one still appears on my home page.

This is a really nice tool, but I cannot say enough about the wordreference.com gadget. Use it in conjunction with this gadget to help with some of the meanings.

(think of attuare like "actual," i.e. present time) BUT today's is incorrect: gli uova strapazzate should be le uova strapazzate - uova is feminine so the feminine plural article "le" should be used and not the masculine "gli."

Nice feature. Updates daily, easy to load and hear sound samples. Only 4 stars because English translation needs more explanation. Example: attuare = present. Does that mean a gift, to show something, or not past/future?
