Useful and informative??? How about giving useful and informative answers? All I see here is comments and problem and sometimes positive comments - If it works for some great, but what is interesting is a fix when it does not work. My google calendar icon is supposed to be on the home page but it's not YYYY!

This did work fine, now it wants to stay on "loading..." unless I click on "Back to Today" Every time my iGoogle refreshes then I need to click on "Back to Today" again. For those seeing moon phase just delete that in "edit setting" first option under add Calendars. I have used this over a year and have never had a prob until about a month ago with this loading bit started.

Too much wasted space with the moon events, cannot disable, wastes too much space, twice as much as calendar needs. Sloppy design.

I have been using Broderbund's Calendar for several years which can export a .csv file. Rather then rebuilding a new calendar with scads of events, I've tried importing it into YAGCG to no avail. I get a message that it cannot do so. Any insight??

I love this gadget. Does exactly what a person uses a task calender for. Just have to add your calendar which is your gmail address during settings.

This app does work and is simple to get it to work with you Google Calendar. For most just go into setting and add your gmail address. Look back at David Meginniss - Jun 1, 2011 comment for more info I want wast time repeating what other have already said.

This works brilliantly for me in all the browsers I use on my desktop, but for some reason in the stock browser on Android 3.1, it tries to load all my old entries going back to 2007, so is for ever ... loading ... There doesn't seem to be a way to get it to ignore entries more than, for instance, a week old - that would help, but if this is a browser issue, has anyone else found a workaround ? (PS Must admit that because the native google calendar in Android 3.1 is so good, this igoogle gadget is superfluous on my tablet, so maybe I should just make an extra igoogle page to view on Android, without YAGCG)

I have to keep refreshing it, I get holidays & moon phases with no issue, just seems to have trouble with my personal calendar. If you don't mind having to refresh 2 to 3 times the gadget works.

I got sick of dealing with the official Google Calendar widget, so I am now trying this. I do wish there was a way to hide the calendar and only display the agenda, but it will do for now. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO DELETE A CALENDAR and cannot see the "x" or "scissors", make sure your window is wide enough. Hiding the "add gadgets" menu on the left helps, too. (If you're using the new layout)

I can not find a "scissors" icon to delete the moon phases from my calendar. I click on ht3jlfaac5lfd6263ulfh4tql8%40group.calendar.google.com usa__en%40holiday.calendar.google.com But can NOT delete it. Frustrating!

Go into edit settings. Click on the scissors icon to delete what's there (the moon phases thing) and then type in your gmail address in the box next to "Add" (you then have to click on the "Add" button. Your events should now be displayed.

The "Official" Google Calendar was not showing anything in the listed events, so I deleted it and added the (YAGCG). This one is showing Moon Phases and Tax Day, but none of the events from MY calendar. Any suggestions?

Hey why not incorporate Calendar's "tasks" into the gadget? I have (usually redundant) to-do lists coming out my ears and it would be great to be able to better coordinate them.

I added this one, and it really wasn't helpful. My Saturday is busy this week, and all it showed was that it was some holiday. Don't use it, use the official google gadget, it's great.
