Easily manage and track everything you need To-Do. The gadget lets you create multiple To-Do lists, each with a unique purpose. The lists can be either personal or shared with selected friends. Use ToDo to create a list of your daily tasks, plan the required party items with your friends, make a list of groceries with your roomates or even list the places you would like to visit - the sky is the limit! In each list you can highlight tasks in different colors, change their order on the list and strikethrough or delete completed tasks. Furthermore, you can print and email the lists, for your own comfort. Everything you need to get things done!
When I click to email it opens Outlook. I use Gmail and this is on my igoogle page. How can I change the setting so that it opens my gmail email client?
Now I have a blank gadget box with nothing but white space in it. And as previously noted, delete your cookies and you loose everything, and it only stores your tasks on the computer you entered them on locally.
Really use full in my daily life . I do not need yo search for the pen and notepad. I am the NET freak and the homepage of igoogle will assist me to complete my due domestic works. thanks to that GADGET.
It's just a "To Do" list. You list a task. You list another task, etc. When you're done with the tasks, you can check them off. It's simple. It works. I like it.
It stores the data as cookies or some other local way, thus defeats the purpose of iGoogle; being your "central control screen" on any computer. Shame, it would be OK otherwise.
When you install this gadget, it doesn't actually save anything. I added a bunch of tasks and they get lost every time I navigate away from the page. Being a web programmer, if I couldn't figure out a way to save the tasks, who can? Useless waste of time!
don't like switching to full screen mode - Shilpa Andalkar - Oct 27, 2009 - Report this comment
i like the trash bin and priority features, but it should be easier to move tasks up and down, not w/ so many clicks. color coding would be nice. i also don't like how there's no wrap text, so you can't see end of task entries w/o going to full screen which defeats the purpose of the quick "post-it" feature of this gadget. deleted after 9 months of trial.
Very slow. freezes entire browser waiting for refresh. - Mark Ash - Oct 23, 2009 - Report this comment
Can't sort lists or move items up or down. Doesn't always update on the other person's end like it's supposed to.. Nice idea.. needs some work. Still using it for the time being.
too big for 3 row templates on I google - philip duncan - Oct 23, 2009 - Report this comment
i'm going to delete this gadget -- very unreliable and its features are not all that great. todo items are truncated after about 20 chars (?) even tho' there's plenty of space in the widget to display about 50% more chars.
very frustrating, reliability is important this doesnt have that feature, im dumping it
very limited space - giorgio corbellini - Oct 18, 2009 - Report this comment
not only it doesn't show more that 7items but also the space is limited to 10 short items. Even if the "add task" button remains active there is no more space left for the 11th element. Nice graphic is not enough
no more multiple lists & only 7 items showDiane Kucharczyk - Oct 17, 2009 - Report this comment
i'm dumping this gadget. perhaps after other users had difficulty with multiple lists, the option didn't show up when i added this gadget. and, it only show 7 list items in my google page--i have to switch to the full screen version to see more than 7 items.
I had 2 lists and lost one and couldn't get anything to work on the list. Couldn't even create another new list. I'm going to find another list gadget to use.
