Goldrush Resources Ltd. (Goldrush) is a Canada-based company. The Company is primarily involved in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property interests in Burkina Faso, West Africa. As of December 31, 2011, Goldrush explored for gold in the West African country of Burkina Faso. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned or had under option 12 exploration permits that cover an area of approximately 1,796 square kilometers. All of these permits overlie a portion of West African Birimian Greenstone Belts. Its properties include the Kindo Group-Ronguen Gold Deposit; Bissa Group: Salbo Permit; Taparko Group: Ouavousse Permit; Nakiambouri, Gonaba-Est, PK-60 and Liki Permits, and Pompoi, Rima, Midebdo and Ouaraba Permits. Goldrush Burkina Sarl is the Company�s wholly owned subsidiary, which is engaged in mineral exploration. The Kindo group consists of two permits (Tikare and Kongoussi I) that have a combined surface area of 382 square kilometers.
