Hoping to fulfill the promise of its name (at least in the UK), Everything Everywhere (EE) provides mobile and fixed line services to 27 million customers across the country. A joint venture of France Telecom's subsidiary Orange and Deutsche Telekom's subsidiary T-Mobile UK, it owns the Orange and T-Mobile brands in the UK (subscribers benefit from the ability to access either wireless network for better coverage). The company is the country's largest wireless provider and offers 2G coverage to 99% of the population and 3G coverage to 98%. It has also begun offering 4G service under the EE brand. It operates more than 700 retail stores through which it sells its services.
