Dynex Power Inc. is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of industrial power equipment. It manufactures bipolar discrete semiconductors, high power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) modules, high power electronic assemblies, and radiation hard silicon-on-sapphire integrated circuits (SOS IC�s). It is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of high reliability integrated circuits. The Company�s wholly owned subsidiary is Dynex Semiconductor Limited. Its power products are used in power electronic applications including electric power transmission and distribution, renewable and distributed energy, marine and rail traction motor drives, aerospace, electric vehicles, industrial automation and controls and power supplies. SOS IC products are used in demanding applications in the aerospace industry. The Company�s customers include electronic equipment manufacturers and maintenance providers.
