Decade Resources Ltd. (Decade) is an exploration-stage company engaged in the exploration of a portfolio of mineral properties located in the Provinces of British Columbia and Manitoba, Canada. Decade has interest in Red Cliff property, Silver Crown property, and Wedeene property. The Company owns 65% interest in Red Cliff property, which consists of eight mineral claims. As of April 30, 2012, the Company completed 24 holes designed to test the Lower Montrose and Upper Montrose zones. 21 holes were completed in order to test the Lower Montrose zone. As of April 30, 2012, Decade completed nine holes totaling over 4,500 feet in Silver Crown property. Wedeene property is 100% owned and consists of 158 mineral claims. On January 31, 2012, the Company abandoned its interest in the Pink Mountain oil and gas license. On August 28, 2011, Decade acquired a 100% interest in two mineral claims known as the Grassy claims.
