AllTele Allmanna Svenska Telefon AB publ (AllTele) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the field of telecommunication services. The Company offers and delivers a portfolio of stationary telephone services, IP (Internet Protocol) telephone services and broadband services through district net, ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line), mobile broadband and fiber-based broadband services in metro networks, as well as television and cloud-based switching services. The Company�s offer comprises services for private customers, as well as for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sweden. Additional operation, storage and security services are also elements related to basic services of the Company. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, namely WasaData Bredband AB, Kramnet AllTele AB, Spinbox AB, LandNCall AB, AllTele Foretag Sverige AB, V B2B Communicate AB, as well as owned 51% of iCentrex AB. On April 1, 2013, it took over all shares in AllTele LDA.
