Description
Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of automobile precision forging gears and other precision forging parts. The Company primarily provides automobile differential half axle gears, differential epicyclic gears and automobile transmission conjunction gears. Its products are applied primarily in the manufacture of automobile differential assemblies and transmission assemblies. The Company's major customers include automobile manufacturers and power assembly suppliers, such as GKN, Liuzhou Wuling, John Deere, GETRAG, First Auto Work (FAW) Volkswagen, Chery Automobile and BYD, among others. On January 31, 2013, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, a Taizhou-based electronic company.
