The Company provides civil aviation services, including passenger transportation, cargo transportation and mail delivery services. The Company operates its businesses in domestic and overseas markets. The Company operates its transportation business through its domestic, international and regional transportation lines. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company had domestic passenger capacity of 70.932 billion passenger kilometers, regional passenger capacity of 3.811 billion passenger kilometers and international passenger capacity of 26.151 billion passenger kilometers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated approximately 377 aircrafts.
