The Company specializes in the construction and reconstruction of bridges, overpasses and tunnels, as well as sea berths and other coastal buildings. In addition, the Company also is involved in planning, assembling, technical supervision, technical services and maintenance, as well as concrete product manufacturing, production of metal construction and hydro construction. The Company operates through one subsidiary, Latvijastilti & SZMA Riga and through four affiliates. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s major shareholder was Latvijas Novitates Komplekss SIA (LNK SIA) with a stake of 89.69%.
