PBS Holding, Inc. is the parent of the three wholly owned subsidiaries; Primary Business Systems, LLC, AHJR, Inc, doing business as Concord Staffing, and Primary HR Services, LLC. The Company is engaged in the human resources outsourcing industries with emphasis in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry and the temporary staffing services industry. This reduced the liability for payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance, unemployment taxes and other employment related liabilities serviced by a PEO. Primary Business Systems, LLC focuses on marketing of business services for companies including PEO services. During the year ended on December 31, 2010, over 98% of all business of the Company comes from PBS LLC. The Company�s second wholly owned subsidiary, Concord Staffing, is a temporary staffing services company and works with temporary employment services. During 2010, less than 2% of the Company�s business operations come from Concord Staffing.
