Through Particle Dynamics, Inc. (PDI), which the Company has approved for divestiture, the Company has developed, manufactured and marketed technologically advanced, value-added raw material products for the pharmaceutical industry and other markets. On August 8, 2011, the Company sold Nesher Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nesher), the Company's wholly owned generic subsidiary, and the Company's generic business to Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA), Inc and Zynesher Pharmaceuticals (USA) LLC.
