(Image Metrics), formerly International Cellular Accessories, is engaged in the business of providing technology-based facial animation solutions to the interactive entertainment industry. Using the Company�s software and mathematical algorithms that read human facial expressions, its technology converts video footage of real-life actors into three-dimensional (3D) computer generated animated characters. On March 10, 2010, the Company acquired Image Metrics Limited, (Image Metrics Ltd). In July 2010, Image Metrics acquired avatar technology company, Character-FX. In August 2010, it acquired FacePro, a lip sync services and technology company. Image Metrics Limited is the subsidiary of the Company.
