Aegis Assessments, Inc. is a development-stage company. As of July 31, 2006, the Company completed development of its core product, a specialized emergency response and communication systems for law enforcement agencies at all levels, the United States Department of Defense, and select commercial firms. The Company refers to this product as the Aegis SafetyNet Radio Bridge or Radio Bridge system. The Aegis SafetyNet RadioBridge is a portable device that provides radio interoperability for emergency responders. The Aegis SafetyNet RadioBridge allows two-way radios (high frequency (HF) and very high frequency (VHF)/ ultra high frequency (UHF)) and various other communication devices, such as cellular telephones, to be interconnected regardless of frequency, modulation or encryption. As of July 31, 2007, the Company was engaged in producing the systems and establishing sales distribution channels.
