Ondine Biomedical Inc., formerly Ondine Biopharma Corporation is a Canada-based company. The Company is a biotechnology company engaged in the development and commercialization of anti-infective therapies covering a range of spectrum of bacterial, fungal and viral infections primarily using Photodisinfection technology (PDD) as an alternative to the use of antibiotics. PDD employs laser-based activation of compounds with the potential to treat a range of medical infections. The Company intends to develop additional PDD products for the topical treatment of infectious diseases for use by the medical community. During the year ended December 31, 2010, its products have been sold to Periowave Dental Technologies Inc. (PDT) only. In September of 2010 the Company completed the sale of a majority interest in its then wholly owned subsidiary, Sinuwave Technologies Corporation.
