True Religion Apparel, Inc. designs, markets, sells and distributes premium fashion apparel. The Company is focused on core denim products using the brand name, True Religion Brand Jeans. Its products include jeans, pants, woven and knit tops and outerwear made from denim, fleece, jersey and other fabrics. The Company operates in four business segments: U.S. Consumer Direct, U.S. Wholesale, International, and Core Services. As of June 30, 2013, the Company operated 90 full price stores and 40 outlet stores in the U.S. Consumer Direct segment. The U.S. Wholesale segment consists of department stores, specialty retailers and boutiques and off-price retailers. The International segment consists of a variety of channels, including subsidiaries and joint ventures that operate retail stores and sell to wholesale customers. As of June 30, 2013, the International segment operated 23 full price stores and 10 outlet stores. The Core Services segment includes its licensing business.
