OGK-3 OAO (Tret�ya generiruyushchaya kompaniya optovogo rynka elektroenergii or Third Generation Company of Wholesale Electricity Market OJSC or WGC-3 OJSC) is a Russia-based company, the main activity of which is generation, transmission and distribution of electric and heat energy on the wholesale market of the Russian Federation. Its sales market comprises the territory of Central, North-Western, Privolzhsky, Ural and Siberian Federal Districts. The Company operates through seven branches, 11 wholly owned subsidiaries and two affiliated companies, located domestically, as well as in the United States of America. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s major shareholder was Inter RAO with a stake of 81.93%.
