Severstal' OAO (Severstal) is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the steel industry. The Company has three divisions: Resources, Russian Steel and International. Resources division focuses on the production of iron ore and coking coal; Russian Steel division specializes in the flats, longs and steel pipes for various purposes; International division is a Company�s steel asset located in the United States.
