Its main activity is the acquisition, production and distribution of audiovisual content, through the broadcasting in Spain of the channels Telecinco, Cuatro, LaSiete, Factoria de Ficcion, Boung, Divinity, and Energy. In addition, it is also active in the production and executing of advertising projects and related activities, as well as in the Internet broadcasting. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a parent of Grupo Telecinco, a group which comprised Publiesmana SAU, Premiere Megaplex SA, Grupo Editorial Tele 5 SAU, Telcicno Cinema SAU and Conecta 5 Telcicno SAU, among others.
