ZincOx Resources plc (ZincOx) is engaged in the evaluation of and production from, zinc bearing material. The Company acts as a recycling, development and holding company. The Company has two projects: mining and recycling. ZincOx has mining property in Yemen, Jabali Zinc and Silver Mine. The exploitation and development rights to the Jabali zinc deposit are owned by Jabal Salab Company (Yemen) Limited (Jabal Salab), in which ZincOx holds a 52% interest. The Jabali deposit contains a mineable reserve of 8.7 million tons of ore at an average grade of 9.2% zinc and 68 grams per ton of silver. ZincOx�s recycling projects include Thailand, South East Asia Recycling Project; Korea, Korean Recycling Plant; Turkey, Aliaga Recycling Project; United States, Ohio Recycling Project, and United States, Big River Zinc Smelter. Its subsidiaries include ZincOx Belgium Sprl, Zinc Corporation of Kazakhstan Ltd, ZincOx Anadolu Cinko SVTAS, ZincOx Resources (USA) Ltd and ZincOx Resources (Yemen) Ltd.
