Xchanging plc is a holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, provides a range of business processing services, primarily to the financial services and insurance industries, as well as procurement, and technology services across industries. The Company operates in five segments: Insurance Services; Financial Services; Technology; Procurement and Other BPO, and Corporate. Insurance Services provides technology infrastructure and managed services to the insurance market. Financial Services provides banking, securities processing and investment account administration and fund administration in Germany and Italy. Technology provides technology infrastructure and managed services. Procurement and Other BPO provides procurement services to a range of customers, and Human Resources resourcing and administration services. In November 2012, the Company acquired 100% of AR Enterprise S.r.l.
