Worldspreads Group plc is a financial services company. Its principal activity is to provide financial trading product for trading on the world�s financial markets. It has three segments: the United Kingdom financial spread trading segment, the European financial spread trading segment and the Other financial spread trading segment. It offers its customers online access to the global financial markets. As of March 31, 2011, the Company operated in 13 countries and 11 languages. It offers clients, through its WorldSpreads Limited subsidiary, to trade financial markets using financial spread trading and contract for difference (CFDs). It offers two platforms to its users simple (Lite) platform and advanced trading platform for experienced individuals. In September 2010, it launched Zero Spreads, offering retail clients to trade a range of products with no spread. In April 2010, it launched XEQT, a fully in-house developed front and back end trading system.
