W Resources Plc, formerly Caspian Holdings PLC, is a holding company. The Company is a tungsten exploration and development company. The Company�s portfolio includes the La Parrilla tungsten mine and tailings project in the Southwest of Spain. The Company also holds a 50% interest in Black Gold, which has oil operations at the Barnett Lease in Southern Kentucky, United States. The Company�s La Parrilla Project area is situated in the Extremadura region of southwest Spain, in the Provinces of Caceres-Badajoz. The Company owns a license for the exploration of the Sao Martinho gold prospect near the town of Portalegre (Northern Alentejo), covering an area of 101.7 square kilometer. On December 31, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Iberian Resources Spain SL. On May 25, 2012, the Company acquired Australian Iron Ore Plc (AIO).
