The principal activity of the Company and its subsidiaries is the provision of corporate finance advice and institutional corporate broking services to companies seeking to have their shares traded on a regulated market or already trading on a regulated market. In February 2012, Westhouse Securities Holdings Limited (formerly Westhouse Securities Limited) and Smith�s Corporate Advisory Limited were combined together. Westhouse Securities specializes in acting for companies in the public arena through flotation, secondary fund raising or merger and acquisition (M&A) activity, or in the private arena through M&A transactions and private equity fund raisings. Smith�s Corporate Advisory is an independent corporate broking and investor relations business. On January 20, 2012, the Company acquired Arbuthnot Securities Limited.
