Vectura Group plc (Vectura) is a developer of therapies principally for the treatment of respiratory diseases. The Company is engaged in developing treatments for respiratory diseases. Vectura�s products target diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The Company�s pharmaceutical business consists of the research, development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. Vectura has six products marketed by its partners and a portfolio of drugs in clinical and pre-clinical development. The Company�s products include NVA237, QVA149, VR315 EU & RoW, VR315 US, VR632 EU, VR632 US & RoW and VR315. Vectura has development collaborations and license agreements with several pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, Sandoz (the generics arm of Novartis), Baxter and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
