Trap Oil Group plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is engaged in oil and gas exploration. As of December 31, 2010, Trap Oil�s asset portfolio comprises interests in seven exploration licenses and one operated license, covering a total of 13 blocks and part blocks in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS). The Company�s portfolio covers a total of 13 blocks and part blocks. Its 25th round blocks under license include Hawthorn/Hunt, Crazy Horse, Scotney and Romeo. Part block 9/10c covers an area of 152 square kilometers and lies in the South Viking Graben to the south-west of the Frigg gas field and east of the Bruce gas condensate field. Block 14/13 covers an area of 216 square kilometers and lies at the north-west extremity of the Witch Ground Graben. Part Block 20/5b covers an area of 53.2 square kilometers. Block 30/11c covers an area of 47.5 square kilometers and is Central Graben, close to the Auk and Fulmar fields.
