Turbo Power Systems Inc. (TPS) designs and manufactures electric motors, generators, and power electronics systems and provides custom solutions to energy conversion, industrial, transport and military markets. The Company conducts operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, Turbo Power Systems Limited. TPS also designs and manufactures power electronics products, which include variable frequency drives and inverters and a range of power conversion products for rail and industrial applications. The Company operates in two segments: power electronics division, which is involved in the development and manufacture of electrical power supply and control systems, encompassing rail and aerospace activities and industrial power supplies, and electrical machines division, which is involved in the development and commercialization of high speed electrical machines, which are marketed within the industrial and defense markets.
