Triple Plate Junction plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is engaged in exploration for gold, copper-gold and other minerals. The Company�s active projects include joint venture with Newmont Ventures Limited on Wau-Morobe licences, joint venture with Barrick Gold Corporation on Wamum tenement, joint venture with Gold Anomaly Limited on Crater Mountain licences, joint venture with Newcrest Mining Limited on Manus Island, and Pu Sam Cap in Vietnam, funded solely by the Company. All these projects are in the exploration stage. The Company holds a 25% carried, interest in Wau-Morobe licences. It holds an 8% carried interest in Crater Mountain licences. The Group operates within the United Kingodm and Papua New Guinea (PNG), and Vietnam. On December 21, 2011, Takara Limited, a subsidiary of the Company was dissolved.
